The best part about the tool is that its very user friendly, focusing on the fact that anyone can code in it, while other tools in market are very developer oriented.

a few features available in other tools/versions are not available in the latest A360 version, also A2019 bots are comparatively slower than other version bots

As is a very useful platform with a couple of remarkable features such as IQBot, the cognitive automation product, and A2019, the RPA as a service platform. Automation anywhere have a huge advantage that is the continuous updates at the activities in the platform. What do you dislike about the product?
With the platform beeping web based (A2019) it lacks the capabilities of developing and designing automation that other competitors has. Automation anywhere have a very structured programming estructure (not languaje) in which cannot be used natural programming languages to do things as string manipulation or data types conversion as in other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best use cases are back office tasks such as invoices processing and personal management. Automation must be implements from back office to mission critical process, in that order. One big advantage of automation anywhere is the cognitive automation. With which I have read a processed dark, unstructured data converting it to structured and processable data. The problem is with the resolution of the pictures you send to IQBot. IQBot is cloud based artificial intelligence augmented OCR software, which is capable of learning by context where at located the data in different structures of scanned data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i definetly reccomend automation anywhere in case you need to automate a well defined and not so bold process. Automation anywhere has good cognitive capacities that works very well in the happy path, when not in that path, the exceptions notifications work very well.
Innovations and usability of the tool is an edge over other RPA tools.

Automation Anywhere has a robust architecture which allows a 3 Tier setup with a HA / DR till the BOT developed Level. The integration of 3 party API's is a cake walk and the integration of IQ BOT with RPA v 11.3.X and A 2019 gets our edge to deliver services to our existing and new customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The releases are announced but the tools are made available with a delay which puts us in a soup when interacting with clients on the new features and the tools released.

We have resolved Agreement validation issues faced by Audit's , procurement and banking team with a BOT developed which validates clauses of the executive document with master agreement and avoid tampered documents being accepted
HR recruitment has been eased out with a BOT built on Recruitment portal which searches the profile as per the requirement , identifies the right candidate, grabs key details of the recruit and sends an email to the recruit for the next round of interview

What do you like best about the product?
The ability of A2019 to quickly set up with ease in not time as compared to other thick clients which takes a lot of space and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that many commands from Automation Anywhere v11.3.x is not still not available and they are in pipeline. A2019 shall mature eventually after some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating a lot of mundane process and those which involves rules and are non judgmental. We are better AHT and FTS reduction.

Do give this a try as A2019 is headed in the right direction. A lot of new commands, easy of use with universal recorders and the fact that citrix automation can be done easily with the Bot agent service.
A good tool to automate your repeatedly tasks
What do you like best about the product?
i like it very much because it has all packages in one place we can easily install ans use it ,it has 500 commands in which some the commands are very commonly used that makes this tool very nice,I loved this tool back in the days when i was using it. it really helped me automating my repeatedly work, i used to download different different documents from the internet and then used to import them in a excel file and then used to calculate that data with the help of some formulas and this task was really very repeatedly so Automation Anywhere really helped me in achieving my goal. it really saves your lots of time and makes your work easy and more comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which i don't like about this product but whenever you use any tool so after using it for long time you want more from that so some where or the other i felt like there should be some embedded templates which also can be modified so that will be grate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this tool to develop financial based or many different types of business process that are rule based and that can be automated and also i am using to learn and get more knowledge evry time

AA technology is like no other RPA solution. Automation Anywhere is the whole solution for getting rid of repetitive tasks of any kind.
What I like the most is the availability of information AA provides about their product. The RPA solution works as advertised and if not, their support is always there to figure it out whatever is happening.

I do not like the fact that AA has no offices in my country, Ecuador. I wish they had at least one.

The modules were difficult to login to at first, but I think that was more an account issue and less a program issue

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a great tool to implement in any organization without much hassle. Its a lightweight in order to implement on the top of the any architecture. It helps automate most applications which are out there and being used by most corporate. In finance I am using Oracle, SAP BO, Excel, Excel Addins, SAP GUI, Java applications, other web applications. It is easier to understand and implement in short timeline. It gives maximum benefits in short time to show results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has easier implementation tag attached to AA, it is highly cumbersome when it comes to troubleshoot or fix any issue. It has many unreliable things, bugs that are generally not seen in most corporate applications. Even though it is highly used, the responses to errors and issues raised are not resolved with optimum solution, either the answer is "wait for the next release" or "reinstall the applciation". The tool is sometimes too unfriendly when it comes to development. I feel it could have adaptable GUI, specially Metabots development in v11 onwards. It really has fixed layout which is so irritating at somepoint in the rush hour. Some bugs that are random which even AA is not able to identify. Some features are not customizable.

Finance Plannings and analysis, and finance modelling.

Automation anywhere is a great choice in order to start their RPA journey. It is easier to understand so it helps speed up automation. Large organization can get maximum benefit out of it. Sometimes consultancy may also help such EY who are giant in this field with RPA with AA
