Automation Anywhere Fantastic!
What do you like best about the product?
I adore the possibility to create bots, the academy from Capgemini Brazil was a fantastic experience!! The intuitive and easy method to create, modify and control rooms and applications from Automation Anywhere is very nice, when I was called to participate in the week of learning about bot creations and develop new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can do the certification one or twice more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not any thing with AA because I don't have some free times but I need be organize, however I can do some parellel job.

2. Automation Anywhere has its own university where you can learn the complete tool and can for Advance and master certifications.
3. Easy setup and Installation. Support is very fast.
4. Seamless transition from Excel, VBA, HTML, DB to Automation Anywhere for powerful automation
5. Introduce the Automation Anywhere with AI which is added advantage.
6. The best part is the Low Code and requires Low skill needs. You don't have to experts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Below are a couple of things which observe and faced during the Automation anywhere implementation with our Projects.
1. The price is something which can be worked on as well because I feel the licence cost is a little high.
2. Error handing- there we are facing a little bit glitch while creating multiple tasks for the same project.
3. Need to improve on Mainframe Applications & MS office Features. Efficacy against Visual Basic Application Codes (MS Excel), web scrapping in Visual basic macros is near to or exceed efficiency against RPA (bots), Terminal Emulator IBM I Series.
4. The java forms interaction is a bit painful and slower if compared with API/ web automation.
5. I didn't found integration with office O365. Might they release is in next addition.
6. They need can improve UI in terms of developer standpoint, for example, variable manager section is the major pain area in the tool as it doesn't allow multiple variables to either be deleted or copied and pasted in the different bot at the same. The developers have to copy-paste one variable at a time or delete it one by one.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is undoubtedly the best feature of Automation Anywhere. Despite not having an interface as friendly as its UiPath competitor, Automation Anywhere still has a very low learning curve for beginners and intermediaries on the platform. It is possible to do almost any type of automation just using the tool's features, from sending an email to reading multiple PDF files. The tool also has an active community in the forums, where it is possible to find metabots to perform a little more elaborate actions where it would be more complicated to do just with the available features. The courses offered by the platform itself solidify the learning base of those who are starting to use the platform or in the RPA itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speaking for me, the biggest negative point I find in the tool is the automation in the office package, specifically Excel. In the rival, Excel automation is extremely efficient and can be done with the program in the background, in Automation Anywhere, I find automation a little slower and cannot be done in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I worked with Automation Anywhere, I was able to develop a solution for a large Brazilian telecommunications company. The developed solution made the automated control of the peripheral equipment stock, sending an e-mail to the management whenever a collaborator needed equipment.

Automation Anywhere, as a market leader, is great for anyone looking to get started in RPA. Most companies look for professionals trained in Automation Anywhere. If your company has a partnership with the platform, it is possible to take the certification tests for free up to a certain period.
AA is really an awesome tool to automate things.
What do you like best about the product?
By using drag and drop command we can develop the bot easily. Less coding skill is required to build the bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Download bot dependencies take time while running the bot.

We can develop the bots very quickly and deploy into the production. Easy to maintain the bot in production and ROI is tremendous.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The first thing which I would like to personally add in this field is unlike other tools Automation Anywhere tool is not showcasing as an Automation tool just by providing the easy to automate Web browsers or the Mobile application. Rather Automation Aywhere tool is helping the end user with the ease to create bots which are designed to complete a particular task which can be replicate of any manual task which a person is doing on day-to-day basis in his/her current project and is very tedious and time taking and requires a good amount of human efforts and human intervention
2. The second thing which I would to mention is the study materials which has been provided by the In-House Automation Anywhere team which makes it really useful and beneficiary to learn, implement and explore more about Automation Anywhere tool is one of the best thing to look for with this tool
3. One more best thing about Automation Anywhere as a company and the ideas they are presenting in the Information Technology market is the introduction of their Android application with which one can schedule any bots for overnight or day time execution just by using their Android smartphones and get the end results with the Pass and Fail results is by far the best thing what I have liked about any of the tool available in the current market

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing which I personally dislike about this tool is the trial version available on their website. Personally feeling 30 days of time is really insufficient to learn a tool from scratch, implement it for some real time examples, gets the issues resolved being faced during implementation, get the work reviewed by the peers and get the POC - Proof of Concept done and suggest for the project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Till date I have successfully created a good number of POCs by creating multiple bots which are helping myself and my team with reduction of day-to-day manual and repetitive work get automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No recommendations as such but the only thing I would like to suggest is to get as many live implementation ideas as possible and try to implement all the ideas. Get your handson done properly which will help you to learn a lot with your own mistakes.

I am fascinated by object cloning, as it attaches to any website, making it easier for me to work with data.

Confusing steps must be taken to obtain rows or columns from an Excel file.

The tool offer practical funcions for the developer. The pre loaded comands cover most portion of the actions needed.

The default OCR feature does not recognize the texts as desired.

Considering the small size of the tech team we produced good RPA automation to reduce about 3 employees and some manual and repetitive tasks.
We got automation in the following processes: Billing; HR; Procurement; Logistics and 4.0 Industry.
There are many other processes to be automated in the pipeline. You need to consider good time to map processes as a consultant and development labor.
Considering the small size of the tech team we produced good RPA automation to reduce about 3 employees and some manual and repetitive tasks.

When you got high availability of your systems and also high control of change management this is the time to get in. Otherwise you automation will stop due unpredictable events and you will need your developer debugging every day.

Sometimes it is difficult to find the solution, if you are stuck in using Automation Anywhere to automate different applications.

I have developed various Bots to resolve customer problems. Below is the brief description of some of the use Cases:
- Used AA as an integration between Salesforce and SAP. This included interacting Salesforce using Get/Post API, deletion of existing Purchase data, creation of new purchase records and data extraction from SAP.
- Used AA to interact with ServiceNow based on the real time data provided by the users
- Used AA to extract data from the Website and email the customers based on the business scenarios
- Analysed data using Bot Insight
