What do you like best about the product?
Its a simple tool and can help business reduce lot of manual workload. We have seen cases on automatic emails routing, automatic invoice processing, call address and issue resolutions through automation anywhere tool and IQ bots provided there in. This is the future of automation in world wide industries and can enhance customer as well as users experiences. This tool is licensed but with proper CBA analysis we can showcase the reduction in manual working hours, resources and quality of work will improve which will result in more productivity and hence rise in profitability of the overall company. Better prospects for employees engaged in automation industry and growth mindset envisaged with in the employees to do better. With new age automation, RPA tool and AI and ML integrations businesses have realized the importance of automation in day to day activities and now are targeting to create more use cases to incorporate such technologies in all operations be it Adminstration, Human resource, Finance, Etc. Even people in Finance are working together with IT Partners to onboard more such tool and build Center of Excellence models for their overall business.

Tool is simple and can have more detailed user friendly refer documents to learn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen cases of Invoice processing through in build OCR tool through automation anywhere, reading tables and structered data through websites and uploading in excel templates

2. Multiple activity can be configure in single command like "Begin Error"
3. Easy to manage task files.
4. Uploading the task file in control room and dependent files

7. Support external scripts like javascript, vb script.
8. Terminal service is also a appreciable commands for main frame application.

1. We are unable to start or stop taking snapshot in "Begin Error" using a configuration file, this feature require for compliance purpose.
2. Unable to debug the code while calling new task file from a task file.
3. if multiple task file open and we scrolling down a task file in editor then on the scrolling will also move for other task file on same line (if no of lines available otherwise last line)
4. To run the task file form control room we need to put static path to call a task file, unable to make this path dynamic as per configuration.

We are able to deliver good project to our customer by automation anywhere in terms of revenue.

I highly recommend automation anywhere product as its does not require much experience development, simple pseudo code or logical person can work on this tool.

The most important factor is to save time, the most expensive resource that exists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for small businesses. There is no package for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive tasks have been replaced by automated processes, favoring the use of the time generated with activities of greater added value.

We recommend However, we need additional tools to fix the bugs that the tool presents. In addition, in Brazil the offer is not democratized. Small and medium-sized companies are unable to access it at cost and the logistical support provided by the representatives does not cover the entire territorial extension.

i like the way it works,it is very innovative and less human intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
i do not have any dislike concepts in Automation anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At present we are using for the some accounting and billing process.some many benefits as there in that perfection in result is the much better benefit.

Longer Turn around time from AA support team. Once Control room was down in December 2019 which impacted month close / ear end activities.

AA give flexibility even to go for most complicated processes, in Financial services deployed 5 integrated bots including 1 IQ bot for back to back invoice processing.

Control Room is a one- stop application which provides mechanisms to individually monitor the users, the bots, the license control, manage access controls, generate MIS logs on the different bots being executed on various client machines, provides dashboard views. Mainly I have implemented bots i n Financial and Accounting sector, in which my bots generated very good ROI to the Organization and where company had used those FTE to do skill activities.

There are few issues when we connect to the server side but gets resolved very quickly by raising a ticket or contacting the help desk.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the leading tool in RPA industry and mostly used tool for RPA in small and large organisations. It is easy to use and vast features help teams to automate the task/business processes easily and save manual efforts. It has IQbots/metabots features which help us to use AI /DLLs methodology to even go more deeper with our automations. There are even options to integrate the scripts and run with automation anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of features which needs to fixed after the upgrade to V11 .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using automation anywhere to automate tasks which ground level representatives perform to submit various requests to web portals either to increase the sales or return process. We are saving in terms of efforts and ROI is very good for the deployed bots.

Everything. The training content and the way every concept is described is the highlight of it.
