AA are always improving as technology move foward

AA helps to reduce time to reprocess, reduce human errors and improve productivity.
AA helps a lot to automate critical task such as payment reconciliation, electronic billing, etc., reducing time to deliver the output the task and process needs.

Automation Anywhere is the utmost importance RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has a strong capability to talk to almost every windows system. Automation java based systems, visual basic based systems or anything else is easy. Its possibilities go beyond the simplistic "open do and close". You can actually automate a whole process, even the more complex one. You can put the business rules into it, and work with some Machine Learning to improve the decision making of your robot. It is a very complete tool with a lot of stuff embedded.
After a while using it, it becomes a user friendly tool and finding and putting things into the workflow gets a lot easier than it is in another market tools. No doubt that I recommend this AA!

What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface could be a little more friendly. Due to the number of options, sometimes it is difficult to find yourself in the middle of the lines. I think that a simple "search button" above the menus should help a lot while you are developing an automation.
Also, a more fancy layout would be great in order to build the workflow more easily

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily repetitive jobs can easily be replaced with an automation using Automation Anywhere. For example, filling and validating Excel files, opening and collection information from websites, completing the register of a client inside a local database... even automating important and big processes can happen with a lot of rules, systems and users. With that, we could relocate those people which originally worked with that mechanics jobs in another areas that requires a human approach. The time and money saving is incredible! And we can not forget the fact that people became happier in their jobs once they are doing something really important for the company and not only repetitive and boring work.

If you do not have experience with RPA tools, it would be good to make some training before using Automation Anywhere. As you take acquaintance with the tool you may start to really understand how it works and how the workflow is built

What I dislike is the limitation of the tool, sometimes you want to use some of your code but you cannot do that

Easy to use, it help automate all manual processes. Automation Anywhere can be used even to replace a ¨mans¨ work. Eventually that would be the near future. Everything will be automated and it would be replaced by machine. Something that I like, is that you have all data faster than the manual process. For example, if you need to trigger a report you spend 10mins, with AA you´ll get it automatically or even within seconds.

What I dislike about AA, it´s that AA could be a replacement for a person who executes a task. means that AA can fully automate all tasks that a physical person can perform. In the other hand, in the organization there is a high maintenance of the license.

We can save money and costs for the department using AA. Automation Anywhere helps you to optimize the time spent on running tasks by providing the following capabilities:

- Removed all human error due to the corrections on the script

First of all UI is very user friendly and courses available in Automation Anywhere University.
Also support portal is good.
I completed Business Analyst course from Automation Anywhere University and feel very confident about it.
Further I am looking for to complete Solution Architect course as well.
I saw verities of courses in Automation Anywhere University which help people from different levels like Development, Project Management, Sales, QA and many others.

Capability of automating the any UI makes it easier to implement in large scale projects at breakthrough space. It improved automation scope of project larger with minimal fuss
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime its unable to identify the UI elements in record and playback mode which is pretty disappointing. Moreover we will have some other work around, but they will consume more time.

Our project is about automating the business flow of communication domain. We will regularly check the server health of various integrated systems to make sure we are meeting our required SLA's
