What do you like best about the product?
What do I like in fact enjoy about it is how user-friendly and easy to use tool is. You can automate your business processes with little effort. The tool is getting better and better every day. Now the android app for your bot facilitates you one step head for controlling your bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the help to improve provided within Automation anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved many problems for many different industries including banking, telecom, and media industry by automating their use cases related to customer care and finance operations and help them be more productive.

If you want to automate your business process Automation Anywhere is the right tool for you. With the android app, you can control your bots from anywhere. An easy to use interface to help you create bots easily and a web control room to manage them. Applicable almost across every industry. With community addition from Automation anywhere now almost anyone can enjoy the experience of RPA. The learning center called automation anywhere university helps you learn from the very basics of RPA and the different modules help you chose what is the right path in automation anywhere is for you. A tool that is scalable and is continuously improving with time by introducing new features with the evolving field of automation to help you grow along with them.

I like the best is up-gradations from AA10 to AA 2019 version with latest updates.

There is no word of dislike it is up-grading day by day with new features in starting it was difficult with AA10 but now its Cloud the entire AA2019

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere have many features which provides an easiest way to design any bot within seconds but i like the email automation,Excel Automation,PDF Automation,Database Automation to do my daily work in a easiest way.Along with it Smart recorder,web recorder and Screen recorder are very friendly approach to get the data from web either to automate our own computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bot Insight is very helpful for industry point of view but its practical implementation is not included in essential course provided by automation anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When i was start my course from automation anywhere I am able to handle many problems like extract data from pdf file and convert a pdf file into text file, to merge a pdf file,send an email to any recipient on a particular time on daily basis, many excel related works like to write a data into excel from database and read a data from csv or text file and write into database etc.
there are so many benefits of automation anywhere because it is very user friendly,reduce the complexity to do any task,integration of component on a single dash board provide a efficient work practice,

What do you like best about the product?
I started my career with Automation anywhere tool. As it involves drag and drop ,initially also I found it easy to manage. As I started hands-on I felt like learning more and more because of its great handy nature. Later on I came to know about the support portal offered by AA which is extremely helpful for people who find challenges while working. That portal answered many of my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a proverb goes, Nothing is perfect. Automation Anywhere too has some downs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could build bots to automate my recurring job of policy creation , which took only 5 -6 minutes to process 300 policies , which is significantly a very good number.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere's fully online development tool allows newcomers to gain experience easily. Automations can stem from small tasks to large, multi-robot orchestrations with ease and scalability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from UiPath I found the transition to AA harder as I found AA less appealing to myself as a trained VB developer. Only having the ability to use the trial version online is also a factor as VPN internet and my home broadband is often slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AA to develop automations in our own internal finance team, primarily automating Oracle legacy systems. My current project is using Automation Anywhere to automate input of requisitions from a legacy registry database to a bespoke Oracle tool called CAFOS, a Java web applet tool within Internet Explorer, which utilises Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to determine how to proceed along with Automation' Anywhere's ability to input directly into Java fields.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the masters certification before developing professionally, as I became a lot more experienced with first doing the basic training, messing around and then doing the masters certification. After I completed my masters I felt a lot more adept at using the tool professionally. It is also good to know that the tools and training learned from other automation software and techniques are cross compatible, making Automation Anywhere not the most difficult to pick up.

It's more easy to automate any process without any experienced about programming language in addition to section for coding to complex things.

IQBOT not support Arabic.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has made my daily tasks much more easier. Data that needs to be configured is very easy, especially when there thousands of data that needs to be add/edit/remove. Daily health check BOT also saves us a lot of time, aside from checking if the application is perfectly fine, it could also send a report after it has executed to inform the users if it passed or failed. Automation Anywhere is also very user friendly, as you can drag and drop every code. The developer only needs to think of the logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen recorder is not advisable to use. In my experience, when there are two or more developer for the BOT, and the developers have different devices or screen resolutions, the BOT is not likely to run correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to importing/exporting data from/to our application, it has made our work easier. Since we just need to make data configuration on an excel file, and the BOT will execute it line by line until the conditions have met. From the BOT that we made, here are just some of the key benefits that we have. We have estimated yearly effort savings by 67% with the BOT created. Working hours has been significantly reduced. Error prone, repetetive work, and inconsistent outcomes are also eliminated with Automation Anywhere as we do not have to do everything manually. So with these, resources can spend more time on other tasks that they need to do or they can focus on learning more tools with the time saved.

Subscription is worth the money, as this would give your team /company a great return of investment. There are a lot of learning resources in the Internet for Automation Anywhere.

There are not many reasons to not like robotics or automation, however the only challenge that would be faced is that sometimes it can be expensive especially during the time of economic crisis. * Financial services and insurance: Pulling data from multiple systems and spreadsheets to generate monthly regulatory compliance reports.

Limited possibilities to perform a material check of an order, lack of possibilities to perform simulations based on material and capacity constraints and were not able to optimize the people potential to production.

What do you like best about the product?
The vast number of commands which can help us automate any from end process seamlessly is really superb . Also, the way we get the support from AA with AA experts is so amazing. Guys from AA support team are fully knowledgeable and respect towards their clients. The hierarchy of the Automation would also very easy to understand. One another thing in AA is AA Bot store where a normal user can just login and download and play and plugin as per their requirements makes a business user to easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
converting unstructured data to structured format using IQ Bot is still need to be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated Mundane and repetitive processes very easily with AA. I also have automated Invoices using IQ Bot which was greatly appreciated by our client from retail industry and gave them huge FTE benefits. I also automated other processes in Banking domain with one of the largest Banks in the world. The FTE benefits, time saving , easy to learn capabilities, support from AA, A-community are the best from AA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest to go ahead with AA if you have any repetitive processes, Mundane processes in your organization. It will surely bring new transformation to your organizations

i am working from last one year according to me every product or tool has good or bad things it depends on the user how much he works on it or used it,so i neglect the bad things about Automation Anywhere and find the solution for it but the Automation Anywhere team is very supportive they always come with the new things.
