It is a very good software... Easy to use and all the training videos are very helpful

The new version is little difficult to understand.. And there is no training videos for it

The main thing about RPA is that it has very attractive and user friendly Interface. I have used many automation tools but it has a different and
very attractive interface so that anyone can use it easily. I think is it best automation tool technology for beginner which provides easy modification with no restrictions and best automation service.
If you are new to automation don't think very much just go for RPA.
It can also help you in all your Machine learning and Artificial Intelligenge Automations.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about RPA that it does not work on unstructured data and it also has less user base at present.
But being a very good automation tool I think that it will remove its limitations soon.

Automation Anywhere helps me to automate many tasks.
I have made a chat bot that is used for feedback purpose for an education based application.

What do you like best about the product?
Using AA tools I automated various tasks easily. This tool is very easy to use and simple. I also trained my students on this tool and I cleared my essential certification exam.
What do you dislike about the product?
New cloud version is quite complex then enterprise edition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did email automation to notify student's parent about their attendance and marks. I automated marks uploading process on erp. I did Excel automation to verfiy marks and result analysis. This tool is very helpful for scraping data from web using web recorder.

This software's UI Design is very simple and we can automate many things, can make bots in it.

Yah. One thing i can say that it's demo user limit must be minimum 6 months.Because there are many types of pepole are on the world.

One of the most difficult questions customer find asking themselves is does my process have any structure and flow,does it follow any logic? Automation anywhere tools comes into picture here, it helps the customer implement mundane repetitive tasks be it in the HR department ,oil and gas industry ,and many more. Be it the drag and drop feature,the flexibility it provides on using Python ,SQL and it's own various range of actions,the brilliant iqbot cognitive solution

Definitely the citrix automation needs improvement

Learning platform , the content is relevant and the design of the training method is of up.to date standard. it makes it easier for employees to study and complete their studies at a specific time be either at work or at home.

nothing at all and all is well with me. i love everything about the training and certification.

A2019 takes lot of time to compile and every time we change anything then we have to apply change save and then run .

Very much useful for completing the daily task with ease and reducing manual effort needed to complete the same process daily. The UI interaction is more advanced compared to the previous version of this Tool.

The Citrix operations are yet to be developed in a considerable way to compete with Uipath which is already providing various options for the Citrix Automation such as Native Citrix and Computer Vision which are compared to that of Automation anywhere.
The lack of visualization of the process that the bot has executed, integration of other vendors to generate a statistical report of the way the bot runs.
The Uipath has more integrated way to show the visual representation by creating dash boards in the Kibana while combined with Elastic or Splunk.
The way to store the code where multiple developers will be able to develop the code. Right now i saw the only integration with the SVN. hoping we can have a bit more like TFS or GIT in future.

I have been using Automation Anywhere to sort out the Emails and mainly for the SAP UI Automation for the PO number, retrieve data from the SAP and pass to the other Team. Filtering the data and generating final forms depending on the requirement.

The more simpler platform to start the Tool, which is very well understandable. Automating of the Bot creation will be a enjoyable fun.

1. Meta bots are really useful in Automation Anywhere.some meta bots are licensed,but are affordable. There are single and multiple meta bots to automate easily. By using meta bots we can use some advanced commands like interacting with SAP apps to simple commands like doing date operation.

Very few activities is available for Mail automation. Web recording and cloning activities can be more optimized.
