RPA tool in Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an RPA tool that is used to automate the process. It is easy to use as it is user-friendly to use and it contains up to date features for the users. The environment was improved every day where the user can experience the process flow much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
the object cloning process isn't accurate where it can be improved in Community Edition V11
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am a student I use it to automate the process in our college and it is very useful and time-saving
We are live in production within a 6 month time frame.

What do you dislike about the product?
IQBOT technical support response time needs to be improve and few critical issues in IQBOT 6.5.2 version needs to be resolve in future release.

1) Documents are missing in IQBOT if file name is more than 20 character.
2) IQBOT unable to process document if pdf file has more than 10 pages.

We are trying to archive 100 FTE's within 1 year RPA program.

Development friendly for non program background.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly.
Non software background people can also create automation using AAE.
I personally use this for Desktop application, Web scrapping automation and GIS based automation which is not possible by programming languages like python,C++,Java and VBA.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no "goto" statement like other programming languages anyway it is not a big concern this can achieved by other branching and looping provided by AAE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used for desktop, browser tool automation which reduces resource or man power hence with less cost I am able to complete the projects.

Need to improve in desktop based application connections in RPA.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Automation anywhere is that it can handle simple, complex task and repetitive task without any human interventions. It is very user friendly so there is no need to be pro in any languages to learn or develop RPA. Its a new era and it has changed the thinking of doing repetitive task by a BOT with giving more Accuracy with 100% Quality. t is one of the fastest accurate and volume driven processing of simple and repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is any issue with Image recognition it doesn't work accurately. It is image sensitive. It also have issue with multitasking so for example if the BOT is on I wont be able to do any work on the same system even if mouse or cursor is moved the BOT stop or shows Output somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Autocad related Work resolved due to AA with any ease which created more business to us. It is also very smooth with one of our tool called as SpatialNet which was one of the difficult task for us.

It need to have more user friendly and easy set up options.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation save time and time is worth more than money. Automation helps the user to automate the daily use application. This will help to work in easy way. Automation applicable for anywhere to everywhere can help maximum utilisation of work. Automation Anywhere reduce expenses of the organisation. I would like to share a short example for the support that the Automation Anywhere provides. There was an issue once i was working for a health care client in the production environment, the team from Automation Anywhere has responded with in an hour of raising the support ticket in the partner portal. Anybody can learn and start developing the bots. Automation helps us to resolve any tool related, infrastructure related, technical related issues on-time. I like the use of meta bots that allow for reusable code blocks that can be used throughout the company so everyone can use automation and get benifit of automation.

The speed to market of new functionality, whilst often a positive, can sometimes mean functionality is released before it is ready and can be prone to issues. also you can add encourage forms to collaborate with developers. there is less Community support on platform like stack overflow. It needs to improve the object cloning feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation will save aur time. it is applicable for everywere to use in every organation. Some of them use Automation and some of dont use automation. The organisation use automation they get a high growth in their work and also impact their Business Growth. It is nessary to take inicitive in automation to done work easyly and save your time. This can improve utilisation of work.

Automation helps us to reduce man hour efforts and is time saving , with the help of automation in technology a user can optimize 'n' no. of things . i implemented it in my process and solved the problem of allocation of shipments to the associates , using this i automated monthly appraisal for the user as known as individual balanced sheet just by creating a csv file and then converting the link data to excel format without sorting the data region wise.

nothing much to dislike , except the costing as automation anywhere is very costlier.loss of employment for the human-being. on the other hand employee are not ready to accept the change and they are OK with the traditional method of works and we need to promote automation the right way for the employee to understand the importance of automation anywhere
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
using automation anywhere i have solved the problem such as allocation of shipments to the associates , i have automated few fields in our company application and saved lots of time and improve average handling time by running time and motion study.

Although overall experience is nice but there will be some problems with the versioning of its software which makes its projects less compatible.

Problems to open certain task by reaching to that location then submitting my information and again traversing the whole page again and again. By this software my work gets reduces. It also helped me in my web scraping tasks.
