1. Deploying a tool on web interface make it dependent completely on internet connectivity.

Moreover, it causes trouble when you have to extract the basic information from the documents (various formats). Also it becomes difficult to find some key tools on its mobile application.

Annoying bugs were found in the implementation, but then fixed with the latest version, on the other hand, I noticed problems in the control room, therefore sometimes the loaded tasks cannot be removed and it is tedious, I have to contact the support team and I can't always do it.

I was facing great trouble in managing my billings and generation s the quotations and to maintain the client data on simple sheets, was oil to fire and I was in huge trouble to guide our customers on time. But after using Automation Anywhere application have got rid of my problems, now I always have the transparent idea about the customer’s data, and I easily provide them update anytime.

Sometimes I face the issue of slow generation of Reports, but it was also associated with the internet connection, so we can’t blame Automation Anywhere.
