What do you like best about the product?
One of the most easy to learn tool as well as to integrate with different applications. Now, one can experience the improved quality and experience of excel command, restful services. Mesmerizing experience of error-handling. It is great tool to make the human work efficiency lesser and in much easier way work is done. Automation of any work is much easier by scheduling the bot developed from automation anywhere tool. A new beginner can learn the tool in much easier way as it provide many courses, how to build a bot from scratch. Automation anywhere has its renowned university providing many certification RPA. I must recommend for automating different tools and integration with it to get a better result.
What do you dislike about the product?
The OCR capabilities point in this tool can be improved as well as the keystrokes doesn't work well. It is very difficult to the automate thin client services. The task editors can be improved in much better form. Some more debugging features much be added to experience the better result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For e-learning process we use automation tool to automate the online courses without any human interaction. The courses are automated with bot that takes online classes as per the scheduled timing. One of the most beneficial tool to conduct online classes at this time without much availability of professor to the large student force.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is recommended for most of the business processes. Most of the business scalability will increase and efficiency will become more in comparison to the requirement of large teams. Just a single bot can operate the job done by big large teams. The dictionaries and libraries can be defined very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a very user friendly interface. Having worked with IQ bots and Bot Insights , I can say that the tool provides the best solutions to the day to day mundane business processes .
What do you dislike about the product?
Fewer e-learning course material available which could be referred in case of some issues while creating bots. Although the videos in the training section are quite good still I it would have been better if there was detailed info in web form as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day bussiness processes like reading emails and performing some actions based on it and filling form based on a excel document and many such mundane processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try using the tool to create bots that can ease your day to day repetitive work and mundane work. And that extra time saved from these work can be used very productively.

Searching desire tool from top to bottom. Presently, I am using 11 version where we have to search any desire tool from top to bottom. I think this is resolved in next version

I like that Automation Anywhere provides RPA capabilities that users can comprehend easily and automate manual or tedious errands.No writing codes is required as you only need to record activities or click the wizards activity which help reduce human errors.The software is powerful at automating exchange of information between application or files.

It is not able to automate hand rriten or non rule based judgement calls.

It automates all rule-based descisons ,web-cloud-windows based systems,data comparison and validation and extracting data from and feeding to all our data silos.

Amazing RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easy to learn RPA tool and help to speed up your daily tasks. It provides a resilient service and is secure. The IQ Bot is a different and interesting feature provided to the developer. This feature has been very useful to me. Integration is also simple. The Control room over is developed well and helps we review the licenses and bot.In all Automation Anywhere has been very productive to me and is an amazing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only I did not like about this tool is the free trial. The amount of time and licenses provided on the free trial is very limited and kind of restricts the learning process. Although the tool is designed in an easy-to-learn way but it would be better to see an extended limited free trial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has helped me organize my files and folders. The extraction of data from excel sheets has been quick. I have developed multiple tasks to smooth out my daily work like data entry. The major benefit of Automation anywhere is it speeds up the tasks without me getting very involved in it.

it's easy to configure and work with and very intuitive.

I feel AA should support coding in languages like javascript C# etc.

Functionality and use
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is actually very easy to study and implement, enabling us to provide answers quickly; we made a functional option in under a week and discovered that we can enhance it in 2 weeks. The solution is quite intuitive, play and plug and drop and drag, and if one approach does not work, there are generally a couple of other techniques in the software program which can do the exact same task. This's particularly helpful when connecting information systems, like exporting information from one system to an Excel spreadsheet and entering each entry in the data into an additional system via a online form. This leads to designers of our monotonous and repetitive tasks to finish them with the robots of ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've nothing against automation, since it is the ideal platform for improving self esteem as well as enhancing efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each of our use cases is actually different, though we ran into a great deal of problems: reporting, daily payroll, and order processing, PDF processing, information transfer extraction, and most notably, flexibility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a fantastic platform with easy characteristics, and it works nicely for owners with encoder backgrounds. There are several outstanding limitations, but it is not enough. It's suggested to solve it in the future version.
