What do you like best about the product?
The best Robotic Process Automation platform which is easy to understand and implement, very reliable tool which maintains the accuracy while running the bot. I am so lucky to work with this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Much dislikes, suggested to add to run Python script in exe AA not only on V11 web tool. Need to increase the scope in Terminal Emulator
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used this tool in two different projects UBS and Healthcare Project. which made easy to integrate in SAP applications and web applications as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best integration platform and designing of the tool is too good like drag and drop options. where it does not involve tree structure.

What do you like best about the product?
I am developing number of processes through Automation Anywhere 11.x for Telecom and Banking sector. I am impressed with the capabilities of AA Control Room.
What do you dislike about the product?
Work queues in Automation anywhere 11.x need to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating number of processes in Finance industry which are very time consuming for humans. Using AA tool to automate these process really positively impacting the business.

Let use 11.x Automation Anywhere version As it comes with more features. Control Room Features are awesome.

The Automation Anywhere forum (AA people) is not very accurate at times and should be improved.
There are various issues or clarifications that need to be discussed over the forum, to make it more powerful.

Repetitive tasks which would take lots of man hours can now be finished within a few minutes with the possibilities of errors being close to Zero.
At the end of the day it saves a lot of time and money and hence the user can work on something more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface that is provided by Automation Anywhere is remarkably intuitive and I was seriously outfaced by the features and non-programming interface. over 500 Drag and drop commands make it very easy to use. I can now easily write a code for my bot once I have thought of the logic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it fails to deliver could be because of some code issues in the backend. I face some change of GUI issues as well the GUI of software changes if A person records in a specific GUI, and when the bot runs the same there is a change in the GUI. which gives issues when I am using mouse clicks because it uses coordinates to capture the point of click, but as the GUI changes the coordinates gets altered as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using automation anywhere, we solve all the basic mundane processes which any organisation has to perform in order to function properly. So all the repetitive tasks that humans have to do, the bot made by automation anywhere will do it without any errors and by saving a lot of time.

Automation anywhere brings employment opportunity in a broad way. It automates our daily work which a great . Improves easy integration.

UI is bit lot to understand ,other than that I think its the best to learn on the first place

It is bit difficult to understand at the starting but once when you have a grip then you are able to do it.

The learning portal is very interactive. It helped me to focus on video. Also the videos were very informative. The tool is also easy to use. It also provides hints and tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that in learning portal, the website should recommend courses to be taken. Newbies don't have ideas for where to begin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In, SAP. With automation, we create Release strategies, new plants, new Company code. And also I use the Automation Anywhere at personal level. Playing next song on youtube, opening video file inside multiple folders.

This is one of the best tools available for starters in automation. The bots are developed quite easily. You only need logic and learn a little bit of vbscript. Overall I find it very promising and knowledgeable.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used automation anywhere tool and I found it very easy to use, very user-friendly, easy to understand. One of the best tool in the RPA world. Every command and component are so useful and effective which help us to automate our business processes very easily without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i am working with web automation i found it very slow and also the browser preference which is internet explorer hardly used by individuals or companies. So, it is useful but you people can improve it a lot apart from that everything is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We try to eliminate all the manual work by developing RPA bots for the companies. So that company can focus on their core business processes instead of just data entry work. As per my thought the benefits i found that the power of automation which save your lots of time and also save your cost. It is digital bot so chances of error is also less and the increase in production is very high. Also we are able to see the insights of the business processes which help organization to understand and can make decisions on the basis of insight. Also we can schedule our task so no need of individuals to look after the processes. We can use unattended bot for such process. Also different types of bots such as task bot, meta bot and IQ bot. We can also use our own program by calling the DLL as well.

The application has very interactive panel and user friendly interface. The drag and drop command helps to automate the process very easily and in very less time we can automate a process. Meta Bot helps in running different process at same time by adding them into task list. IQ Bot act as h human brain it learns automatically form its errors and for account payable it very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
This application requires a heavy infrastructure to run and if an application need human intervention then it can't perform the tasks because Bot can't take decisions and at that moment the process through an error and Bot can't resolve that error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating our email tasks in which Bot receive email and read their content and enter the details in our ERP system and for account payable also we use automation anywhere.

If your organization performing data entry tasks in bulk then your organization should use Automation Anywhere to reduce manual hours invested in that task.
