Thinking RPA Get Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work n support multiple operating environments and continuous updates to the product with seamless, quality support.
Automation Anywhere's object cloning command is the most useful through multiple environments like Citrix, Web Applications, Windows application and much more.
The architectural support is also great, the session management is flawless.
The support from excel to SAP integration is best.
For more, they brought in the A2019 the bundle of surprises. The Machine Leaning instances acquiring from Google to Azure are just outstanding.

What do you dislike about the product?
None, at worst string operation, can have more commands like replace using RPA. The wider supportive environment they give the more areas arises for the flaw.
The basic things get neglected while the throughput.
PDF integration OCR is the area of improvement.
IQ is the place where more variant of PDF should be able to be processed like right now page break is not supported part. A table with no headers is not considered as a table. All such things can be improved

Most of the business process from HR management to Oracle, PeopleSoft like supply chain management.
Email Automation provides hands control over all email vendors.
Citrix automation gives multi-desktop handling in the virtual environment opening a new area of opportunities.
PD F integration gives a very good conversion for normal PDF's which are in total digital formats.
The REST services helped to easily GET n POST data from the PeopleSoft machine.
The advanced Image Recognition helps in area where Object Cloning, Window Control & Web Controls fails, their IR is the key for most of the times.

Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool among other tools available in the market. Robotic Process Automation is Used to Automate repetitive tasks that can be done on a daily/monthly basis. Automation Anywhere is Simple, easy to learn, and use as a user interface of Automation Anywhere is simple, easy to understand. Automation Anywhere provides lots of learning Sources and it has great support for all solutions. Its ease of use and high output Accuracy makes Automation Anywhere the best RPA Tool. Automation Anywhere new version A2019 makes work easier as it is web-based and that makes it the best tool among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is Expensive as Compared to some other RPA Tools.
Automation Anywhere OCR Command doesn't give expected as the output is not stable.
Automation Anywhere IQ bot is not efficient as it takes time to generate a csv file and doesn't work for certain PDFs that are scanned or handwritten.

Automation Anywhere makes Bot creation easy as compared to other tools.
Being an RPA developer I have solved many Complex Processes using automation anywhere. One of the processes I would like to share is Automating the SAP Application, Which is a complex task to update the table in SAP as per the User input, But Automation Anywhere has helped me out to solve this complex process easily using SAP Integration-GUI Automation command.

RPA is among one of the leading , Automation Anywhere is the best platform to Automate any repeated task easily.
The best thing about automation anywhere is that it doesn't requires Extreme coding knowledge , a person with basic coding knowledge can easily get their hands on this platform . It provides higher output accuracy at minimum time.

Automation Anywhere is costlier than other tools.
Some of the feature like OCR is not upto the mark , this command could be much much better.
Some times its OBJECT CLONING does not work properly .

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As being an RPA Developer I have to deal with various processes. Automation Anywhere helps me to Automate the Complex process easily. I have been working on pdf's to extract the data from scanned pdf's with the help of IQ Bot , it has helped me in providing the output with high accuracy .

Automation Anywhere is best and easiest platform so far i came across. Every Platform has some flaws which is understandable, So for RPA AUTOMATION ANYWHERE is the BEST tool.
My experience with automation anywhere have been great so far.

what I like the most about it is that the learning curve is very short. You can create your first bot with in your first hour. The next thing is that there was a free certification period for partners, One of the things i would like to say is that the support you get is amazing and their fast response is appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one thing that i would like to change about the product is the installation process. The steps are a bit complicated though you get an excellent support when you face a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From HR work to bank reconciliation i have been doing loads of things. I am using the software to automate the process of resting the Active directory passwords to employees in my company. The major benefit i realized is that it save me time to do meaningful work.

The development time is very minimal as compared to other tools in the market. The interface is quite user-friendly. IQ bot is the Unique Selling Point of the tool which helps you to extract unstructured data. Also, there is Metabot which can helps to automate ERP Tools. Licensing cost is also very cheap. They have made the installation process a lot easier as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exception handling needs a little bit of improvement. Very few commands are available to support MS Office tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive tasks has helped improve efficiency and reduced errors in the fields of accounting, finance and HR. FTEs now focus on tasks requiring judgement and intelligence rather than working like robots.

very easy to learn the tool. Development time is less to build bot(s).It has very attractive visual editor that too with a drag & drop feature make it more convenient to use and have almost all commands to automate business process within short period of time. Using IQ bot we can handle unstructured data. Metabot helps to connect with SAP GUI.
What do you dislike about the product?
commands related to Microsoft application is very less like to extract information from word we don't have any commands related to word. Once you close the session of Excel we can't use excel sheet data after that. Exception Handling could be improved.

saving time and money for the clients. Avoiding manual error.

very easy to use. In few steps we can build our bot. Less time require to Build bot(s).Using IQ bot we can do AI & ML things.

Every feature that was built in is extremely useful and helps in automation of any business process. I didn't find something as not important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to automate an application launched through Citrix environment. The execution time was reduced by 70% when compared to the other automation tool that we have been using since 9 years. Previously we have found some other tool that supports our legacy application automation but we have to do many manual interventions with the old tool. But once we tried with Automation Anywhere, our POC was successful and we are able to automate some of our flows and execute them. We have been saving huge time and reducing work by using Automation Anywhere. I am extremely thankful for AA team and founder for the software they have been providing.

AA is one of the best RPA tool in Industry to automate most of the manual processes and it is very easy to use. It is also one of the leading technology which has greater career opportunities. Try once AA. Use Anywhere AA.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything provided by Automation Anywhere is best of course, but if i want to mention one, it will be its feature to automate SAP using SAP Dll File.
As we are a multinational company, most of our business is on SAP and Automation Anywhere helped automating those complex, time consuming processes which our users used to perform on daily basis, which where non-productive and did not add any value to them. This really saved a lot of time

Automating web Applications is bit harder especially where controls are dynamic

I worked in Automation anywhere 4yr I found in this software few benefits an few drawback .
What do you like best about the product?
I want this software, we are getting a license at a cheap rate, and we can automate anything using automation anywhere. Now we can access it anywhere because it is available in the cloud environment.

Sometimes it will take more time to complete automation, and still, the latest version is working, so few errors will occur during automation.i.e - audit log

I worked using automation anywhere in many environments like Web-based, Mainframe, Excel-based, and Citrix environments. It is very capable of automating everything and very helpful because it is not required any programming language, does not require coding knowledge, and is available in the cloud.

For first time users of Automation Anywhere, it would help if you have a background on software development because of how its editor looks and that the commands used are not commonly used words by those with no background on software development.
