Automation Anywhere is an automated task execution tool for business and IT. Users can set complex tasks in minutes without programming. Through the wizard, users can create keyboard records and mouse action records, as well as create automated scripts. Its functional characteristics include functional technology, task scheduling, repetitive functions, multi-variable debugging, interactive scripts, task chains, and so on.

Automation Anywhere, as the RPA software with the highest market share, has all the functions that an RPA development and application platform should have, such as Server-side ControlRoom and client applications, including support for Workflow workflows, and Automation Anywhere uses RPA well. The application scenario is standardized as a Comments control. As long as the configuration is simple, complex functions can be completed, such as file and folder, mail, database, Excel file, PDF file, XML file, CSV / TXT file operation, OCR text recognition , Sound playback, screen copy, browser, clipboard, printer, FTP file upload and download support, as well as integration with other application systems (SAP, etc.) and software, these sound cool! That's right! All of the work that we humans do on computers every day can be realized by RPA. AutomationAnywhere RPA software standardizes these operation functions into Comments controls. As long as it is simple to call and configure, we can achieve the functions we need!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, it help automate all manual processes. Automation Anywhere can be used even to replace a ¨mans¨ work. Eventually that would be the near future. Everything will be automated and it would be replaced by machine. Something that I like, is that you have all data faster than the manual process. For example, if you need to trigger a report you spend 10mins, with AA you´ll get it automatically or even within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about AA, it´s that AA could be a replacement for a person who executes a task. means that AA can fully automate all tasks that a physical person can perform. In the other hand, in the organization there is a high maintenance of the license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can save money and costs for the department using AA. Automation Anywhere helps you to optimize the time spent on running tasks by providing the following capabilities:
It transform all manual processes to a single automated process. It can schedule bots to perform certain activities in a certain time, most of the automated processes or task are done within minutes.

Some of the recommendations that I would considered are the followings:
- Must get a training on how to navigate to the tool
- Removed all human error due to the corrections on the script
- No need for previous knowledged on the usage of the tool (it´s very easy)

What do you like best about the product?
First of all UI is very user friendly and courses available in Automation Anywhere University.
Also support portal is good.
I completed Business Analyst course from Automation Anywhere University and feel very confident about it.
Further I am looking for to complete Solution Architect course as well.
I saw verities of courses in Automation Anywhere University which help people from different levels like Development, Project Management, Sales, QA and many others.

Automation I did is for email attachment and I found it really helpful.

I would like to recommend this tool to all those beginners who are looking for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Excellent RPA tool in industry
What do you like best about the product?
Capability of automating the any UI makes it easier to implement in large scale projects at breakthrough space. It improved automation scope of project larger with minimal fuss
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime its unable to identify the UI elements in record and playback mode which is pretty disappointing. Moreover we will have some other work around, but they will consume more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our project is about automating the business flow of communication domain. We will regularly check the server health of various integrated systems to make sure we are meeting our required SLA's

Instead of dislike, I say limitations. Every technology and process has some limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating small process which are executed more often and repeated in nature.
Great product, superior customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The support and sales teams are great, which on my opinion makes a difference vs. other RPA software companies. We've always had great support and immediate response to all our concerns related to their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some few bugs are still there but none of them affect the functionality of bots severly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying our backoffice processes when doing the CI efforts before automation. After automation, we repurpose low value man-hours for more value added activities, currently accounting for more than 10K Man-hours repurposed with very low investment.

Try different products, and test their support teams. The quality and superior customer service has been very relevant for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Loads of commands, easy to learn and exhaustive learning portal. IQ bots are really exciting feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Detailed installation, configuration and trouble shooting guide. In addition exhaustive guide on setting up DR and high availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating customer care and finance processes. Benefits are amazing, No SLA breaches and moving laborous tasks to bot.

Great tool, more detail documentation on installation and dr setup would be great

Automation Anywhere can automate web as well as desktop applications. This helps us span our automation across multiple application types.

We have been exploring and utilizing Automation Anywhere for doing our "Test Automation" activities. We have been very successful in this.

It's a great tool , all the automation that you can probably think of during the AO ( Application Outsourcing work) , they can be very well handled by Automation Anywhere
