excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, if you are a developer in any language, you can combine previous knowledge with automation commands and generate very robust solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
at the moment I cannot develop in C# directly in the tool

The way Automation Anywhere is structured architecture wise is very good. It's ease-to-use nature is what i like the most. It allows users to distribute tasks among multiple computers for faster results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is not well organised and becomes hard to find out what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of user accounts, verification of user accounts, generating daily reports and more.

Automation Anywhere is the best tool for me it has a lot of likely features like iq bot, and ARRI is an amazing tool like small workflow and its great features

It has some little things like web scrapping and task bot it needs more work on it and needs more enhancement in ocr tool in the Arabic language to be easy to use in all bots

a lot of problems like extracting data from pdf and excel files. Like data scrapping and web scrapping with iq bot, i solve a lot of things like getting to data ocr from any document with unstructured data and its unique features

What do you like best about the product?
AA is the only tool which is more user friendly and easy to learn and explore. Metabots and IQ bots are added huge advantage to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say, everything is fine and good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used AA to resolve web portal downolads as well as handling of data. Some of the backend commands like SFTP and REST web services based problems had solved easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a best platform to make work easier through Bots. Create a bot to perform a task with your specifications schedule it if you need it to be done at a particular time or you can even repeat the same task multiple number of times and track what has happened at every step of it through workflow diagrams. We can convert the all data into all format. It is useful for non programmer . it is use full for non technical student.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it has a better way of communication like an embedded chat bot to interact with users rather than customer care services when in a situation of a urgent solution to problems , it is better . Steps to follow while installing and setting up the software are not clear. A clear cut documentation of the whole set up would make it more easier for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For data analyze, online data convert without man power.
No need to repeat your boring tasks daily.

The use cases like regression testing, unit testing, integration testing all without worrying, and also the scenarios which the testers fail to look at can be tested without any worries.

I badly hate its memory utilization. It makes me sad at times. It goes slow at times which makes me restart the services. I have a computer with high configurations. Still at times I need to free up the ram kill tasks and make my system back to life. There was a time i hated the icons but thanks for bringing it back.

I have automated my daily tasks like jira and work log works so that I don't have to repeat daily tasks again and again
I have automated the unit test cases , once my development is over i just ask my juniors to run the unit cases so as to find the areas I misses to check , during the time of coding the module/block, this makes the testing team's work easier and also a level of comfort to the developer.

What do you like best about the product?
Any one can able to use the tool even though if you are not from Core programming knowledge, that's really helps to Business users to understand the tool

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing is there, every thing the way they providing toll is really good
As working on 11.3.2, have some small issues like needs to keep the files in the VDI separate because it will not going when you deploy the code in the Control room
Once you deploy the code again we need to deploy manually all depending files like excel or XML files manually in to the running machine
Apart from that nothing is there and just want to know the Meta bot how it will work in the new version of A2019

Automation Anywhere- The tool for DEVELOPERS!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere has the ability to integrate with any OCR product which reads all scanned documents like pdf etc. It handles Citrix and VDI applications as well. The clients mostly look to automate their accounting procedures and provide solution to back end processes.AA also has the feature of metabots through which we can use in Artificial intelligence and machine learning. Most importantly, it is easy to implement and the pricing is reasonable as compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great tool but it does have a few shortcomings. It doesn't have a flowchart and implementing the control room is tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Automation Anyhwre Enterprise for several years- starting from v10, v11 and now A2019. We are using it to automate the financial process of companies to reduce manual and repetitive tasks. To give a basic example, Our team used to spend a lot of time on manual process of sending emails, copy and paste-which could have easily be done by a bot. By using Automation Anywhere, we were able to save those man hours spent on information gathering from different reports and combine all the data into exactly what we need

When there is a repetitive task at hand and the information is in a organized and structured manner, then Automation Anywhere is the go-to tool to create a bot but when it comes to small processes which are dynamic in nature, then I think Automation anywhere will take a back seat
Great Tool to Automate Business Process
What do you like best about the product?
I personally love the Metabot feature of Automation Anywhere as I used it With many Windows based application. It behaves differently according to the application for which it s been created. Dll support provided by the automation anywhere helps to automate almost every Windows based application without actually using GUI. Web recorder also helped me a lot to automate the download process from various websites where it would take much more time to manually download invoices which in case of the bot is done in no time. Error Handling feature provided by the software allows to manage the code in very easy manner and handling the logs is so easy with error handling. Even we can send email directly to the monitoring person in case of any exception or any kind of report needed to be sent we can attach a file and send email automatically. I also used triggers to execute some task based on certain events related to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The commands such as keystrokes or mouse clicks and such other commands are prone to miss clicks as they uses co ordinates and hey may change while recording and while executing so i found those commands more vague. Identifying the objects from any application must me more specific as many at times bot clicks or selects other object than the one recorded while recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved many problems faced by my firm using Automation Anywhere such as exporting reports from SAP application and managing various files and folders using data retrieved from excel sheets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend the software if you are finding something to replace humans from mundane tasks and make them utilize their time in much more innovative things.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere cloud platform provides remote access to Robotic Process Automation platform with excellent and easy to use Interface. Best part about Automation Anywhere cloud platform is its interface, which comes with filter option for command packages as well as the commands. Along with this we have Drag and Drop functionality to drag and drop any command at anywhere in the script. The other important feature is the credential vault which allows you to store confidential information in the encrypted form. Users can store these values in the locker and also manage access. It also provides bot analytics which helps you monitor bot execution and provides important information like execution time, memory utilization and other insights
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most is the exception or the error message that occurs during the bot execution. You get this as an error message, " An unexpected error occurred while executing the bot. Try again or contact your System Administrator". This type of error makes it impossible to debug the issue and resolve the error. Sometimes the bot sticks at pre-processing the bot script for which you have to manually go to your system services and restart all the services to get rid of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating Salesforce workflow for my organization. All manual work is eliminated as everything is automated, for e.g. creating Lead, Assigning Contact, Quote, etc.
