Automation Anywhere Everywhere :)
What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the best automation tool available in the market, I was working in networking and cybersecurity domain from last 7 years and six months before I started learning AA and completed my advanced certification and got job as a RPA developer, it was fun learning and easy if you have a bit/no knowledge of programming.
It can automate very complex work fast and in efficient way.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike automation anywhere. It's one of the best automation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working for one of the client where the legacy web application does have any APIs, hence we used Automation anywhere to solve this problem where BOT are doing all the work directly login to web application without any API.

It's easy to use and can automate very complex work fast and in efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
The IQ Bot capability and the pdf extraction capability is best in class among all the available automation tools, even ocr feature is more feature rich than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt Exception Handling capability, and ability to work with work queue data can be improved, currently i dislike it as it's missing few required functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to automate business process, helps us save hundreds of hour of manual effort. It also helps to reduce manual errors.
Less code RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is very helpful tool to automate repetitive task and save lots of manual effort. This tool is very easy to learn and implement. It's required less code compare to other tool to automate the process. Using Metabots developer can create reusable component which can we used by other team members which will save development time. Another good feature is IQ bot, using it we can achieve invoice automation. Learning automation anywhere is also easy, it has the lots of learning material available on automation anywhere university.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to automate citrix application using automation anywhere. Improvement in image based automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automated lots of process using automation anywhere. Firstly we started with shipping process in which we are reading html templates and inputting data into application also we have extracted required information form pdf.

Precision is 70% and need to improve on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the most preferable tools we've been using since long. Most of our solutions are developed in this tool and prefer to use this for all our clients. Automation Anywhere gives us the wings to explore new doors of automation. Integrating with Chats bot and Python has given us the power to do the cognitive automation. Integrating with other technologies like Javascript and etc has given the potential assurance to drive the automation better in place.

Above mentioned 3 pointers are the major issues that I've come across in my automation processes.Though, I am not working as a developer, but being a consultant my organization requires that I've to be fully aware and familiar with the tool knowledge and can guide my client with the proper potential solution in terms of automation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, Document Classification and creating templates are the benefits we got for all the invoice processing processes in the Procure to Pay process. I've realized that using Automation Anywhere we are giving a lot of benefits to our customer by reducing their Actual handling time, Reducing errors in the processing

Automation anywhere allows us to create bots for tasks so that they can be repeated many times and can do the task with out user support.
It does not involve any knowledge of programming or programming languages to automate a task.
It tasks can be sheduled so that the work can be completed in time without human intervention.
The take are completed with more accuracy along with logs and reports for the user.
It reduces the effort required for manual testing.

As it a new and different platform it takes some time to learn the product . So the courses for learning the product should be available for free.
It increases unemployment because through automation anywhere a task done by a group of people can be done automatically with out human interaction.
Event though it is a very wondeful product Lack of publicity making this not worthwhile.
Many people don't know about automation anywhere so there should be more knowledge transfer sessions and meetings with the people to involve them in the product.

Latest version of A2019 take lot of time for deployment and download dependency compared to v11. otherwise the new version is very usefull with new features.

I had used automation anywhere for business solution and for making my life easy by doing some mundane task like saving attachment to drive automatically from email trigger.
