The software has a very expensive price.
Sometimes I consider that this service has no support, because it does not give immediate attention to people when there are problems.

automation anywhere is a service that we use throughout our company, as it is a very effective software to automate computer tasks that are repetitive that require a significant investment of time, with this service we can run many tasks 24 hours a day in an automated manner and without any problems, helps us to have much peace of mind because of how functional it is and despite being expensive has been of great benefit to our company.

It is great technology product that has provided a wide platform for working efficiently. It is only because of Automation Anywhere that we are capable of stabling true client relations, this is because it has great reporting system and whenever we have to guide our clients all the necessary information has been displayed already. Thanks to Automation Anywhere that has allowed us to manage our online stores as well.

I have been using this tool for long time I never have had any major issue with its features. It is no doubt working perfectly. I would say it does not keep any dislike. There are many reasons sticking with this product, the main one is it provides responsive customer support.

I have found this product a useful product for automating my work. BOT insight provides us the transparent idea about the report generation. It is helping us on generating the quotations in very short spans of time, which ultimately affects our productivity in terms of submitting the quotations in time and ensuring order replacement.

Strongly recommended tool, this tool not only organizes your work but also directs you. We have got rid of excessive meetings and alerts, that we use to send about the payments, but now we generate our invoices easily with all the data maintained in its cloud. It has influenced our sales and marketing strategies as well.

It is one of the best automation tools I have ever used. Automation Anywhere has been built on advanced technology, so that it can detect all those tasks that could be automatically executed so that much time could be saved , which is very necessary to complete the overall process execution in the allowed hours. This tool has helped our team to arrange their work in a well manner and provided them the ease to get rid of the manual entries. Now We feel more confident in showing the efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be integrated with some email marketing tool so that we can easily get access in having communication with our customers. Actually the email option it provides lacks many tools. We cannot send one email to numerous clients, sometimes it works well, but mostly it does not deliver.

It is very reliable application and with simple configuration and easy to install as well. It is equipped with technical features like IQ Bot which helps to store the information about any process’s execution. And its Discovery Bot automatically dive in our pipeline and suggest us all the tasks that could be automated, so that we don’t have to figure the tasks for ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Thorough Automation Anywhere we are capable of handling our sales in a well organized method, it has frequently helped in generating quotations, because it does it through its automated tools and we do not need to find the same clients information over and over, along with this, it is excellent in report generating. Through report generation, we can better have the idea about previous project. It is amazing in terms of creating invoice, thus keeps us update about our billing and share our workload.

Initially when we installed it, we had to follow couple of steps, so its configuration is a bit difficulty. Otherwise it is going well and our entire team is happy with its services. Moreover, it has an IQ Bot, which keeps the path records, due to which a certain task was carried out. It is integrated with Excel; you can easily drag and drop the files.

The web automation tool most of the times catches wrong div's and the value insertion / extraction goes wrong. It's a major drawback and no been resolved from many builds.
The Web based tool works very differently on IE and other browsers like Chrome and Firefox. Sometimes I actually needed to re-write the automation script again for both the browsers.

I have automated nearly around 50-55 legacy applications which cannot be automated on the basis of APIs or other tools, there you have to go with process based automation.

Automation Anywhere is one of the most interesting tool , which really works on technical grounds and helps you to efficiently utilize your working time period, because sometimes the data is arranged in such a way that you, its organization is really time consuming and you have to move in a same cycle which is very hectic. So, Automation Anywhere is a key solution to all those processes with needed to be followed on daily basis and consume your time.

There is nothing which we do not like about Automation Anywhere, instead that it is a bit complex to understand first but once done it will open the door to many possibilities. Also we have notice that is pricing policy is a bit high when we compare the similar tools and it could be made better.

It is an automation program based application that will definitely share the burden of your sales and finance department and simultaneously it provides a road map that leads to chalk out road maps for your marketing policies. We are happy and satisfied customers of Automation Anywhere, which has allowed us to automatically generate the receipts and quotations.

It is highly recommended to large organizations, who are seeking one solution to all there repetitive tasks. It has simplest interface and easy to configure, but we will not recommend it to small organization and this opinion is based on work load, profit and size of the organization.

I have been using Automation Anywhere for multiple processes within our organization for more than a year now. It is the best software where even nontechnical employees can play a great developer role. We have suggested to many of our professional peers about the advantages of this software and how it saves costs on manpower to a large extent. The Best feature I like is that it does not need core programming knowledge. Anyone can create bots easily.

Design panel where we drag activities should be large enough as it is in Blue Prism. One has to do a lot of scrolling to view the entire flow of a bot.
When some package is being used for the first time, it takes a lot of time and just shows 'Processing'. It is time-consuming.
