An easy Effective and a very efficient way to automate daily processes
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease to code with 500+ inbuilt drag and drop commands. These easy to use and automate processes helps avoid syntax errors. Also, the wide variety of videos and tutorials offered by the automation anywhere dashboard helped me learn the various aspects of the software and the continuous testing and evaluation of the same helped me learn and grasp better. The variety of commands and offered help in all the abstract processes that I wish to automate. Also, it saves a lot of time for repetitive processes, manpower as well as the cost to company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Gui related issues are there when recording a page. Sometimes when I record a page and apply certain clicks it works perfectly and fine, but when the Automation Anywhere Bot runs the same window, sometimes it is unable to detect the window and is hence unable to click at the appropriate position, also sometimes the window that is displayed while recording in SAP changes completely when the bot runs SAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am solving and automating many SAP related processes. I used the software to get data, perform many operations and filtering of data based on requirements. Also, I used IQ Bot to train on invoices and get data from the invoices and use that data to perform other dependent tasks as well as log the data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend others to use Automation anywhere as it has a great Return on Investment Saves a lot of time and makes every task more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I had a great experience in developing bots and deploying them to automation many mundane processes at my firm. Specially scheduling bots for various tasks makes it way easier to perform many tedious work without any human intervention. We also handle many tasks using triggers to execute bot automatically on execution of some action. IQ Bot feature of automation anywhere helps to improve bot's accuracy day by day. Initial training video lectures proved very helpful to understand the software features better and online stimulation helped to implement various commands to get a better knowledge of the same. Bot insight feature allows to analyse bot behavior and various device down time. Workload Management helped to manage workloads using queues. Drag and drop feature of automation anywhere makes error less coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not specifically but there are some issue while automating an application using application's gui. There are issues while automating SAP application using recorder as while recording the process we encountered different window as compared to window that appears while executing the same task using a bot. It may be solved if the behavior of the application may be the same while recording and while executing the bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating many tedious tasks using automation anywhere that finishes the task without human errors and in less amount of time. I solved SAP related problems to execute various reports in SAP.

I highly recommend this software to various firms as it has a great deal on returns of investments in automation anywhere. Buy it and Automate.

What do you like best about the product?
AA offers Community edition trial license for free, Users/ companies who want to test the waters before starting their automation journey can use the trial version to get a flavor of the product. Moreover, for developers aiming to learn about the product can use the product as well as the Automation Anywhere University for a classroom training. The AA university offers multiple learning paths tailored to role. The pricing model allows clients to start their automation journey, this is unbeatable compared to peers. The scalability and production cycle is much larger and faster compared to peers due to control room features and Bot store. In fact many of the basic Bots are available as part of the store, Also Meta Bots can be used to expedite development rather than reinventing the wheel and starting from the scratch. Also, they also allow you to upload the Bot/code on the store to monetize it. This is absolutely fantastic. Moreover, they also allow deployment of Bots in the cloud. They can accessed and controlled via the control room. This greatly improves scalability. Bot Insights provide analytics of BoT performance and the provides a snapshot of the performance f Digital workers

It can improve excel functionality also compatibility across applications like Taleo ( Flash Applications)

I would surely recommend using AA to start and scale your automation journey. It is the best product that offer value at the right price. Moreover the latest edition offers better UI and functionality. In future AI and analytics will drive the efficiency value chain in organisations. It is best to start the digital workers journey with Automation Anywhere.
Best RPA tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
The number of activities and their rich configuration makes great experience when developing bots. Also the Bot store is a great place to search activities when you need to do some custom task. I was a full stack developer before staring RPA and it was so ease and great when developing bots because of various activities and Bot store. The deployment of bots to control room and scheduling is also easy which makes it a great RPA tool to work on. Automation Anywhere also regularly sends updates about the workshops and hackathons which makes us updated on what's new in the product and provides opportunity to showcase our skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing present in the software to dislike but User Interface is the area when Automation Anywhere can improve.
When comparing it with UI Path. Its look and feel is better. Its my personnel opinion that if Automation Anywhere workflow activity looks bigger with details than just a line which is currently present it will improve user experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were working for a electricity distribution company they daily get data of supplied power and consumed power. From which they prepare loss report using some software. We automated this daily task and scheduled it for a particular time which reduces their effort for preparing loss report.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere tool is very rich and more developer friendly environment then others. Therefore I recommend learning a programming language before or in parallel with Automation Anywhere to get full out of it.

This tool is easy any one can understand and user friendly , We can automated end to end complex task , it reduce the human work and it save the time .
What do you dislike about the product?
In 2019 Advance Excel and Excel they are two different type of commands , it is some what confusing instead of two command if you keep one excel command means its good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In AA 10.3 Excel command is limited . We can't find the number of rows in excel if it include empty rows, for that we have to use Macro or script.

The best Robotic Process Automation platform which is easy to understand and implement, very reliable tool which maintains the accuracy while running the bot. I am so lucky to work with this tool

Not Much dislikes, suggested to add to run Python script in exe AA not only on V11 web tool. Need to increase the scope in Terminal Emulator
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used this tool in two different projects UBS and Healthcare Project. which made easy to integrate in SAP applications and web applications as well.

Best integration platform and designing of the tool is too good like drag and drop options. where it does not involve tree structure.

I am automating number of processes in Finance industry which are very time consuming for humans. Using AA tool to automate these process really positively impacting the business.

The Automation Anywhere forum (AA people) is not very accurate at times and should be improved.

Repetitive tasks which would take lots of man hours can now be finished within a few minutes with the possibilities of errors being close to Zero.
At the end of the day it saves a lot of time and money and hence the user can work on something more productive.

The user-friendly interface that is provided by Automation Anywhere is remarkably intuitive and I was seriously outfaced by the features and non-programming interface. over 500 Drag and drop commands make it very easy to use. I can now easily write a code for my bot once I have thought of the logic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it fails to deliver could be because of some code issues in the backend. I face some change of GUI issues as well the GUI of software changes if A person records in a specific GUI, and when the bot runs the same there is a change in the GUI. which gives issues when I am using mouse clicks because it uses coordinates to capture the point of click, but as the GUI changes the coordinates gets altered as well

By using automation anywhere, we solve all the basic mundane processes which any organisation has to perform in order to function properly. So all the repetitive tasks that humans have to do, the bot made by automation anywhere will do it without any errors and by saving a lot of time.
