A reliable tool for automating the day today repetitive tasks in your PC
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Automation Anywhere tool for the past 1.8 years. The best features of Automation Anywhere are the control room feature, MetaBots and DLL compatibility. When we bought this tool we were little bit skeptical about the user friendly features but to our surprise the training videos provided by Automation Anywhere is really good and there is no need of any programming knowledge to develop bots. Using Metabots feature we developed some stable code and we reused it n number of times and this has helped as to save lot of time in development of a stable and robust bot.
The API compatibility for automating API accessible websites is very useful and we can avoid the user interface, thereby the bot can finish the tasks with minimum error with in a very less span of time. Another great feature of Automation Anywhere is the control room, where we can schedule the Bots at any time any day. In the home dash board of control room we get graphical representation of the list of active bots, bot run status and total bot schedule in the next seven days. By looking into the graph we will easily get the overall information about all the deployed bots. The audit log feature is also good that we can see both successful and unsuccessful activities in audit page and based on our requirement we can filter it out as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the UI/UX design of the tool. The forum of automation anywhere is not much active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this tool we are automated almost all the excel and pdf related repetitive tasks, this helped us to reduce the manhours spending for the repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Queuing is one of the good things I have liked the most
2. Load Balancer is also something which is excellent in the tool.
3. Also the reporting dashboards that are available in the control room are quite useful. The requirement to build the dashboards and reports is minimized and these dashboards can be used instead of them.
4. Also there are few dashboards which are capable of showing the performance of various bots and the availability which is a very useful tool for measurement and analysis of productivity.
6. Also the metabot functionality that is available makes it more robust. we can make certain parts as reusable components in the tool and can call them inside the workbench as an when required.

1. We do not have much functionalities available for Outlook tasks.
2. We do not have much functionalities associated with Excel for which then we need to use macro functions.
3. Also please try to include in build component for c# .Net Scripting as it is much mature and convenient than the VB Scripts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like automation because of Higher output and increase productivity. It reduced the time limit and also good for safety purposes. Automation is easy to use. Automation allows the organization to automate the process which is performed by the user. Automation is a Management system that uses control of the system to run the automated Task. Automation tools can automate an end to end business operation for the Organization. Automation supports many languages like C#,C++, VB6, Vb.
The automation system result is in greater control and consisting to improve the product quality.
Another benefit of automation is its reduction in the number of hours. Automation is a must for the IT industry in the current time. The automation setup is easy and it is also used for the enterprise application.

One of the most important disadvantages is the maintenance it takes lots of money.

We are a product based company and in our product, we need to integrate the FIX rule. So I integrate the FIX rule threw the automation.

The documentation is not good
If want to solve something and don't known not able to get documentation properly
the inability of integration with 3rd party technologies is one of the dislikes in V11 as i can not easily integrate the AA services or commands with API calls such as Google Text to Speech API or Computer Vision of cloud technologies

Firstly I would like to appreciate the handwork beaned this. All I want to say that is all session is good but in some place it explain in very detail and also some time it is not easy to understand the logic for this.I will definitely try to not see the negative site of this, I will try to see only and only positive site of this session best on Automation. basely Automation is a term which reflect the meaning which reduces the time to get result.Automation anywhere will help us in anywhere.

Automation Anywhere will help you to get result in very short time of period. In the session I have seen how we can solve the problem by applying formulas and all. I also like how we can apply formulas in excel file and get it done by very short time od period.I would like to apply excel formulas and all which was shown on this session .I would apply this in my day to day activity which is related with excel which is also reduce the time.

It is easy to use Automation Anywhere.It is one if the best RPA tools.Bots make our job easier and making bots using Automation Anywhere is easy but at the same time it is tough if you don't know the concepts.

Robust solution to manage and deploy bots.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Automation Anywhere is how the bot creator workflow is displayed. The lines of code help me see better what I'm creating, where each command starts and ends, easily and how close it is from tradicional programming, still being easy to use as it is drag and drop. Also, I see how secure and reliable the Enterprise Client and the Control Room are, and how people recognize that. The credential vault makes companies more comfortable to implement bots on their daily tasks. And to whoever whants to learn about RPA and AA, the AA University helps new users understand the processes and commands. APeople helps developers exchange knowledge and see the ideal practices to make our robots better. I the documentation on the Automation Anywhere, but I also wish it was bigger and had more examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
The options to use with Strings and Variables... It should be easier and have more options to deal with them, for example, using a simple regex pattern on a variable. I know that we have a newer version with a few more options, but still, when I'm creating a bot, I find myself wishing that I could apply simple rules and have all the String Operations in one place, using one, two or all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing excel datasets and creating excel datasets has been the most used case scenario so far, because even though we use various systems and lecacy applications to connect all kinds of data between them, Excel worksheets are always present. Downloading massive amounts of PDFs, extracting data from them, inputting them on newer systems, or even the opposite - from an xlsx, we get all the data that needs to be processed and we input it on the legacy system as needed, often sending emails to make the end result visible to the stakeholders and to warn if something out of the programmed happened.

My advice when people ask me about Robotic Process Automation and Automation Anywhere is always the same: go to Automation Anytwhere University, complete the 'Hello Bot' course and start learning!

What do you like best about the product?
application front end automation and back end automation with provided security and reliable control room for the status checking and observing functionality. Data security and the way AA stores with high encryption makes it the best RPA tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
cannot be the most preferred for the data base applications which will provide inconsistent results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA made complex problems like login and tracking the status made really helpful. It has additional features of error handling like if you got an error , we can easily track where it happend.

It is much more advancing and improving with current technology. It also launched cloud platform for easy access.
