What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one the Best and Most useful tool for automating many different types of process for different types of Departments for ex. HR,Finance,Financial analysis etc .it has more than 500 commands that are enough to automates different types of process. i like the user interface very much. it is very simple to learn and develop the bot. it has Best Community forum to help anyone when you feel stuck in any position just post your queries they will help.You can develop three types of bot Meta bot, IQ bot, and Task Bot. you can control your developed bot by the control room and use the control room for the credential manager, you can schedule easily. No human intervention required . Zero error possibility. Best suitable for financial services.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you develop the bot while running any other bot you can not use the system and if you are trying to use it many times the BoT will fails, It does not provide a good debugging option or platform in run time. It does not support many scripting languages. You are bounded to see the output of your project, every time we have to assign a window prompt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using from last one year this is very good and interesting tool i am using it to develop regular task and business process.

The day to day business automation moving to the critical area of automating tasks in part of that we have to automation unstructured data too. in these scenarios also we are able to overcome by the help of automation anywhere API is the most useful component helping us.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an ease of use and develop RPA tool. Its has some pre-build templates (metabots) that are good for faster projects. Also, its technical team is always avaliable when needed and always improving the tools with multiple new releases in the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is unable to automate certain cenarios due to its rigidity. Sometimes it has some bugs that can not be fixed spotly, so they ask us to upgrade version, which is not so easy sometimes.

a few features available in other tools/versions are not available in the latest A360 version, also A2019 bots are comparatively slower than other version bots

As is a very useful platform with a couple of remarkable features such as IQBot, the cognitive automation product, and A2019, the RPA as a service platform. Automation anywhere have a huge advantage that is the continuous updates at the activities in the platform. What do you dislike about the product?
With the platform beeping web based (A2019) it lacks the capabilities of developing and designing automation that other competitors has. Automation anywhere have a very structured programming estructure (not languaje) in which cannot be used natural programming languages to do things as string manipulation or data types conversion as in other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best use cases are back office tasks such as invoices processing and personal management. Automation must be implements from back office to mission critical process, in that order. One big advantage of automation anywhere is the cognitive automation. With which I have read a processed dark, unstructured data converting it to structured and processable data. The problem is with the resolution of the pictures you send to IQBot. IQBot is cloud based artificial intelligence augmented OCR software, which is capable of learning by context where at located the data in different structures of scanned data.

i definetly reccomend automation anywhere in case you need to automate a well defined and not so bold process. Automation anywhere has good cognitive capacities that works very well in the happy path, when not in that path, the exceptions notifications work very well.
Innovations and usability of the tool is an edge over other RPA tools.

Automation Anywhere has a robust architecture which allows a 3 Tier setup with a HA / DR till the BOT developed Level. The integration of 3 party API's is a cake walk and the integration of IQ BOT with RPA v 11.3.X and A 2019 gets our edge to deliver services to our existing and new customers.

The releases are announced but the tools are made available with a delay which puts us in a soup when interacting with clients on the new features and the tools released.

We have resolved Agreement validation issues faced by Audit's , procurement and banking team with a BOT developed which validates clauses of the executive document with master agreement and avoid tampered documents being accepted
HR recruitment has been eased out with a BOT built on Recruitment portal which searches the profile as per the requirement , identifies the right candidate, grabs key details of the recruit and sends an email to the recruit for the next round of interview
