My experience-Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I like object clonning, Metabot feature and all the other functionalities except OCR.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR- Sometimes it recognizes the characters wrongly and fail the bot.(for example- V as an U)
But there are many other alternative approaches are there so we can make our things work with automation anywhere tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on automation anywhere tool since more than 2 years. I have worked on many process automation. The development was smooth every time and in case if we stuck anywhere automation anywhere community provides a great support. So overall its awesome experience with AA tool and team.

Go for it. It is an awesome tool which is making many tasks easier and eliminating monotonous tasks. Boon for humans.

The most likely part of Automation anywhere is OCR commands,
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for license is very high comparing to other tools. we cannot use this in small business area because of the high cost .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automation BPS(Business process outsourcing) project using the Automation anywhere most we are scrapping the data from one website and updating it to other website using DOMX path.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend if the cost of the Automation anywhere is need to be reduced then only the small business people use this tool to automate their business.

What do you like best about the product?
In automation anywhere i found the best things which will be flexible to developer to automate the daily task. for this the different command used like Object Cloning:-that is flexible to find the control properties, Exception Handling:-Easy to handle any error.

I think everything is perfect in Automation anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one of the process has near about 10000 of records in excel and based on this latter should created and send these letters to the particular broker that was very hectic task then we automated this process with AA and that make easy to create letters and send it too within fraction of minutes

In automation anywhere provides good feature to log the each and every execution steps so that is very flexible tool i ever use.
Excellent, very intuitive, you don't have to be a Programmer to make a BOT

The best thing is that you can do a simple BOT without having programming knowledge

it lacks some tools such as a grouper or loop numbering, as this would help identify the end of the loop

with the Automation Anywhere BOTs, it was possible to automate the verification of patients in the insurer's register

The best thing about Automation Anywhere is its versatility in terms of predefined commands, there is a wide variety of predefined instructions for use by developers unlike its competitors, I also recommend the artificial intelligence part that is quite advanced.

Maybe the only thing I don't like is that the tools to manage the control room are a bit complicated at the beginning and the community part is still growing, so it is necessary to license to promote production

With Automaton Anywhere we have worked the claims part in several clients, providing excellent results in the legacy systems part like SAP

Automation Anywhere Tool is easy to use and learn. This tool can be used to automate small and large scale process depending upon the needs. This tool has the capability to accommodate every technology and increasing the product functionalities day by day.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are few functionalities which are having issues after the upgrade to V11 which includes email automation , security etc. Other than this tool is working absolutely fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving business problems which ground level analysts are spending more time to complete or process data, these are automating by using RPA and lot of benefits achieved. We are using RPA to process documents and feed the data in databases without any manual intervention.

Yes this tool is excellent for all sorts of process automation and we can also integrate ML models now by using API service.

If you want to reduce your operations costs and reduce the manual errors and dependencies, the AA is the best RPA tool, it has all the features that will allow you to fulfill your business needs.

We are trying to reduce the operations costs on the credit card department and we are automating some manual tasks like printing the Welcome Kit and other checks automatically.

Automation Anywhere is so user-friendly. I have used other RPA tools but none could match with Automation Anywhere.

In A2019 we can connect to the same account using different credentials which is a very good feature according to me.
Before-after functionality in string operation command is very helpful.

A2019 is slightly disappointing because it cannot match to the user-friendliness of version 11.x. I understand that its a new version and Automation Anywhere are working hard to improve it.
Automation Anywhere needs to upgrade its Excel commands especially in areas like adding a new column in excel and deletion of Excel Sheets.

In a2019 there is not pattern-based web recording yet.
Preprocessing and downloading dependencies takes a lot of time.

Invoice processing is so easy with automation anywhere. I have solved many cases related to Ui automation, Data entry, etc. However, I have used Excel automation the most I feel like I am getting better at it every day.

The best RPA tool to start your career with I have had a great learning experience and i have learnt a lot and will continue learning. Happy automation. GO BE GREAT.
