What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, the learning curve is short

Create more integration to handle Excle files, and the possibility to run bots in parallel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
many pain points are solved using automation anywhere, the benefits are the reducing time usage, cost saving, and the increase of morale.

What do you like best about the product?
The use is very easy, the logic in the bots is understandable for people who have no knowledge of programming. I can automate many amounts of tasks, create loops, various ways to manipulate conditions. Anywhere helps me expedite delivery times to devote to other pending jobs. Allows to make image recognition or manipulate the object by means of coordinates, to make execution more precise. I can creating reports from an application of monitoring of Network that doesn´t you copy data with Clipboard, Anywhere allows me to extract the information and create the files with the data to generate formatted reports. Anywhere is very useful to avoid human errors and it is easy to modify or invoke other bots through another bot. It does not require coding anything. I can extract data from the origin of a database, and transform it into a report. The error messages in execution give the option to solve with recommendations of the official documentation. Anywhere provides online support for resolving errors, queries. It has facilitated the practice to take the certification exam. I recommend it, robotics is not only electronic, it is now manipulation of computer processes. Anywhere can be promoted as automation of tasks that must be done on other applications and interact with several tasks in the same bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven´t access to IQ and testing my scripts on application test and create workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create reports from an application of monitoring of Network that does not allow you to copy data, Anywhere allows you to extract the information and create the files with the data to generate formatted reports. Anywhere can be promoted as automation of tasks that must be done on other applications and interact with several tasks in the same bot. Anywhere helps me expedite delivery times to devote to other pending jobs.

I recommend Automation Anywhere to expedite human times and errors in repetitive tasks, and take the time to handle pending jobs, meetings, calls or businesses that do require live human attention.

The User interface is so easy that any analyst without a technical background can learn Automation anywhere and deploy automation to their periodic and repetitive jobs.

Apparently the not created with AA tool has been working great apart from some minor changes and that to found and completed by our team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account creation in COTS application was taking up high resources allocation and by deployment of automation anywhere has helped with automatic creation of accounts saving resources work.

Try the trail version so the new user will easily get to know what automation anywhere can establish

As automation anywhere tool is one of the key aspiring tool of RPA , it has many advantages to the it industry which is very helpful, I love a bit in learning commands and their vast applications which helps a lot.

I feel nothing to dislike in this tool , it is very helpful for me.

I observed no problems in the tool,It is an on-demand enterprise-grade platform for RPA bot. The platform scales the capacity of the digital workforce by deploying bots anytime, anywhere with a single click. It can create, deploy and handle thousands of software bots and can ensure resilience, elasticity, and scalability.

There are some bugs with the software, about connection, some limitations with Excel and sometimes I need to wait much time to run a robot.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Recently I solved a problem with connection on AA, the employees helped me so much with this issue and I liked the dedication to discover what was happening with the software.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Automation Anywhere 2019 i.e their SaaS based offering. Here are few features which attract me the most :
1) Control plane to bot agent connectivity : It's extremely easy to just install a little utility which works as websocket proxy to connect to control plane
2) Browser based: For designing bot you just need a AA account & a browser, that's the beauty
3) Building bots is a piece of cake: You don't need any prior knowledge of the tool, you can be up & running in couple of hours to days.

1) I wish they would have ability to build bots on Mac, currently the agent is exe which only works on windows machine
2) Operational part like authorizing users, creating appropriate roles is not so user friendly
3) Integration with git would be a big place as currently check-in checkout process is tedious

Majorly around UI automation which includes fetching data from different systems & pushing it to other systems who doesn't understand API language.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Automation Anywhere is that is very accesible. Someone who doesn't have experience in automation and/or doesn't have programming skills. It gets the job done, as well as other automation tools, while being so easy to maintain and install.

The AA 2019 version is not perfect yet, it has some problems but it is only getting better and better.

We use AA in our company to automate Excel, websites, custom applications that are used in a business and also a SAP.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very simple to use, we can democratize the technology through hole company to improve our workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does not have a simpler way to make the logs, we had to implement our own system and the tool has no integration with Python, again, we had to do te integration by ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having the common RPA Benefits, making processes faster, allowing people to do more high analytical tasks, but one of the most returns that we have with RPA in our company is the reducing levels of Shadow IT since we have a democratization plan.
