Best automation too ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The way it automates the business process reduces the human effort of doing the repeatative work.It helps the many business process to work in background as per the schedules with any errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI has to be improved. I don't like the present UI of the tool. The performance has to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many invoice automation processes, HR related processes are automated. I have implemented crm related automated process which includes API as well. To be precise, I have used API's in getting the data and feeding the data to crm.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to the Robotic Process Automation platform, Automation Anywhere is the answer. It is far ahead of its competitor in every aspect. It is the best in every aspect. Automation Anywhere has integrated with very big platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office365, Google packages, Github, etc. It has a very powerful Bot scheduler, which makes bot scheduling very efficient. It has an inbuilt credential manager that stores all the confidential information. Credential vault stores this information in form of variables. You can create separate lockers as per your requirement needs. You can manage access to these lockers as well. Its user interface is really simple and you can easily manage your bot script. Drag and drop is another key feature. It supports the variable of Table and Record type as well. The cloud platform can store files, variables and other data remotely. Error handling makes the Bot execution robust and provides a fault-free system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading a file from the local system each time downloads dependency to read files from the local system, which affects the overall performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automation Github repository management with Automation Anywhere cloud platform. We have automated complete version control functionality like creating pull requests, approving pull request and merging of the code.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to Robotic Process Automation, Automation Anywhere must be your first choice. The most important feature is its User interface, which is really simple and makes it really easy for even beginners to get started. Enhanced documentation and training program from Automation Anywhere are the other important key features. Coming back to User Interface, you have a drag and drop option to create workflow really fast. Along with the command script listing, you have a workflow layout tab, which helps you analyze data flow and the re-structuring of commands in the script becomes really easy. It also provides a search mechanism to filter out commands and even filter out command packages. Locker or Credential Vault is another important feature which ensures the security of your confidential data, you do not have to worry about any properties file or you do not have to read data from local disk. You can also manage access rights for Credential Vault.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere cloud platform has some performance issues, on a regular basis it downloads all the dependencies and even the per-processing part is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated my email servers, database management, and Salesforce integration. Adopting Automation Anywhere, saved us lots of manual efforts, times and boosted ROI.

Automation Anywhere doesn't provide any way to share Bot scripts with some other user. This restricts the parallel implementation of the same Bot script on multiple systems. Some command packages only have a minimal set of commands. Sometimes you do not have support to implement complex operations with these basic commands. Most of the command packages need this enhancement. Another issue is with the output, Automation Anywhere does not provide any console or way to print Record, Table variables for monitoring purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating our employee hiring process with Automation Anywhere cloud platform. We have automation in place from filtering out Application forms to scheduling interviews and onboard process.

What do you like best about the product?
With Automation Anywhere you can automate anything seamlessly, from automating your email server to automate the workflow of your application. It's easy to use interface makes it simple to create a bot script and navigate through the platform. Drag and Drop option is really a cool feature that helps you create the script really fast and makes re-ordering really simple. Other important features are Screen recording, support for different kinds of variables. Another interesting feature is you can add any device to which you have access to run the bot script remotely. You can run a script on some unattended devices as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud platform of Automation Anywhere is quite slow sometimes. Downloading dependencies take too much time. Also, the indication bar which displays the status of execution sometimes shows a negative value, which makes it look really ugly and confusing. Another concern is regarding the clarity of the error messages when some runtime error occurs or an unexpected exception is thrown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Automation Anywhere for various applications, for e.g. SAP, Salesforce and Mailchimp. I have automated my mail server with Automation Anywhere as well. Agentless computing, bot scheduling and no manual efforts are the benefits of the Automation Anywhere platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface is the best part of Automation Anywhere. It provides Drag and Drop functionality to drag any component from any command package and drop at any position in the script. It provides error handling in the bot scripts which help you keep your work going even if some unexpected error occurs. The concept of Metabot allows to run multiple task bots and achieve very high performance. Automation Anywhere supports different type of variables as well such as Record, Table, File, etc. Another important feature is the Locker to safely store confidential data. User can directly use this information directly from Credential Vaults.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bot pre processing sometimes take too much time to load. It also takes too much time to download dependencies. Sometimes bots fail with some unexpected error. If you want to update something and create a new DLL for it, when you replace the new DLL with the previous one, sometimes your logic doesn't work and metabots are not mapped properly to the updated DLL. You have to remove the previous logics and create a new metabot to add new logics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a use case to automate processes for our database management, also to automate few operations on our git repository, we are exploring Office365 packages as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best tool for automating your business process. This tool is very easy to learn and use. It's UI is highly intuitive and non programmer can easily use this. Control room is very simple, easy to understand and can easily work on it. Automation Anywhere has the capability to work with multiple systems. we can automated lots of repeatedly scenarios easily. With the help of Automation Anywhere we can automate window and web based processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is few things which i dislike about Automation Anywhere as per my own experience is sometimes Excel got hanged and also the setup for the automation Anywhere toll is little bit complex. Otherwise this tool has worked fine and have automated most of mine difficult process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have done web based automation, email automation and Pdf automation. This tool has reduced the repeated task and also reduced the error rate and enhance the work productivity. I am very happy with Automation Anywhere performance.

Some problems that I face using this platform are API and file directory things.
Terminal emulator when connected to CUZ, the tool does not work with Terminal emulator.
Also some problems with the v11 image recognition command.
Some points where not every command is explained properly in detail.
