AA - Best RPA Tool - Amazing Support and Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in under the finger tips. Amazing and user friendly GUI. Superb Documentation. Helped in automating citrix environment with just on installation of Citrix Client. Existing environment is best and can be utilized by Automation Anywhere easily in minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
when there is an update, I am not getting the email, instead I have to look for products in Partner Portal every other week.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solved a lot of my team's time and energy on the monotonous task. Recently, I started developing a Bot that will collect data from images using IQ Bot and will put the require information in DB. My team is right now processing 10K forms/month. Using this we will be able to save 100 hours.

Automation anywhere is a powerful RPA tool which can simplify life for information technology across multiple empires.Very user-friendly interface with lots of inbuilt drag and drop functionality to reduce coding.AA allows building scripts to perform repetitive tasks instead of writing code.AA follows Client server architecture which is very stable.It also have cognitive capabilities for intelligent automation through IQ-bot.We can use BOT store to plug and play in-build bot dedicated for business automation initiatives.

The automation anywhere team has left little to dislike its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on implementation of automating business process of retail and banking business cases. We are selecting feasible processes with minimal manual intervention and automating this with use of the miracle tool automation anywhere.We are using Bot-insight tool to measure the performance of all running bots.
This tool is truly very easy to use and the interface is very user friendly.I has all the updated features.I have used other tools of RPA but this is way more better than any other tools available in market.

Automation Anywhere is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability.

Automation integration with IBM Datacap to automate email attachments to OCR Accord forms into enterprise ECM system.

Automation Anywhere enables improved business efficiency, data security and more effectiveness without altering the existing infrastructure and systems in an organization. We can use it for automation of different types of processes that are repetitive. In many areas, there are processes that are manual, like sending emails, reports, creating presentations, Exporting / Importing Data etc. We've been able to automate all of these processes with Automation Anywhere.

It is not able to go ahead and extract Arabic hand-written documents accurately

Automation Anywhere has a wide variety of task possibilities. It can handle PDF, Excel, getting information quickly.

Automation Anywhere is easy to undertand tool for an entry level Developer too. When we see the upsides of Automation Anywhere , It has impressive features like integrating it with various platforms as well as scaling them according to the usage pattern. It's always very much important to build a solution which scales, Automation ANywhere play a good role in that part with comparing to other RPA solution providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will get very difficult to work with when using OCR with Automation Anywhere.Documents such as old hand written Government documents are still not working as desired. Hopefully it will get mature in future and able to identify much better and use the OCR's effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's always exciting to automate repetitive tasks. Automating daily task with the tool, as it would be less effort required instead of hard coding complete process in Python.
In term of Benefits we can jus click and Run the bot instead of doing the same time consuming tasks like user creation, deletion, password change etc. It actually helps to save time as well as the cost required for the resource.

According to me, a technology need not to be effective and easy to use all the time but if it's made easy for the user then it's a boom. RPA is a complicated tech made easy by Automation Anywhere.There will be little hiccups at the begining but eventually it will be effective solution for the problem, if done right!!
