Best and very robust RPA technology

Easy coding, Very robust bots, very less/almost no issues once development is done.

I have developed bots which monitors the sites and do the required things when the given conditions are met.

Easy to use, and the bots developed in AA are bit more robust compared to the bots developed in other RPA technologies.

In very few scenarios, I faced inconsistency in functionality of few web recorder commands while automating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating business processes which has improved the efficiency and reduced the workload to a greater extent.The business process owners are very satisfied with the outcomes

Have a good knowledge on user interface elements and web page functionality which included HTML,CSS etc.

What do you like best about the product?
In Automation anywhere its easy to use all the keywords and its also easy to understand . The meta bots reduces the repeated use of the code and we can just call the meta bot to do those repeatative work . The object cloning is also very useful to capture the required fields in the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
the new update ie A2019 is very confusing and i am not able to understand it . And the new update dosent support the use of excel as database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used in many ways such as fetching the data from the website and storing the data in any of the formats like .xlsx, .xls, .csv and also in database, the IQ bots is also a useful which helps in fetching the data from multiple formats of pdf and store them in an excel file.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definately recommend others to use Automation anywhere because of its easy to use software for development. There are also many videos to understand the software. The beginners tutorials are very easy to understand and the quiz in between also helps us improve the knowledge of the software. For beginners it is the perfect platform to start in the field of RPA. There are also plenty of bots in the bot store which are very helpful . The AAPeople is also a very useful because it helps us to clear a lot of doubts and the replies are also very quick. Overall its a very good software which i would recommend everyone to use.
My Amazing Experience on Automation Anywhere Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The main use of Automation Anywhere tool is to get rid of repetitive tasks by automating them. We can automate almost every desktop and windows based applications. The Automation Anywhere tool is very easy to use and understand, since Automation Anywhere portal provides very good tutorials and they are helpful to understanding almost all the commands of Automation Anywhere. The upsides of using Automation Anywhere is that the tools includes drag and drop functionality with basic information on how to use these commands, it also includes system variables which can be used during the development of bots. Automation Anywhere tool can be used with little technical knowledge and enough interest to automate almost anything that is rule specific. One of the best things is the Bot store, from where you can download already built bots which can perform many operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike in this tool. Pricing is little expensive. There are few bugs in the Bot Insight dashboard, sometime the dashboard which you have created in Test environment doesn't get reflected in Production, other than that it is a great and very powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me in Extracting essential data from various sources like Excel, PDF, Text and CSV files directly. Also SAP automation can be handled very easily using the SAP GUI command or through Metabots. Error handling mechanism will help you in handling all the known and unknown errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to recommend Automation Anywhere to others since we can automate almost all the repetitive tasks and boring stuffs using this tool. Automation Anywhere is easy to use and understand even for the non technical users.

I liked the certification course and exam related to it was very valuable and taught us alot.

I hoped we can get more then one free certification course to increase our interest in the field.

While performing the PDF Extraction operations I have faced the issue for extracting mismatched data. Debugging feature should be improved in Automation anywhere. Some functionalities are still limited, such as HTML email sending, Mark email as unread.

I am using Automation anywhere to automate handle emails,Excel files, documents etc.Automation Anywhere is a user friendly tool,it gives many inbuilt tools to develop the bots in less time.Easy process ,easy to learn. Learned how to develop a bot using inbuilt tools.

Starting and managing the bot needs human interaction and We can not use the bot for decision-making activities. The initial cost of implementing is very high.
