Development and Process Automation made easier
What do you like best about the product?
As per experience till date, for process automation there are some tools available today in market. The best feature that automation anywhere provides is drag and drop of commands, you don't have to manually write the code. Moreover, if you are stuck anywhere while your development you can drop your queries in AA forum and you will get your queries resolved by someone or the other from A People community. This forum is very helpful and you will be responded within the day regarding your query. There is a Bot Store available from where you will get many examples of developed bots which will help in your learning. These features of Automation Anywhere community are the best things why Developers are strongly attracted to learn and use this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are using database queries to perform some actions in your development there are some queries which doesn't work with Automation anywhere or you can say are not supported. As an example if you are using Excel as database and want to use different queries to perform what you need to do, "Delete" query doesn't work. Some operators used in queries are not supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using Automation Anywhere for Process Automation for one of my company's client. The entire Process was based on SAP and excel. Because of the Metabot functionality of Automation anywhere it made automation very easy using SAP dll. Also after AA version update to AA Client 11.3.3 there is a SAP GUI command available which makes SAP automation much more quick and easy. This project that I development helped the client reduce manual work by 80% and got a revenue profit of nearly 55000$ by just one project developed. They are using this Bot in different regions where they are located and getting manual work reduced.

Nowadays as almost every industry is into automation, process automation is boom in market today. Developers are interested in working with Automation Anywhere as they are getting to learn a new tool and also because Automation Anywhere is easy to use and understand. The cost of Automation anywhere is not so expensive as of Blue Prism and Pega. But still the security level of Automation Anywhere is very strong and help clients keep their data safe and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides a complete, integrated RPA platform comprising of automation, artificial intelligence and analytics. The Bot Creator is extremely easy to use, especially for non technical business users. It also comes with hundreds of pre-built commands allowing users to automate all types of work scenarios imaginable. From the technical perspective, I find the MetaBot to be very powerful and helps us to scale automation in a much faster way. Automation Anywhere also differs from its competitors through its IQ Bot which allows us to process unstructured data through one single platform. Finally, with the Bot Insights, it is easy for us to measure and determine the ROI we obtained as a result of automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag-and-drop command interface may feel visually less appealing than a flowchart-based UI (though this is something that Automation Anywhere has addressed with its A2019 version). In addition, Automation Anywhere does not function as a standalone RDA software. That is, you need to install the Control Room in a server somewhere. This make be less appealing to those who might want to start off small, without all the complexities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation Anywhere to help automate mundane, repetitive tasks within our organizations. Such tasks cut across different business functions including HR (submission of leave claims), IT (auditing of system access rights), Finance (invoice processing), marketing (running of marketing campaigns), etc. Currently, we are looking at using Automation Anywhere to handle unstructured data in particular.

Automation Anywhere has a freely available Community Edition - do check that out prior to making any purchase decision. In addition, the Automation Anywhere Academy is a great resource to start learning more about the software and its capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most and best used Robotic Process Automation Tools I have ever used is the Automation anywhere tool where it can be used easily and can save time and cost for a individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say. As of I observed, faced a little bit complex for setup of the tool while installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Automation anywhere tool for solving many problems like to fetching data for different purposes and to perform automation of Web based applications and processes and many more. It is more friendly when compared to the other Robotic Process Automation tools.

Compare to other Automation tool like uipath and many ,AA is better in interface and no need of coding experience , easy to understand best part is recording, a simple person can create a bot

we have automated our ESSl Daily Attendance which we have to login then create a monthly report , then send to Accountant on every end of the month which we have automated using AA, also create a bot to wish the employee on birthday and festival which is been manually performed

My Bot World
What do you like best about the product?
Basically, I was graduated in electrical engineering in Btech because of which my coding interest and skills were almost zero. But I have got an IT job and was assigned to an AA project . The first ever bot I developed was to check my average hours in the company. I was so excited to see that cursor was moving over the desktop without my intervention as if it was being hypnotized by someone. And I literally felt, I became a coder within no time, but no sooner I realized that, this magical story is not because of me but due to this "Innovative Specimen called AA". Yes, I consider my bot as a human. Why shouldn't I if it's doing such a fascinating job, with less effort, more accuracy, high speed and better performance than a human. Finally, I completed my first project with about 1500 lines of code automating various activities associated with excels, mails, web browsers, databases etc. And now I wanted to say "A BIG WOW AND CONGRATULATIONS TO ME AND MY BOT".

What do you dislike about the product?
AA structs at some times while automating browsers, and don't perform few activities like clicking, setting and getting the data. But when we run the bot next time it performs the same actions properly, which is really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is fastening our works and we are able to minimize the labor required to do repetitive tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise this to those guys who are non-technical like me since it's really more readable and understandable and to those are wasting hell out of time on repetitive tasks and to whose doing data entry operations and web related activities to increase the productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
This happens to be one of the most user-friendly tools I've ever come across. I've successfully designed quiet a few working bots and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. For anyone who's looking to begin a future with RPA, automation anywhere is your place to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well to be honest there aren't many downsides to the tool. I've been using the tool for quite a while now and haven't faced any problems so far. The support provided by the team is excellent and the never let you down.

Worked on automation my company's attendance monitoring platform, test assessment platform, leave allowance platform, salary management platform and a whole lot more.
