What do you like best about the product?
Performance of automation anywhere tool while compared to any other RPA tools is too productive and user friendly.It saves lot of time in automating the tasks while manual automation does requires lot of hours in completing the task which makes saving time and cost productive too.It's easy to learn and with less coding knowledge one can achieve writing a bot so effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all commands in the AA can be used full fledged.Trail version has 30 days limited usage,that can be extended in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.using Error handling command we can find the exact failing line number and as well save the error screen shot.
2.by using wait for window and wait for screen change commands will identify delays.
3.By using iQ bot we can extract the data from unstructured pdf file.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
We can automate many repetitive tasks so effectively using AA which is more reliable than any other RPA tools.Tasks can be run even while computer is locked,which saves lot of time like person need not monitor all the time.Tasks can be easily divided across the machines which makes a sort of load balancing.code can be stored in a repository which makes easy usage while required.

Framework of Automation Anywhere.
Designing the Task , Tool Command help you to automate the application easily specially the Error Handling approach help you to build robust task.

Excel Command need to increase which will help to automate more excel operation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation tool help me to automate below Problem.
-Downloading the attachment from Remote server and copied to local system
-Downloading the Email from outlook with all validation and formatting the email body and reply, forward to same vendors easily
-SAP Automation updating the Multiple Tcode and Downloading the Files from SAP
-Help to automate Flex Application which interact with Java Script pages and web pages
-Oracle application, windows application , Terminal Emulator application

What do you like best about the product?
1. It comes with many out of the box features and rest can be fulfilled using VBScripts and DLLs
2. Its a very comfortable tool for someone who knows basics of coding. A lay man may find it little difficult to use but as a developer I find it better compared to other AA tool as things are under control using basic programmings skills

What do you dislike about the product?
1. While working with SAP, we mostly need to depend on scripting as metabot also is not as accurate as scripts
2. Mapping of variables is a little painful, GUI should show the number of variables mapped at any point of time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We have integrated AA with Service Now and other Apps like web and maximo. It has helped in automating the full process from receiving tickets in SNOW to performing the actual task.
2. We have used AA with various functions in SAP which have resulted in 1 FTE saving who can now be engaged in other enhancement work
3. Various excel operations and web application validations, data entering have been automated

I recommend it to anyone who would like to automate any task that is repetitive, complex and time taking
AA is one of the best tools i used both personal and business requirements
What do you like best about the product?
I most like to automate requirements using APIs. It is very easy to do that using AA. Previous workplace used other tool to automation processes, owing to fact that i know AA learning and working is very easy to beginner than other tools. In several months our team able to release 15 FTs and hope to release 80 end of this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Need to improve several excel functions more. Because i notice if excel hang during automation, nothing indicate to identify particular excel is hanged.
2. And for small processes is is not suitable to add bot compare with the cost.

Most of the repeated jobs are now run through AA. Order handling, Job creations, and other excel base automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you not use AA, try community edition and implement several scenarios based on UI or API. Commands and directions you can easily find on AA site.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things that i want to suggest , as currently i am using Automation Anywhere V11.0 version. There i have faced an issue with the Web-recorder which is still not working with Google Chrome.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best tool one it comes to automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Unlike other tools automation anywhere is can easily handle PDF manipulation tasks such as data extraction, it is really stable tool to be used for PDF data manipulation and it is easy to learn compare to other automation tool. Once the development is done the automation will be stable and reliable to use in production.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Automation Anywhere can be hard to learn for some people as many other tools in the industry are easy to learn and they have drag and drop options which is less complex in comparison to Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere should also be used to get the PDF merging and un-merging option available and also the citrix automation needs to be more reliable and stable for automation. Overall the Automation Anywhere is the best tool so far in the industry to be used and it has a great future ahead .

The Automation Anywhere tools is being used to automate various business processes and PDF automation. The PDF automation is the most for which it is being used. Apart from that various other SAP modules and SAP t-codes are also being automated through the Automation Anywhere tool.

Automation anywhere is the tool which is really helpful in automation and automating process is easy when it comes to learning.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the wide range of controls available in Automation Anywhere to work on different systems. It's capability to plugin scripts , helped us to automate critical processes. After upgrading to AAE v11 ,we are able to create more reusable components using metabots where we have more controls than earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beside all these good features, object cloning fuctionality could be much stable and robust especially on web applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have developed many bots using Automation Anywhere. If we broadly categorize these bots, categories are : 1) Daily monitoring bots and 2) Service Request based bots.
We have many monitoring jobs done by different teams in their area. We have tried to automate most of these daily jobs.And these bots are saving a good amount of man hour.
We have also automated few processes which we get through service requests. Some of these requests used to take 8-12 hours to complete manually.Now bot is processing these requests.

1. Working with excel sheets and mails is the best functionality to use.
2. Very helpful in automating desktop and browser applications.
3. Flexible and easy to learn

6. IQ Bot gives has very good functionality of how you can actually take unstructured data and then making the data available to the user.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is very friendly to use, even with basic knowledge of computer programing you can be an expert, BOTs are very easy to deploy and automationanywhere can be used in any buisness area,
It has been an amazing journey so far with Automation Anywhere , The tool has amazing visual capacity and specially PDF reader is an example of how much effort has been put in to build this tool.

Automation anywhere queue structure can be improved, Multi BOT architecture is very difficult to implement, Control- Room reports can be a little bit tweaked for BOT time-span, so that an end user with little knowledge of tool can understand the process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently reforming telecom with Automation anywhere Digital solution
Automation anywhere was a huge success for the client and they are happy with the speed of BOTs and deployment mechanism

What do you dislike about the product?
Confusion around version 2019 vs v.11. I was not able to make v2019 cloud based trial environment in my laptop. The errors I got were not self explanatory, nor answered in the community properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just tried for demo purposes. I am planning to test other RPA solutions to see which one is the best.
