AA is one of the best RPA tool right now in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere platform is really good to automate repetitive task that has been mapped and have a very fast support feed back. Automation anywhere is very user friendly tool. Also you can schedule Automation Anywhere to run weekly and monthly reports by the day and time you need. AA is very good in automation of tasks with email, working with image and OCR. Automation Anywhere has its own programming language that is very easy to learn. It offers drag and drop features and doesn't require you to write extensive coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot easily install automation anywhere in your machine. IQ Bots Enhancement. Automation Anywhere cannot debug easily. also, the control room is extremely complicated to set up because of its complexity. And Automation anywhere it is a little costly. In some situations, task deployment is unstable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Automation Anywhere tool to automate the rule-based process. It can work 24 hours without taking rest. We are using it in our Finance, Telecom, and Banking sectors, and found it very useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Metabot, TaskBots, and IQ Bots is the best for Automation Anywhere because it is so efficient in reading the web systems, getting information from excel spreadsheets and PDF files. It is well suited for automating almost all types of Web applications, applications inside Citrix, Desktop applications

Great tool for automating finance jobs
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and implement. Also, it works perfectly for monotonous jobs or rule based jobs in finance systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say I dislike rather I would say newly added features IQ Bot etc are more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have implemented it for order processing which includes multiple manual and rule based activities and it is helping us a lot. We have realized almost 400hrs of weekly benefit from workforce perspective.

A powerful and Easy to use tool for Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is not something which requires strong knowledge of any kind of automation strategies, it is very simple to use and as for as the implementation is concerned which is also very spot o. It gives you immense pleasure and give comfort to work on it. The web based interface also gives us to implement our bots in such a way so that we can give any kind of functionality which we really want to implement in our application automation.

As for as disliking is concerned, so let's understand the thing that whenever we want to work on any kind of tool by our salves only so somewhere or the other we want that we get some kind of guidance or help from the internet or what so over but what i faces using this tool whenever you stuck some where middle in your work you don't get the help or some kind of help from its firm or internet.
