Very easy to follow and does not need much experience to code

The menu items are very concise and user friendly

There is no search button in task bar.Oracle connectivity is an issue .

For developing Bots to do Custom Tasks for our clients in BFSI sector, the Bot Store from Automation Anywhere is a great place to search. It's a Great RPA Tool with their rich configuration.

To do Custom Tasks, Bots are of great help in reducing time and faster resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
The content of each training are very concise and structured really well for the participants to grasp the knowledge well which helps in each certification obtained. The visuals are interesting and always keeps the participants engaged throughout the course. The guidance and instructions are straightforward which makes it easy for us to understand and have a solid grip on the course.
In case of any clarifications required - the well interactive community with a lot of active members help a lot for clearing the doubts. In short - nothing beats the course contents and robust community built by Automation Anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. And I feel Automation Anywhere has given little room for any dislike to crop up in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the business processes can be automated with minimal manual intervention. I have been using Automation Anywhere across sectors - BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Retail.
The interface is relatively much friendly compared to other automation tools. The drag-and-drop feature is smooth. It follows client-server architecture which makes it more stable. It is easy to access with scope of high scalability. The inbuilt feature of analyzing bot performance - Bot Insights is also a great tool in Automation Anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Robustness and Flexibility provided by AA is unbelievable, AA has so many Time saving Features which eased our job, AA helped us in getting rid of repetitive task, perform tasks at much accurately and precisely than human beings. It has easy to use UI and very descriptive, AA can be mastered at much faster pace than other RPA tools available in market. Bots are easily deploy-able. The facility to record workflow is very helpful. AA is developer friendly. AA reduces development, rework and cycle time for various critical business processes, which eventually increase customer satisfaction. AA has highly encrypted password locker room to securely store log-in credentials, where passwords can be stored and accessed it while developing, which eliminates the security concerns of clients. AA supports integration of other applications, which is very useful in performing automation tasks in other platforms. AA has excel integration with Excel and performs any given task at ease. The message box feature is very helpful in debugging the AA code. Same bot can be reused for various process with similar functionality. AA Botstore has various pre-built bots for free, which can be directly utilized to save development time.

Costly, multiple failures while using Dynamic delay and Web elements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation anywhere to generate Hourly and daily reports, sorting and extracting data from invoices and publishing reports through email/web portals. Benefits are time saver and manual effort on mundane jobs.

Its one of the best RPA tool available in market. Though AA bots are costly, it is worth.

What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the best automation tool available in the market, I was working in networking and cybersecurity domain from last 7 years and six months before I started learning AA and completed my advanced certification and got job as a RPA developer, it was fun learning and easy if you have a bit/no knowledge of programming.
It can automate very complex work fast and in efficient way.

I don't have anything to dislike automation anywhere. It's one of the best automation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working for one of the client where the legacy web application does have any APIs, hence we used Automation anywhere to solve this problem where BOT are doing all the work directly login to web application without any API.

The IQ Bot capability and the pdf extraction capability is best in class among all the available automation tools, even ocr feature is more feature rich than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt Exception Handling capability, and ability to work with work queue data can be improved, currently i dislike it as it's missing few required functionality.

It helps to automate business process, helps us save hundreds of hour of manual effort. It also helps to reduce manual errors.
Less code RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is very helpful tool to automate repetitive task and save lots of manual effort. This tool is very easy to learn and implement. It's required less code compare to other tool to automate the process. Using Metabots developer can create reusable component which can we used by other team members which will save development time. Another good feature is IQ bot, using it we can achieve invoice automation. Learning automation anywhere is also easy, it has the lots of learning material available on automation anywhere university.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to automate citrix application using automation anywhere. Improvement in image based automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automated lots of process using automation anywhere. Firstly we started with shipping process in which we are reading html templates and inputting data into application also we have extracted required information form pdf.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the most preferable tools we've been using since long. Most of our solutions are developed in this tool and prefer to use this for all our clients. Automation Anywhere gives us the wings to explore new doors of automation. Integrating with Chats bot and Python has given us the power to do the cognitive automation. Integrating with other technologies like Javascript and etc has given the potential assurance to drive the automation better in place.

Initially, Document Classification and creating templates are the benefits we got for all the invoice processing processes in the Procure to Pay process. I've realized that using Automation Anywhere we are giving a lot of benefits to our customer by reducing their Actual handling time, Reducing errors in the processing
