In order to use automation anywhere, It is not necessary to have a coding knowledge. Anyone can learn the tool through the internet and also automation anywhere university provides a lot training and tutorials. We can simply use commands by drag and drop. And also there are more than 500 commands inbuilt.

Need to login to automation anywhere again and again once the session expired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation - User has to download the attachments which received via emails and save it in shared locations and the mail body contains kind of table structure and user has to fill a excel based on that table. We have automate this full process and now user has nothing to do with this.

The thing I like the most is the idea of discovery bot or automating the automation. The fact that it will study all your moves and create a bot for you is fascinating.

Sometimes it had some complexity for beginners. And even the configuration was hard but now it will be easier in A2019 since we can create bots in the control room itself.

it makes the business process enhance my organization and save more that 100 FTEs with the projects in my work location with wow amazing automation in last two years. As a developer i got best experience with RPA process re engineering and make lots of financial befits to the company. Also it really appreciate the learning course and certification courses provide by Automation anywhere University.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is better if we have the option to update the code segment with custom edit option just like .Net or Java programming to enhance the automated output as advance option with inter-grading with current user friendly drag and drop coding interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
email automation such as automating the standers email jobs without user intervention and it was worked fine to handle more that 150 email related jobs per day which takes nearly two to three day by manual user.

Eventhough identification of window by title is great feature.,when multiple windows are getting displayed, it will become bit difficult for configuring the bot for a process.

We have automated Bank reconciliation process using automation anywhere dealing with different formats of Bank statements and varied ERP statements.The outcome was worthy enough of the effort as the average handling time has decreased by 70percent and can schedule the bot during non working hours too.

While Automating any task, it will be very good to implement Audit logs,Transcation logs as a part of non functional requirements

Control Room facility ofAA is the way of future where you can drive your tasks as you like. Once bot is created rest of that control is in the hand of Control room. Which is driving force of our bot.

Dislike is bad word but i want to see improvement in AA. In AA screen resolution issue often arises which some time result in to termination of bot. This should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the billing problems order problem where before it was taking hours to resolve one single transaction but now after implementation of AA its taking only minutes.

When i start building a bot, the AA platform asks me to set the display to 100% which sometimes makes the display so small as it gets difficult to work on
