Automation Anywhere, My Companion, My Savior, My Helping Hand.
What do you like best about the product?
With 595+ commands to automate a process from "tip-to-toe", Automation Anywhere has proved to be a savior from mundane, repetitive tasks. Oh-no, not only “mundane, repetitive” tasks, IQ-Bots being a human intelligence feature, Automation Anywhere has provided us a companion to work with, who understands what I do while I do it and provides me a helping hand throughout.
An “interactive, user-friendly interface”, “excellent self-explanatory training modules” and “ over-all ease of use” of this tool over powers it with the competing tools. The former features not only facilitates technical coders, but also non-technical folks to excel in automating.
In the nutshell, Automation anywhere has provided an outstanding support in letting us focus on further development in terms of R&D while taking care of most of our routine tasks with so much ease. Can’t wait for much promising A2019, the first look of which was a delight for technical and non-technical end-users. The look and feel seems to be one of the best and easy to understand and work on.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integration and feasibility to use external scripting and coding language. It will probably be resolved after A2019 comes in use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right from Email, Excel Automation to complex thick-client desktop and web applications, Automation Anywhere has proved out to be of much much help in terms of easing my workload and reducing my time and effort on mundane repetitive tasks. Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports have become so much easy with Automation Anywhere. 80 percent of all the processes of every department can be automated with minimum efforts, which makes so much efficient to use.

According to me the tool is very stable in terms of spying web applications
What do you dislike about the product?
Variable mappings. if we change the variable in variable manager it will not gets reflected in entire code. we need to look into each line and update its name, its bit heck it to do it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with AA i have automated legacy systems like mainframe applications and customer specific applications. AA never disappoined me. i could code it very comfortably

The tool is stable in terms of sypying web applications so if you are planing for web automation i would recommed AA

Support is great. Product is good. We can provide good solutions to customers

Need better features of handling legacy applications, sometime it becomes very difficult to handle the legacy applications capture.

Solving the process automation, still in POC stages of various processes

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a great platform to make your day-to-day routine work easier through Bots. Create a bot to perform a task with your specifications schedule it if you need it to be done at a particular time or you can even repeat the same task multiple number of times and track what has happened at every step of it through workflow diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting the write tool to write a code might be difficult for non-programmers. If it has a better way of communication like an embedded chatbot to interact with users rather than customer care services when in a situation of a urgent solution to problems , it is better . Steps to follow while installing and setting up the software are not clear. A clear cut documentation of the whole set up would make it more easier for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Automation Anywhere testing defined flows or creating a bot to perform a specific set of tasks has become easier which provides extra time to the user to perform other activities.

A great tool to automate your work rather than spending a lot of time on boring tasks.

Good to for quick automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is relatively very easy to build the workflow automation and scalable to large deployment scenarios. It provides outstanding customer support if we struck with some workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
It bit slow in we manage it attended automation scenario where user need to intervene. Need to look on this aspect bit more

We are trying to verify the inventory management workflow . We used to perform manually, but now we completely automated with automation anywhere with less fuss
Automation Anywhere for Daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
We can automation anywhere metabots to automate all the repetitive tasks and make the automation anywhere adopt to new system changes by using metabots.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime i find the metabots don't capture all the buttons in the citrix environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automated the ticket creation process in citrix environment. we can perform all the repetitive tasks that are often done on regular basis.

Automation anywhere is very easy to learn and implement with zero coding language.
AA is easy to learn and also to work on.

Automation Anywhere is very to learn and also very easy to work on. So I would recommend this to others as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked licence policy. It would be helpful if the license is valid for more period than the current policy to work and grab the experience more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't solved any problems yet. But I feel AA makes everything simple and each piece of work can be made easier. I feel these are true benefits.

No need to look back and go for AA as part of your career.
AA: Highly Preferred by RPA Developers
What do you like best about the product?
As a Capability Lead training and assigning different RPA tools with my pool of resources, I can say Automation Anywhere is the best among RPA tools currently on the market. I agree when my trainees saying that they prefer to use AA as tool for their POC and wish to have it on their project deployment. It stands out with ease of usage, spying accuracy, operational scalability, OCR and cognitive capability. I highly recommend this for client based projects, devops. One more thing, they have the best support group answering our questions, attending issues and sharing ways of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see much updates on the action tool sets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on Finance/Insurance and IT department, automating their manual processes. Savings are quickly to realized after deployment. More time are being freed from repetitive works e.g. updating policies, updating tickets
I used to AA to Automate reasons for FTP failure by analysing log file and notifying the user
What do you like best about the product?
Options Available in Creation of Automata . Also it is quite fast and accuracy is quite good
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sometimes correcting Automata manually little time consuming.. however i think with more practice this can be overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out Retail BI system is fed by external files which comes as FTP and FTP fails many times due to file not found exception, network failure and other reasons , we use AA to create bot to analyse log file , notification and self heal work is in progress.

It a good product bot creater and executor are together and easy to develop test and deploy
