Robotic Process Automation Using Automation Anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
As we are using the data entry processes in our organization and accounts operations on large scale Automation anywhere helps us very much by providing a very good user interface. We can schedule our bot as per our timings. For our credentials automation anywhere has a secure vault to store the credentials. Unattended and attended bots are very good option provided by Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times Bot stop working and it doesn't show the error to error log because in that step bot stuck. For a nontechnical person, it is very hard to understand the working of the Bot. Sometimes it puts the wrong figure in our software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are performing tasks in the office at night time without humans by scheduling tasks and it helps in reducing manual hours and manpower by which we are able to utilize our human resources very well. For data entry processes we are using Automation Anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At this time of age every organisation should use Automation Anywhere to save manpower and manual hours. For faster and accurate performance we should implement this tool in our organizations.

A2019 is a visual tool for RPA.

Queue in comparison with UiPath and BluePrism.

What do you like best about the product?
As a test engineer,the feel i got is i can able to reduce my regression effort with the help of automation,which helps my organization to save more time and money.By automating several scripts using some of the tools like TOSCA also helped me to learn a lot of things like automation frame work etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of automation tools,because of high cost cant able to use them daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned the way the regression effort got reduced is very amazing to me.Now i can able to do 36 hours of work in 3 hours.
AA2019 is a game-changer for integrated automations
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an integrated automation platform which gives powers to novice users to automate all kinds of use-cases involving structured, semi-structured and unstructured data. Its Bot creator is perhaps the most comprehensive Integrated Development Environment which packs more than 500+ drag-&-drop commands to enable WYSWYG development.
IQ Bot is the best cognitive solution. I've tried multiple solutions for OCR including Abbyy Flexicapture and Kofax, however none speeds up the process of template configuration the way IQ bot does even though it uses Abbyy Finereader or Google Tesseract engines. Its UI is highly intuitive and can be easily used by non-programmers.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Training portal needs major improvement. I get more help on youtube and community portals then from Automation Anywhere’s training portal.
2. Despite enhancements done in AA2019, AA has a long way to go for Citrix automation. I work in a BPO where most of the client applications are accessed through Citrix, however our we haven’t achieved much success using Automation Anywhere for those use-cases.

Automation Anywhere is the most comprehensive, secure & unified RPA & Cognitive platform. For rule-based tasks consisting of structured data, AA provides seamless coding abilities through task bot. For semi-structured data, AA offers IQ Bot which I've found to be the most user-friendly. Automation Anywhere is the best from all aspects - Features, ease of development & maintenance, security, cost and resource availability. Period.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a really good tool to automation process. You cna do a lot of things no matter what is your expertise area. This is my first tool in automation, and the experience was really great. through the procces of learning, this paltform give you the capacity to explore all the differents methods and the differents ways to automate your process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't friendly when you are programming your robot. Like other tools, in AA you can get lost on your "code lines" because is not .... Also the installation of the programm is to complicated: first you need to install a server part and the install the idle part. Why you dont only use one program?
Not all the users have the opportunity to work with the server part and that is a stopper in the learning process. Other Tools like UIpath doesn't need that requirement to start working.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In AA i solved two problems: First, I use the tool to assign some roles in the company for the new employees. The robot reads a xls file and then it log in into a company page to update the empleyee profile. In the other hand, I also use it to make a scrapping robot to collect the linedin profiles of some people that the bussiness need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Te best recomendarion i can give to you is the installation method. Is to complicate to install the server part and then the AA Idle to work.

What do you like best about the product?
Its automation! The name itself tells you how it helps you resolving manual work to a great extent!I have worked with AA Enterprise Client! They continuously work towards improvising the product! The support provided is also great! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The support might get a little delayed.!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product is great to collaborate with other apps and work. However, the major issue I faced was the scheduling never worked and consumed a lot of time trying to resolve it but in vain. Did not get the appropriate directions from the Support team.

What do you like best about the product?
Elimination of manual or tedious process, which consumed more time to clean up the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly efficient, but needed some customization to cater to specific requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major deployment in data gathering and cleanup. Now the system pulls only the pre-defined data from the source ignoring the massive information not needed for our analysis. This saves a lot of time, not requiring a person to manually verifying the complete data, before extracting the required information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need to understand the existing process and the bottlenecks in getting the right information timely including the deployment of financial and human resources. Then weigh in the advantages of using the AA tool to automate the process, where time consuming (low value work) activities need to be streamlined.

Automation Anywhere is pioneer in RPA Market and revolutionizing the IT industry by its digital transformation. Automation Anywhere has improved their quality of features in product and Easy to learn by Aspiring RPA developers. Objects in SAP can be cloned directly by Object cloning command and which is huge plus where OCR command can be excluded.Queues and Lockers are effective in terms of bot performance.Data extraction from Web application is just piece of cake in AA.Recently launched Discovery Bot is making waves and hopefully comes to fruition. IQBot and Metabot another huge boosters from AA where Automation can be scaled effectively.Task bot has around 700 plus commands for budding Developers get their hand dirty and play with it.Many techies start AA as their first developmental RPA tool due to apt curriculum provided in AA academy.

We face more environmental issues from AA which can be improved for better.More APIs can be integrated with the product and Quality wise of image capture can be improved. Emulators or Simulators can be added for Mobile automation which would be helpful for two-factor authentications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most problems are related to UI Exception unhandled thread which needs attention and need to be fixed. Very competitive IDE and ease of automating the processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
AA2019 is rushed out product which is unstable and we have to completely unlearn AA inorder to work on AA2019. AA11.3 was better stable version which is not marketed well and few improvements to be carried in it

To start with, the learning curve is quite low. So it doesnt take much in terms of time as well as efforts to get team up and running.
If you know your client well enough, Automation Anywhere can be used in departments saving fortunes.

What do you dislike about the product?
However the setup of the tool itself is quite complex. We couldnt think of getting it play by ourself. We had to have external help in setting up the tool.
At certain times, documentation feels little scattered.
Also Automation Anywhere should provide proper option for automatig at the code leve, Not just the drag and drop.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently worked on implementation within a specific internal accounting department. Based on what we experienced, capturing data from images was not upto the mark.
That was a challenge for su, It certainly needs improvement.
Though I myself havent faced it yet, but other team had major issues of excel getting hanged often. So may be that is another area to be looked upon.

I think apart from setting up the tool itself, there is no other part to complain about. With fluid interface you get hang of it within no time. The interface is very easy to use and maneuver without requiring a programming background.
Hence it helps in bringing down the turn around time in going Live from Proof of Concept.
Plus the efficiency of Metabots in reading either web contents or leveraging power of machine learning, that is superb.

Automation Anywhere is much user friendly and requires basic programming knowledge to achieve RPA.

Automation anywhere unable to use optical Character Recognition (OCR) effectively.It is generally not favorable for back end automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helped me to carry out repititive,mundane and time consuming tasks easily ,effectively and accurately with less cost.
