What do you like best about the product?
It's been a pretty couple of years since I have started working with RPA. I felt many advantages and benefits from Automation Anywhere over other RPA tools. Automation Anywhere providing the user to automate tasks over multiple platforms, which has amazing capabilities! IQ bot is the one which makes Automation Anywhere stand out from the other RPA tools. Previously I've faced many difficulties while working with PFDs. IQ bots helped me to overcome almost all difficulties. I am looking forward to working more with this kind of AI-powered Bots. Which makes our life simpler and Automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not about things I dislike in Automation Anywhere but it is my humble suggestion to AA Team is to make the user interface a bit more user friendly. Where other RPA tools are a bit easier to access the activities or visualize the process. Lectures from AA University are quite useful to learn from basics, but they need to be more fluid to access the courses and the User Interface can be easier to access and attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest problem in RPA is working with PFDs, which is completely solved by using AA. I have automated many routine and fatigue tasks with AA. Which increased our overall work efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can recommend Automation Anywhere to others without any second thought. The main reason for my recommendation is Automation Anywhere AI-powered bots are like a bhoom in the RPA industry. It will stand out from the other RPA tools out there in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
All are option are bold and nuts, we have fit it correctly. we have enough components to automate business software. Major features are covered by AA. so i will get its placed in the market. Now interface changed a lot, it give cool nice look. If bot agent is installed seamlessly use automation anywhere through browser by connection our desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR facilities needs to improved. ALP of the AA need improvement. AARI interface needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What we dreamed in our life at 20's, if this thing are automated then work will completed without much effort those thing are now we are doing with Automation Anywhere. Can see huge business benefits and time saving. Once bot agent installed, we can seamlessly use n number of bot to automate our application and desktop. Web application facility to connect our desktop and use RPA to create, run bots is an excellent feature. Its elimates slowness of system and can run bot at scheduled time.

Heartly saying Automation Anywhere is easy to use. Any non-technical person can handle AA without much guidance.Run bots quickly so that easier to complete task without human intervention.

My advice for those who looking for Automation Anywhere is please use this tool. Because the handling and use of this tool is very easy.
Efficient and effective training
What do you like best about the product?
The step by step training process contains extremely useful information. There was very detail modules that were effective in learning about RPA. The modules were broken out very appropriately and they were well suited to take breaks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to completely understand which training classes mean what via the titles. I saw myself going back and forth trying to determine which training classes needed to be completed as prerequisites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RPA - within hospitals. RPA is a very big area of opportunities and being able to get insight on the benefits and ROI of RPA really paints a long term picture for a hospital.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend seeing if there is an opportunity to automate certain functions, then I would proceed with learning via AA where you could attain those goals.
Automation Anywhere- A great User friendly RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
I feel Automation Anywhere tool is easy and user friendly to use. We can do much with less coding. It is very much compatible for varies applications like Windows, Web, SAP, PDF, Email etc. Especially Recorders are one such feature where we can capture element properties in a customised way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Work queue is not much efficiently implemented, i hope they would fix the issues in next upgraded versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IQ bot is a great feature for extracting Unstructured data from a PDF Image file. Calibrate option in Metabot is something unique option for dynamically changing web elements where it can handle things better.

I definitely recommend my friends/colleagues about Automation Anywhere and help them understand the unique features AA can offer.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a must-have for your company. You'll save a lot of time on automation of time-consuming tasks with not any value. We use it for uploading document like invoices automatically and for complex flows to avoid human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-activities on some tasks. It's a bit confusing to understand what happened on the workflow. Some of basic interactions are missing with other tools like email client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF integration. It was always time-consuming to upload manually documents and co. Very powerful for that!

Price per Page for IQ Bot and same pricing every year..there be some discount on pricing from year-2 onward..

Lot of Processes like Vendor Invoice, Bank Reconciliation. Distributor credit limit, Vendor payment etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere platform is really good to get rid of redundant tasks.The bots can be easily used to reduce manual work for any other project with similar functionalities. Not only it is to use for also it has al lot of inbuilt funtions.

So far everything looks good. I am still exploring for limitations.
