Easily automate the monotonous
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is easy to use and can be learnt by even beginners to RPA in a really short amount of time. The ROI is great and analytics option provides business insights which were not possible earlier.
User friendly UI and the capability to monitor bots and extract various business insights.
Drag and drop features allow non technical users to change the bots to there liking without the help from the RPA developers.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike but they can work on improving the following things in the upcomming veriosn:
The citrix/VPC is either hit or miss and not all features work as expected.
There is no option to print the variables in most modules

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving day to day recurring and tedious tasks and removing the human errors and the required work force which can then be used to perform other non monotonous tasks

What do you dislike about the product?
The problem is the steep innovation curve which means a heavy learning and investment curve for developers and solutioneers. Keeping up is not easy.
The level 3 support is not always easy to access (albeit when accessed, the team are great).

Simple mundane tasks are being automated. Saving money, driving better time utilisation & cutting costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very user-friendly, it is simple and easy to learn. It provides many inbuilt features as well. It is very helpful when it comes to executing manual tasks that is consuming too much time, making a big difference in time consumption and users will be able to allot their time in other tasks that they need to work to. 😊
What do you dislike about the product?
Excel gets laggy sometimes, needs to improve excel commands as well.
Implementation can be rough for small companies because of its cost, not all company can afford it.
Needs improvement in capturing image from the desktop, colors are bit difficult to distinguish and more likely to terminate the execution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is cost saving, because we don't need to put too much effort and human resources as well in one repetitive process and make Automation Anywhere do it with minimal time. Human errors can be minimized too especially from typing or requiring input from the user, it can run with or without human interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this tool because of its features. It can be used and automate rule-based and repetitive processes. It can work seven times a week with minimal supervision or human interaction. Very reliable and easy to use. As a first time user of Automation Anywhere, I didn't find it's features and tools hard to learn. Automation Anywhere is highly accurate and not prone to errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Automation Anywhere for the past one year. The stabilities of ther bots developed in Automation Anywhere is amazing. The best thing I like about automation anywhere is that the Metabots and IQbots. Metabots need very minimal change if we need to reuse in any other part of the code and thereby we can save lot of time. IQbots in AA is amazing for invoice related automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the user interface of automation anywhere tool because it's not user friendly. The training videos of Automation Anywhere is not upto the mark and also the forum is not active. Lack of .net functions and commands sometimes result in some limitation of bots
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Automation Anywhere for invoices related usecases. The IQbot feature of Automation Anywhere is good and if we feed data in a certain pattern the bot will learn and process invoices with minimal error. The control room feature is really useful we get bot insights and in dashboard we will get the overall status of all bots. The credential manager option in control room is very useful and I'm using same credential for different bots which is running in different virtual machines and in case of any credential change I don't have to login to that particular machine instead in control room I change the credentials. The schedule feature of control room is really good and I'm scheduling the bots in different time zones as per the requirement of my clients. Overall I can say there are lot of benefits for Automation Anywhere which is making a huge positive impact in my organization

User friendly and approachable for any software
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and any one can learn easily and start automation in the basic level. Handling is very easy even if we have many scripts. Specially the IQBot is doing the best, however the AI can be improved in a better way.
What do you dislike about the product?
IQBot does not fullfill the entire requirement, in many cases we have handled the situation using VB script only it's bcos of some time document issue and some times the BOT is not handling the pages completely to extract the data. AI and ML logic can be improved here to handle in better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated many business process and some complicated process as well...like Supplier onboarding process, MTR validation process, Supplier Quote Analysis, SGW Process automation. In terms of benefits yes we have realised the cost and time savings in terms of resources and also BOT will take care these things automatically and there is no dependency for human.

AA is a user friendly and any one can learn easily and adopt this tool for automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing which I like in AA is it's simpleness along with the power to do beyond the limits. It is the easiest RPA tool I have worked on while comparing top 3 RPA tools.
While talking about it's commands it is very easy to use, I train one of my colleague who don't know anything about automation or even he is not aware about coding and all.

I love AA and there are multiple reason for so, but there are multiple things which I want to be improved.
1. Excel or DB session must be shared across sub task like variable mapping.
2. Delete row option in SQL Query .
3. Something like Parallel activity in UIPath.

I have automated three 5 process in which I have created 8 bots all are having a strong impact, but I would like to discuss 2 process in which AA does fabulous job.
1. Refund Processing - Due to Corona virus all the airlines and hotels were facing huge cancellation due to which they have unmanageable workload in there back-office, we deployed our AA bot there to make things possible. Our bot worked 24*7 and done all the refunds which were pending from long time. AA helps us to create bot in less than 36hrs and deploy it on production because of it's simple and strong commands.
2. B2B Contract Loading - One of the biggest hotel chain having huge backlog of contract loading because of which they can't accept booking of hotels, we had very short time to upload this huge data to prevent them from huge loss and there AA plays big role and we have achieved the deadline successfully .

The best thing i like is reduces human dependency and its less time consuming ( someone can run the process at evening and go home and till next day he comes process output is given)

the dislike thing is sometimes object cloning option it doesn't click as the system OS changes the automation anywhere has this problem.

we are having 20 process in automation anywhere each process is of trading and benefit is that the human dependency is less.

What do you like best about the product?
the best thing about automation anywhere is that is has easier to use commands which a user with just logical knowledge is able to use to automate various day-to-day mundane processes. It has an in-built collection of 575+ drag and drop commands which have a help function available to it. Another advantage of this software is that it can be interfaced to various other platforms , which makes automation easier to perform. Automation Anywhere also provides video lectures so we don't have to surf through the internet to learn the software as it is readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cannot differentiate between different pages of a software with the same page title, which is a challenge to overcome. Also, we cannot copy commands from one metabot to another which stops us to use the same functionality again without doing the whole process again. There are also certain errors which are not very clear for the user to debug, hence the errors shown should be in layman terms. Also the behavior of certain GUI's change while using automation anywhere which is a major drawback and a major disadvantage. The DLL file of various softwares should be available on the website for easier access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the mundane processses which any organisation has to do on a daily basis and which doesn't require human-like knowledge can be solved using Automation Anywhere. So all the human force used for this process can be reduced by reducing errors and by saving time. So what any normal coding language cannot perform, automation anywhere can.

Anyone who's thinking to consider using Automation Anywhere has made a very wise decision , as this is an amazing software to use. Extremely user friendly and with a very valuable certification and hence an amazing choice to make.
An easy Effective and a very efficient way to automate daily processes
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease to code with 500+ inbuilt drag and drop commands. These easy to use and automate processes helps avoid syntax errors. Also, the wide variety of videos and tutorials offered by the automation anywhere dashboard helped me learn the various aspects of the software and the continuous testing and evaluation of the same helped me learn and grasp better. The variety of commands and offered help in all the abstract processes that I wish to automate. Also, it saves a lot of time for repetitive processes, manpower as well as the cost to company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Gui related issues are there when recording a page. Sometimes when I record a page and apply certain clicks it works perfectly and fine, but when the Automation Anywhere Bot runs the same window, sometimes it is unable to detect the window and is hence unable to click at the appropriate position, also sometimes the window that is displayed while recording in SAP changes completely when the bot runs SAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am solving and automating many SAP related processes. I used the software to get data, perform many operations and filtering of data based on requirements. Also, I used IQ Bot to train on invoices and get data from the invoices and use that data to perform other dependent tasks as well as log the data.

I highly recommend others to use Automation anywhere as it has a great Return on Investment Saves a lot of time and makes every task more efficient.
