I liked the certification course and exam related to it was very valuable and taught us alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hoped we can get more then one free certification course to increase our interest in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere provides a complete, integrated RPA platform comprising of automation, artificial intelligence and analytics. The Bot Creator is extremely easy to use, especially for non technical business users.Variety of commands - all the commands are available in a list and are intuitive. You can simply drag and drop them to the algorithm (task) and input the parameters.Easy learning and quick process of developing the bot in short time. We can develop our own bot and can sell our products with the help of Automation Anywhere. 24*7 assistance to maintain our product by Automation Anywhere. Easy interactions with the helping team of Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
While performing the PDF Extraction operations I have faced the issue for extracting mismatched data. Debugging feature should be improved in Automation anywhere. Some functionalities are still limited, such as HTML email sending, Mark email as unread.

I am using Automation anywhere to automate handle emails,Excel files, documents etc.Automation Anywhere is a user friendly tool,it gives many inbuilt tools to develop the bots in less time.Easy process ,easy to learn. Learned how to develop a bot using inbuilt tools.

Because Automation Anywhere is a user friendly and any one can learn easily and adopt this tool for automation.It saves time and money and get work done quickly with proper quality. Starting and managing the bot needs human interaction and We can not use the bot for decision-making activities. The initial cost of implementing is very high.

Automation anywhere resolves repetitive that doesn't need human's discussion tasks like, It automatically resets Active directory, Gmail and Office.com password for users which minimize system administration cost & save time even; we have used for bank reconciliation which gives relief for our accounting teams; Job applicant filtering

it's easy to create a bot with very limited period of time using SOAP and REST web services we can connect to other applications like DevelopedOn, .NET and JAVA etc.

Exception handling can be improved. Needs more commands related to microsoft office applications.

Real-time Robot Programming and Automation
What do you like best about the product?
This robotic process tool is perhaps the best we can find today and I have already handled Uipath and Blue Prism, the speed with which you can create a bot through its commands and interface is excellent you do not need to be an expert in programming to create the automation processes allowing users with little experience to develop their robots, Perhaps the tool that I use the most and consider the best of this RPA is the Metabot its efficiency and performance make this system the best in the market, it has options to work with PDF files is really useful since most of the sketches that are shown are in this format, also offers a tool called IQbot this is a very effective integrated converter that allows you to transform files from Word, Excel and even CSV. I really like the training they offer as it is a universal software there are quite a few videos or tutorials to be able to understand the system better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a high cost program that is intended for large companies that can pay for licenses does not mean that it is bad but I think it is a limitation for small businesses to seek some automation in their companies. They offer you a control room in the creation and programming try to configure it is not easy I had to resort to several tutorials to do it properly, I love using Python I would like a more advanced integration with this programming language. Handling all the bugs is often cumbersome the function of debugging the programming code is not the best option when it comes to removing threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really effective to use it with our cloud application automation process I have implemented it extensively in this area. I also use it for sales process automation and it is very complete for web platforms that require it, collecting data with python and java as well as obtaining specific spreadsheets for the relevant IT authorities are done on a daily basis.

The options offered by AA are infinite in reality one of the best RPA's available today perhaps its high cost offers limitations for smaller companies but to be frank the software is worth it, programming and running bots becomes a simple and fun task, the access to multiple tutorials makes it a tool that many users use and the training is not very complex.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and simplicity is the best of AA software. Tool provides UI which can be easily used by business to create tasks and the Control room is best place where business can be able to execute their tasks on demand without any ones help. The bot store platform provides many reusable tasks which can be easily integrated with current tasks to automate many process without reinventing the wheels. This saves plenty of time and helps creating the use cases in quick time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software needs to come up with better mechanism to get password details from central password management tools like "Password Safe". Keeping the passwords in Credential manager and maintaining them is additional manual steps for companies who want to follow strict password sharing policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many. We have automated business process to formulate the renewal process which heavily involves in generating the policy numbers, letters, emails and furnishing the details in applications. This overall saved huge cost and time for business to reach the customers in quick turnaround.
