Automation Anywhere is the finest RPA tool to meet our Automation requirements. Its stand-out characteristic is its feature to be used across all applications, servers, databases, Operating Systems and Legacy applications with ease. This feature helps us in implementing this tool to maximum clients.
The feature of "Analytics" is another add-on which helps the client in getting complete solution from one tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of its current limitation is it dependence on "internet explorer" as browser for few tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the "Password reset" queries that client team used to handle manually.
Automating the "Job Run" tasks that previously was managed manually.
Implementing BOTS to perform "scheduled tasks" on databases which were previously performed manually.

Automation Anywhere is the new king in the RPA world ,i am using Automation Anywhere from last one year and i am using it for many types of Automation like,Excel,SAP or Many Different types of data base and i automate many process by using Automation Anywhere and all process running very nice.
one of the most important thing about Automation Anywhere is it is very simple to learn and develop the BOT by using it, user didn't required very deep knowledge of hard coding just basic things are required.
the bots are very fast and there is no space for errror.
the interface is very good and also very user friendly.
The Control Room is the one of the best key features for Automation Anywhere.
Image recognition is also very good as compare to other RPA tools.
The IQ bot is one the best bot as per my experience because it works on unstructured data .
The Object cloning is also very good feature in Automation Anywhere.

i am working on it from long time and i can't find any thing wrong because it is very nice tool. only one things some time selector may problem due to changes in the resolutions.

It will not support for MAC Books, and some time it will automatically sign out.
