It is very good when using web tools and web recorder. Some objects are not reachable but most part of process are easy to use.

I can say that, when it comes to technological advancement, everything is useful within Automation Anywhere, as it eliminates gaps in complex projects that require an in-depth path. The advantages of using Automation Anywhere are the consultancy and the unwavering commitment to ensuring that I can accomplish my tasks.

I did not identify anything in my processes that I consider unnecessary when using Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have already solved problems of manual processing reduction, reduction of non-compliance risk. I have already noticed benefits in time savings and the flow of tedious tasks.

Nice RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the fact that as a developer we need not to download and install the studio and its been provided a s a cloud solution and also integrated with conrol room. It helped me to quickly create a a bot within few minutes and and could run it. Also the inbuilt IQ Model is thebest. It works faster than other RPA vendors. I have used other tools as well. The UI is the best and its very easy to develop a robot. Also the Studio comes free with unilimted number of bots. Thats the great advantage for developers. They can just learn it freely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing actually. Its a very good tool. Its doing really great. However we have to create a scripts for some of the automations and for non programming guys it might be difficult to use in the beginning or requires very good training. Without programming skills its little difficult to use and master the tool. It would be good if the business users get another version of the Automation Anywhere Studio with easier implementation and less steps, so that they can also master the tool and use it on daily basis for the automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All types of manual work I automate with the tool. Mainly I have worked with Excel , Email , Word, Power point. It worked seamlessly for these types of autoation. I have also used Automation Anywhere for unstructured data like OCR. The computer vison technology worked really well .

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Automation Anywhere is easy and its the best RPA tool for scalability. It offers flexibility to include dlls easily. More over the interface is clean .
What do you dislike about the product?
The cloning is not 100 percent accurate casing bots to be brittle. There is no option for click or type simulation as in uipath. Working with query can be a headache.There is no inbuilt version control so we have to ise third party version control which is disappointing.

Automation of business processes and banking and other financial processes.

AA helps to reduce time to reprocess, reduce human errors and improve productivity.

Automation Anywhere is the utmost importance RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has a strong capability to talk to almost every windows system. Automation java based systems, visual basic based systems or anything else is easy. Its possibilities go beyond the simplistic "open do and close". You can actually automate a whole process, even the more complex one. You can put the business rules into it, and work with some Machine Learning to improve the decision making of your robot. It is a very complete tool with a lot of stuff embedded.
After a while using it, it becomes a user friendly tool and finding and putting things into the workflow gets a lot easier than it is in another market tools. No doubt that I recommend this AA!

What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface could be a little more friendly. Due to the number of options, sometimes it is difficult to find yourself in the middle of the lines. I think that a simple "search button" above the menus should help a lot while you are developing an automation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily repetitive jobs can easily be replaced with an automation using Automation Anywhere. For example, filling and validating Excel files, opening and collection information from websites, completing the register of a client inside a local database... even automating important and big processes can happen with a lot of rules, systems and users. With that, we could relocate those people which originally worked with that mechanics jobs in another areas that requires a human approach. The time and money saving is incredible! And we can not forget the fact that people became happier in their jobs once they are doing something really important for the company and not only repetitive and boring work.

If you do not have experience with RPA tools, it would be good to make some training before using Automation Anywhere. As you take acquaintance with the tool you may start to really understand how it works and how the workflow is built

What I dislike is the limitation of the tool, sometimes you want to use some of your code but you cannot do that
