Best feature about Automation Anywhere is its ease of use..
What do you like best about the product?
Various features like web recorder, object cloning ensures that maximum processes no matter how complicated they are, can be automated. It gives the developers a lot of confidence and go ahead to be great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere struggles a lot while automating legacy technology websites. I strongly feel a feature has to be developed to overcome this downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various mundane and repetitive tasks have been automated for clients which has helped in saving a lot of time and resources. Overall I strongly feel automation is the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation anywhere's ease of use is the best feature and hence I would highly recommend users to try it out and experience automation for themselves.
My 1st tool for automation and that gave me awesome and user friendly experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Commands for all types of automation objects also experience with IQ bot was mind blowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing OCR ... it works sometime and sometime not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel operations, PDF integrations , Web Data Scraping (Web recorder helped me a lot for web based scraping i.e objects inner text and Dom X Path etc). Also not to forget Metabot , it helped me for Oracle based Automation.

A2019 flow chart option along with the traditional Code editor window makes it user friendly

Automation Anywhere is not an open source tool unlike UiPath and BP now

It is limited to scope after automation anywhere requirement of manual review is necessary .

Best RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I kick-off my RPA career from BluePrism, when I started working on Automation Anywhere, I forgot BluePrism because in BP we've some limited functionalities, and in the AA we have a lot of in-build functionalities and the problems that resolved for me after using Automation Anywhere were to easily understand the flow and do the operation without any difficulties, Automation Anywhere has collaborated with all the top services in market. It is the best Robotic Process Automation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve the debugging system....

The problems that resolved for me after using Automation Anywhere were to easily understand the flow and do the operation without any difficulties
Automation Anywhere- User experience
What do you like best about the product?
Good for business process automations as this is so structured. Cognitive capabilities are good with having Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning extensions possible. Additionally this is so secured when compared with other RPA tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is so process oriented, ease of useness is very challenging. This will make developer life so challenging. Also from customer standpoint there's no free forever community edition and it is so costly when compared with UiPath. Also collaborating with service companies is not happening when compared with other RPA vendors which needs to be focussed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any repeated activities are solved using automation anywhere. So far POC's were done and implemented only for few clients. Automation Anywhere is less in number when compared to UiPath as majority of clients are inclining towards UiPath.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prefer Automation Anywhere if you want to have more secured RPA tool. Also now a days RPA's are coming with some of the AI capabilties. So with one RPA, you can cover your entire digital automation journey which is good for your organization.
User friendly automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly the user interface of client,control room and IQ Bot.its really very interesting while working with IQ bots.Almost 3 to 4 business process automated.so many challenges with great learning. Activities provided in client is awesome.security with respect to control room is well perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times working with meta bots with complex applications leads to quite difficulty while interacting with DLL'S,logic and assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With respect to couple of domains like finance,banking and retail sectors.the volume is huge and the time taken from man power is reduced when bot comes into picture .works 24*7 and segregates accordingly based up on business requirements.

Please provide community editions more with all hot fixes compatible to systems

It works on unstructured data, which helps me a lot.

I have faced a little bit of problem to understand its interface.

I was working on invoices they were indifferent format, but after using its task bot and IQ bot, my works become easy. It was really beneficial to me.

Yes, I will recommend because it saves time and prevents human error.
2019 Community edition could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I am really glad that I am learning Automation Anywhere to build up my skill, AA has been significant in RPA industry and its very easy to use. I like the user interface and the overall experience, its easier to change the code and look at the flow of the bot, I especially like the Dual view of the bot. This version is new and looking forward to work with more ease on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please bring back the recorders from the previous editions. I feel like using a recorder is hassle, I was trying to build a basic bot on both 2019 edition and desktop client Version 11.3.1. It is very simple to build it in 11.3.1 than 2019 cloud edition. over all aesthetics of cloud version is better, I have to still explore more.

With out coding knowledge i learn automation anywhere and developed BOT in our oraganization

IQ bot not capture image as expected compare to other tools(abby tool)

we receive around 13000 IT tickets around globe 24/7 , we use two resource to assign the tickets to tech's, i created a bot which assign the ticket to tech automatically
