Probably the best equipped RPA platform with industry standard tools
What do you like best about the product?
Advanced features with great variables. Easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, would be great if we can integrate with other tools more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All Manual/Mundane tasks are being automated easily. Can use human resources for more advanced and intelligent tasks.

(1)Robot Design & Coding is easy to learn. My team members attended the trainings & could start building bots themselves.

(1) The system resolution causes the bots to fail on some occasions.
(2) The bots are getting outdated in a fast changing system. Hence, the RPA process itself becomes difficult to maintain.

(1) My team is utilizing bots to automate repeated activities like system monitoring, daily monitoring, generating reports, etc.
(2) We are utilizing bots to automate IT process steps like SAP configuration.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is a good RPA Tool. The good thing is that they are continuously evolving the product by adding new features and capabilities. Another good thing is they conduct trainings frequently & have training content on the portal. However, some of the training content needs a license to access it which may not be helpful for everyone.

Simple interface and easy to develop bot using AA designer using wide set of commands , covering all major parts of automation

From client perspective, cost of AA software

Automating client IE applications as per their need basis. This would help client with reducing FTE count for repeatative mundane work and assigning new creative work for them resulting in more productive output from same people with increase in satisfaction

Automation Anywhere Enterprise focuses on high value business processes freeing up our teams to focus on our student and their outcomes. Augmenting a centralized automation solution with the community edition balances those high value automations with employees who want to impact and transition their immediate daily efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model can be restrictive and cloud solutions with plug in appliances to AWS/Azure/Google and VMware Virtual Appliances, would really speed our expansions within our hybrid model. Automation Anywhere SaaS solution isn't widely known to our teams today.

What do you like best about the product?
Best tool for programming web applications. Simple use and quick understanding of the intended functions. I've been using the tool for 4 months and I'm amazed by its performance

I think it could improve the tool's "if" options

Recurring problems of registration and consultation of customers in the database. The performance improved a lot after leaving most of the information

We have solved the business banking automation using automation anywhere. We had manual forms for getting the customer information. We used to feed the data manually and we migrated to bot from Automation anywhere and it solved the entire puzzle. We have realized faster processing, risk mitigaation become less and lowered the TCO
