Real-time Robot Programming and Automation
What do you like best about the product?
This robotic process tool is perhaps the best we can find today and I have already handled Uipath and Blue Prism, the speed with which you can create a bot through its commands and interface is excellent you do not need to be an expert in programming to create the automation processes allowing users with little experience to develop their robots, Perhaps the tool that I use the most and consider the best of this RPA is the Metabot its efficiency and performance make this system the best in the market, it has options to work with PDF files is really useful since most of the sketches that are shown are in this format, also offers a tool called IQbot this is a very effective integrated converter that allows you to transform files from Word, Excel and even CSV. I really like the training they offer as it is a universal software there are quite a few videos or tutorials to be able to understand the system better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a high cost program that is intended for large companies that can pay for licenses does not mean that it is bad but I think it is a limitation for small businesses to seek some automation in their companies. They offer you a control room in the creation and programming try to configure it is not easy I had to resort to several tutorials to do it properly, I love using Python I would like a more advanced integration with this programming language. Handling all the bugs is often cumbersome the function of debugging the programming code is not the best option when it comes to removing threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really effective to use it with our cloud application automation process I have implemented it extensively in this area. I also use it for sales process automation and it is very complete for web platforms that require it, collecting data with python and java as well as obtaining specific spreadsheets for the relevant IT authorities are done on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The options offered by AA are infinite in reality one of the best RPA's available today perhaps its high cost offers limitations for smaller companies but to be frank the software is worth it, programming and running bots becomes a simple and fun task, the access to multiple tutorials makes it a tool that many users use and the training is not very complex.

Automation Anywhere is very good platform to create bot for any automation for day to day and all the repetitive task and we can eliminate the manual work for all the end to end activity through doing the automation creating the Bot.
It is tremendous platform to have automation in the our process. We can see, it is very easy and user friendly to work on this bot and we can create any bot for any task.
And also now automation is come up with the Discovery bot, which we will automating the automation.
Automation anywhere also provide the community where we can ask question for any problem or if we need any help regarding the automation we can solve in community where all the person give there views in community. It is good platform where we discuss the issue or to improve knowledge about the bot creation etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and simplicity is the best of AA software. Tool provides UI which can be easily used by business to create tasks and the Control room is best place where business can be able to execute their tasks on demand without any ones help. The bot store platform provides many reusable tasks which can be easily integrated with current tasks to automate many process without reinventing the wheels. This saves plenty of time and helps creating the use cases in quick time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software needs to come up with better mechanism to get password details from central password management tools like "Password Safe". Keeping the passwords in Credential manager and maintaining them is additional manual steps for companies who want to follow strict password sharing policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many. We have automated business process to formulate the renewal process which heavily involves in generating the policy numbers, letters, emails and furnishing the details in applications. This overall saved huge cost and time for business to reach the customers in quick turnaround.

I have automated several complex business processes spanning across different verticals using Automation Anywhere. Benefits include significant less time taken by the bot to complete the processes, revenue generation, cost reduction.

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing is it is very easy to develop and manage the bots using automation anywhere. Especially web automation and excel automation are made really easy. We can develop any bots ranging from simple bots to complex bots in no time. This is also one of the best products for the beginners who want to learn RPA and build bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is a bit less helpful according to me. As a beginner when I get stuck in something while developing the bot, I would really appreciate some kind of help from AA or the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly I'm using Automation anywhere for web automation and excel automation which is repetitive. I have realized that we saved a lot of my time after using automation anywhere and it is also cost-efficient. I could build bots in very little time using automation anywhere. I feel that it is very easy to build bots and automate business processes using automation anywhere.

I would highly recommend automation anywhere to those who are looking for automating their business processes. The tool is really easy to use and has a developer-friendly environment. We can build even complex bots within a short time period. Also very easy to manage the bots after the deployment. I would also recommend automation anywhere to beginners who want to learn automation and get into RPA industry as this is the best product ever in the market and very easy to use as well.

Not all the object IDs in SAP application could be captured using the Automation Anywhere commands or SAP dll provided by Automation Anywhere.

In the current project, I am working on SAP application and Excel.
