The best automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Automation Anywhere is that is very accesible. Someone who doesn't have experience in automation and/or doesn't have programming skills. It gets the job done, as well as other automation tools, while being so easy to maintain and install.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AA 2019 version is not perfect yet, it has some problems but it is only getting better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AA in our company to automate Excel, websites, custom applications that are used in a business and also a SAP.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very simple to use, we can democratize the technology through hole company to improve our workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does not have a simpler way to make the logs, we had to implement our own system and the tool has no integration with Python, again, we had to do te integration by ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having the common RPA Benefits, making processes faster, allowing people to do more high analytical tasks, but one of the most returns that we have with RPA in our company is the reducing levels of Shadow IT since we have a democratization plan.

The facility and agility to automate daily tasks.

Could be more organized, using tree structure in line by line version for example.

I am saving time on manual activities and having more time on more intentional activities. One of the biggest advantages is the ease to automate, not requiring knowledge in programming, but in logic.

The commands are very easy to use and the community forum and the university have enought knowledge to become a pro developer in automation anywhere.

There are some bugs and limitations at the plataform that can be easily fixed by the AA development team.

We have more than 40 bots running from many area of the company, the benefits are good and the implementation time is short compared with other tecnologies.

Automation Anywhere is the most powerful RPA tool . Automation Anywhere's simple interface helps to create bots even for business people without any technical background. And also providing many options for technical people for using some of programming languages and as well as scripting languages. The reusable meta bots option will helps to reduce the development time and effort which helps the developers. The RPA implementation is very easy and stable when compared with the other RPA tools in the market. In business point of view, this will help to reduce the turnaround time of business process and also helps to reduce human effort in business use cases. Main benefit I measured that it will help the organization to their existing man power effectively to other business activities. The beneficial properties of Automation Anywhere is that it provide different command to handle the different business case scenario.

In Automation Anywhere, the negative points that I was found that its migration facilities are not more capable. And in business scenario what are all the business environments (Applications,Web Applications etc) that are used in development organization should keep the same environment as long.

Most of the business scenarios we can handle through Automation Anywhere, mainly SAP, Sales force, excels and other business Applications . Automation Anywhere will helps to generate different kinds of reports as per organization requirements. We can do different environment integration, maintenance of business Applications like ERP Applications and Oracle systems. We can easily manipulate, maintain and handle the organization data.

Automation Anywhere is a user friendly tool,it gives many inbuilt tools to develop the bots in less time.Easy process ,easy to learn. Learned how to develop a bot using inbuilt tools.

Recommended to attend certificate course in RPA, for their better development, and explained about my experience in Automation Anywhere and made them understood about the importance of RPA in their future, and about developing a bot using Autoamtion Anywhere community edition.

The user interface is very effective and user friendly .
The option to store our credentials for various application in the credential vault is best , In this way, we do not need to remember and enter the credentials again and again for authentication purpose .
Commands packages are available for operations of each data type ... which are really helpful .

What do you dislike about the product?
The control room provided is unstable sometimes stopped working and all the bots created gone forever .
We can not select a specific date on a specific year by just selecting the year, to accomplish this we need to go through all the months for each in between years while creating a Date time type of variable.
For example, if you want to create the date time type of variable with value 12/01/2005 then to select this date you need to go back from current date to that date by going through each month of all the years coming between the current year and 2005. This is overhead .

Packages are available to download and upload bots which is very helpful using that we can download the bot script created by us and store a copy for future use and upload it on any other account or control room using upload bot command.
