Excellent adaptability with technological environments.

What do you like best about the product?
I am fascinated by object cloning, as it attaches to any website, making it easier for me to work with data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confusing steps must be taken to obtain rows or columns from an Excel file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interact with applications like SAP to perform process automation in the accounting area

What do you like best about the product?
The tool offer practical funcions for the developer. The pre loaded comands cover most portion of the actions needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default OCR feature does not recognize the texts as desired.
The inability of running alone. Once it depends on interaction of other system screens if you leave the BOT running there are many chances to see the automation stopped in the begining of the next working day. It could have some AI feature to solve this.
You need a least 3 people as staff to keep it running with some tranquility.
You need high level sponsorship to deploy business processes to be automatized.
We miss native commands with the popular Google Chrome browser and it forces us to work with the Internet Explorer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got 2 BOTs running in production at our mid size company. There are 2 people working on it: the developer and the operator.
Considering the small size of the tech team we produced good RPA automation to reduce about 3 employees and some manual and repetitive tasks.
We got automation in the following processes: Billing; HR; Procurement; Logistics and 4.0 Industry.
There are many other processes to be automated in the pipeline. You need to consider good time to map processes as a consultant and development labor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you got high availability of your systems and also high control of change management this is the time to get in. Otherwise you automation will stop due unpredictable events and you will need your developer debugging every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find the solution, if you are stuck in using Automation Anywhere to automate different applications.
Sometimes, AA client crashes, while cloning the screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have developed various Bots to resolve customer problems. Below is the brief description of some of the use Cases:
- Used AA as an integration between Salesforce and SAP. This included interacting Salesforce using Get/Post API, deletion of existing Purchase data, creation of new purchase records and data extraction from SAP.
- Used AA to interact with ServiceNow based on the real time data provided by the users
- Used AA to extract data from the Website and email the customers based on the business scenarios
- Analysed data using Bot Insight
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great Automation tool. It can be used for Integration and Automation of tasks. Its University offers good training courses as well.
Overall, it is a great experience for me !!

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to spy objects and create BOTs, makes a very more effective way to create solutions faster than other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty of installing the software, I have to pick a folder with the tool already installed to use on my computer. Actually the assesment for professional and advanced cousers, despites are free ( it's free when I'm writting this). they are too difficult .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use anothers RPA tools, but with Automation Anywhere I can realize more efficients solutions for old problems on other tool. The biggest benefit that I realized is the practicality of creating solutions with the software, that makes your bots faster, even in more complex processes. The error / exceptions handling, allows the developer to improve the best way solution to treat erros, even the unexpected one's.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you already know RPA tools, Automation Anywhere is a easier way to create your solutions and improve your automation. Based on the integration with AI possibilities and bots with lesser human interaction, your automations become faster. And based on the Master course you can also identify that this tool brings more security with the admin autorization to access files, folders, bots, queue, credentials, and view logs .

What do you like best about the product?
Reduce the manual effort ,time saving,re usability and easy to learn.
Error handling concept easily identify the error line number and it will save the screenshots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Type of variables(List,Array,Value random) are not enough.I need some complex types like Dictionary ,Data tables.
Some pdf's are not interacted with Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application loading and page loading.By using wait for window,wait for screen change commands we will overcome the loading .
Reusabilty : By using metabot concepts we will reuse the code .
By using IQ bot concept we will capture the unstructered pdf .
And Error handling concept is very usefull for users and this tool is easy to learn anyone without having any programming knowledge.

AA - A2019 is A huge help

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere's newest version is A2019, which my company has just purchased and started implementing. The cloud based version is great in many ways and makes creating bots quick and somewhat simple. Without any development experience you can learn how to build bots fairly quickly. We are leveraging A2019 to help us with tasks that will save us a lot of money and give our users and opportunity to focus on more tasks outside of the repetitive tasks the bot is now doing.
The training we have received has been first rate and support after training has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike so far is there is no automatic backup of bots in A2019. We had one inadvertently deleted and there was no way to recover it, so we had to build it from scratch. The positive to this negative is that AA support and training was quick to help rebuild what we lost.
This is truly the only feature I feel is missing at this point in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created 3 bots that will save us thousands of manual entry hours, which will equate to almost 1 million dollars in the next year. We are using the bots to login to our software, create schedule appts, placeholders for documentation and update the patient's contact preferences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a process in your organization that takes manual intervention and is repetitive you can leverage every bit of A2019 to build a bot to complete these tasks.
It gives employees the opportunity to focus on the aspects of their role that are inhibited by the manual tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Automation Anywhere is capable to automate the process of all the domains like- HR, Marketing, Medical, Finance etc.
2. It is giving benefits to organization by saving time and money.
3. IQ Bot is able to automate the semi-structure/unstructured data. By this RPA proceed towards Cognitive Automation.
4. This tool is easy to learn and a person with less coding knowledge is also able to develop automated task.
5. New updates are cloud base.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs in A2019. But Vendor is giving great support to solve all of them and new versions are coming with less issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated 2 use cases using Automation Anywhere latest version A2019. In these use cases I have used below functionality -IQ Bot full life cycle
-Excel operations
-Database operations
-File/Folder commands
-Loops
-image recognition commands

Easy to use platform that keeps adding features!

What do you like best about the product?
We are treated with new and friendly features almost every few months! AA is the first in the industry to launch an integrated document AI layer like IQ Bot. AA launched Microsoft Bots last month. And already this month AA has come up with Discovery Bot. The sheer pace at which path-breaking features are added is impressive. Another aspect is the Bot Store, which is quite evolved, and has a much wider industry coverage than the competition. The 'starter pack' is also a quite easy-on-the-pocket attraction to new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a dependency on the control room to execute just about anything. In other words, almost nothing can be run without authenticating with the control room. This becomes a limitation in secured environments with no internet access. Further, as a developer, one misses output variables as a standard feature; one has to necessarily log the output to a file and pick from there. Also, the training modules could be better designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The power of the AA platform is best harnessed by applying it on not-so-structured applications. Functions like document reading, writing to legacy applications, and complex testing scenarios, have been our use cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not look for ROI or cost saving through replacement of humans as the only benefit accruing from RPA implementation. Accuracy and mistake-proofing is a much more powerful use case as compared to merely eking out efficiencies. Also, be prepared for a slightly more involved support engagement (read higher cost) as compared to traditional software projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use and the ability to see results quickly. I was able to get a script up and running in under 10 minutes, without any training. The Online training is incredible. I like that I can search and find helpful hints, tips and code snippets when I get stuck or want to explore a new topic. I also like that I have the ability to take courses online to be able to get certified.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the company I work for is not on the most recent version. There are a ton of new features that we could use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping to solve our resources constraints issue. Due to budget cuts we are short staffed. Automation Anywhere is helping, and will continue to help fill in the gaps. We have realized more stable processes that are being run by the software, and I have identified several areas where further savings could be had.
