What do you like best about the product?
AAW concept is based on code and integration with programming language which can speed tasks unlike other vendors

University courses is theory and need to be more practical

I don't solve problems I save lifes of employees stuck in boring repatative tasks and collect data that could never be collected before as it is inside systems needs alot of effort to get
Feature rich and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't require coding knowledge. With easy drag and drop functionality, one can create bots easily, is like bringing algorithms into reality to ease day to day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited space to drop activities. It should be a large space where one wouldn't need to scroll a lot, as in Blueprism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue monitoring, ticket takeover and routing. Email notifications, exel report generation.

GUI can be made more rich.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking at use cases involving a multinational pharmacy company and COVID 19 challenges for public sector bodies.
Additionally we are assessing if AA could be used as an internal tool for various internal projects.
I would say benefits are yet to be realised as of yet - our capability is much more mature on Blue Prism and UiPath, however we are keen to have as broad an offering as possible to support our clients particularly as Automation anywhere continues to expand its presence in the UK.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Different Automation vendors offer a different approaches to Intelligent Automation, their offerings have slightly different infrastructres, use different terminologies or often the same terminologies with different meanings (ie "bot/robot/process", "Automation", "object" etc)
As a result, each vendor in this space has their own strengths and weaknesses but will typically position themselves as being best in all fields and at least "Capable" in all fields. (This is a market criticism - not AA specific)
It is therefore important to consider the type of challenges that you intend to address, compare the different offerings between different vendors. Do make use of Automation Anywhere's technical and non-technical experts, their Learning and Development team (the A2019 training we received was excellent!)

If this is your first foray into Automation, make sure you evaluate Automation Anywhere against all of the major providers and (crucially) consult with those who have used the different softwares and have learned the lessons of each.

I was able to automate the process that required 5 people. Creating debit memos and clearing.

IQ bots are not working properly after creating learning instance. Could mot fing the output path.

Automation anywhere is the best to automation OTC, P2P processes. It can automation SAP (creating orders), Oracle (processing invoices).

We have provided solutions to repetitive and tedious tasks to carry out since the software allows us to automate these processes. We are providing solutions to our clients for their process automation and we are doing POCs to increase their productivity.

Community Edition, Community portal to share with the Peer groups/experts, Ease of deployment keeping security in built with the platform rather than external component to be stitched with the solution. Scalability can be achieved in real time as compared to other competitors claim.

Scripting instead of Process Designer feature.

We are suggesting AA platform to customers and it fits medium sized to large engagements very well.
A good tool to learn with ease and Helps with Automating things with an ease.

The UI for coding in steps helps best for a developer to rectify each lines during alteration and helps to find module sin loops and if else conditions.
especially the Bot runner in the Bottom makes the Developer more rely on which number line of code its currently running rather than waiting for the logs after the bot runs to check where it need a recheck or a debug.Really a Best Tool For Automation Things. What do you dislike about the product?
Certain Drawbacks that makes the look be on dependency. The Processing time is bit more compared to other tools. Certain availability of options were unavailable as i must say in V11.3 which are present In A2019 but still must say the A2019 needs to be a more Stable version. I have the best Experience in working with Various Automation Tools .Yes i Would recommend this tool but at a limit. Yes it is a good start tool to learn and can be implemented in various fields at different domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently working on a project where data extraction was a problem from PDF IQ Bot came in Existence making it more easy. At places where the automation anywhere client tool for Enterprise use to crash due to Login Issue i realized it has limitations to work in an environment of network with More proxy limitation and N number of Firewalls, here Team automation Anywhere Support Provided a huge Helping Hand

Add more Features to ABBYY Receipt Capture SDK to make it improvise with Plugin into the Automation Anywhere Tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not from a programming background but found AA easy enough to understand and get my head around, with only a few hours of tutorials I was able to start playing with the programme and automating tasks. If you are a senior manager who has been asked to look into automation I would recommend that enrolling in the AA university is well worth a day of your time as you'll have a very solid understanding of the technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are perhaps too many different actions and options and is sometimes a little unclear which is the best solution to a particular problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using AA to automate some low-level data entry between our internal teams system and our CRM. As i gain confidence i have a solid idea of what other tasks I can automate and the business analyst training has giving me the tools to expand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My main piece of advice is simply to take your time, download the trail, watch the tutorials, the more time you can invest and learn the product the better you can understand its applications.
