Best user friendly Auotmation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Last 1 year i am using i like the flexibility and community forum where you can get lot of querries and resolution and best part working with metabot
What do you dislike about the product?
currently A2019 i dont like outlook and complexcity rather than previous one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I must say we should merge every thing and get back to older version and best part if we can have control room itself like blue prism and more excel operation and flexibility

Thanks Automation Anywhere for bringing up such wonderful RPA tool which is helping me to build my Identity in Automation world and get focus from both Internal management and customer, Using this tool and Telecom domain knowledge I was able to build such automation which other Vendors using some other RPA Technology couldn't,

What do you dislike about the product?
Need Documents which are more simplified and easy to understand to common man (Non Software Developer or technical person)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Telecom Domain related issue, due to rapid change in technology multiple telco have legacy tools and applications and complicated process which I am solving using Automation Anywhere and customer specific issue which are not solved by other vendors(RPA Technologies) ,

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to develop bots and very easy to run bots manually or scheduled.
Administrator Console is easy to use and easy to understand.
Security and Roles based features are well crafted considering multiple scenarios.

What do you dislike about the product?
A2019 compatibility and migration is a pain as of today. hope to see an easy transition and upgrade process.
Bots Status visibility and user connectivity would have added more value.
Citizen Bot Developer concept is amazing in A2019 but many features from 11.3 are missing and development scope in A2019 is limited compared to 11.3 version.
Bot runner wizard or status bar at the right bottom of the screen is troubling sometime by blocking the Browser or Application vision to user and also shows the object and action status in screenshots sometime when we want to present to our own customers. So, if there is an option to disable this popup status window that will help our process.
We were not able to safeguard the downloaded BOTS from Runner machine. This is a concern for my company and we own the BOT Framework and design which is a proprietary property of my company. Need to find a way to safeguard and secure my bot files developed (*.atmx files)
More 3rd party intefrations will help to improve security of the solutions. (Example: 2FA for Admin Console)

Automation Anywhere is the most simple RPA tool where users require least skill sets of Bots development.
AA is the best manner of automatized process right now. The experience is great.
What do you like best about the product?
The bots, and the analysis of information, this help to take decisions. The Log is a part that gives a lot of value to the client. Reusable Bots is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any parts that are useless, I think everything can be used depending on the needs of the client and the operation

What do you like best about the product?
The tool and it's commands workflow concept attracted me to most and I like and love to work on this tool compare to others 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
I expect more excel commands and more combinations in IF / Loop commands.

I worked for all the HR, Financial and Health domains. It's helpful to them in saving time and money. And also in getting results ready sooner than manual works.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the first tool of my RPA journey. I love it a lot. It is user friendly and innovative. You can almost automate all the processes easily. The interface is very easy to understand and to work on it. The commands are very much useful for all types of Automation like Web Automation, Excel Automation, Email Automation, PDF etc. The recorders are very helpful. The Meta Bot is a great option and always help you to build logic for the complex processes. It is easy to create logic in it as per your requirement. With AA, I am working for my project and has automated many processes. Also I use it for my personal day to day work. It is fun to use it and play with the different scenarios.
The IQ bot concept is exceptional. A cognitive platform with machine learning helps you a lot. Recently I have worked on it and became a fan of it. It gives you output like a pro for almost all types of document (PDFs and Images).
The Control Room is very simple and easy to understand and work on it. The functionalities are very much helpful.

1. The data scrapping from the web can be improved for structured and unstructured data.
2. Excel Automation, SAP Automation need more functionality.
3. Need more scope for using Excel as a DB.
4. Hopefully they are coming with A2019 with all new features which will overcome all issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can do automation. Though working in the Telecom industry for the past 12+ years without any coding background, but still was able to learn and develop BOTs quickly. It is like a free flow algorithm in English asking BOT to action on our directions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve OCR capability, where to automate handwritten or non-editable windows like using a thin client. Collaborate more on AI & ML capability within AA, which will help to enhance intelligent automation.

It helped to automate the process, which can run 24/7 as Telecom process is 24/7, BOT is helping people not to stay out of business hours

It is very easy to use, doesn't require prior programming skills

Automation anywhere is the best RPA tool in IT industry. It is very user friendly and anyone can learn and automate very quickly with out any coding knowledge.when compared to other RPA tools, we can easily automate the tasks by using AA commands and we can see the entire coding flow in a single window.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we auomate the some tasks it will not work perfectly when compared other RPA tools. IQ BOT automation is not a perfect solution there is a manual intervention. 100 percentage AI and ML is not implemented in IQ Bots.Handling control room is very difficult.

Each and every action given is self explanatory and easy to use.
Almost all the features are included for automation in V11.3 which I am using currently.

When we are connecting server to access emails there is no option to navigate into sub folders of Inbox or shared account

I have automated several processes using AA 11.3 and are running smoothly in production.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to develop robots in automation anywhere. Not only it's easy but it's a really powerfull tool. I have hundreads of commands to easily perform any action and as well we have the IQbot which allows you to easily extract information from PDFs. Extracting info from PDFs usually requieres you to get 3rd party solutions like abby flexicapture but with the IQbot it's not necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Automation Anywhere is how hard they place the exams for certification. They teach you something and in the exam they place questions not related with it. So if you fail you must be paying to retake it again. Also what I don't like is that in version 11 you don't have variable types. Come on we don't even have a boolean? Gladly it got fixed in A2019 and also they added new features which I think it's cool. The citrix automation is not as good as Uipath but they announced that it will be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been solving problems like too many people doing robot jobs and reducing errors to 0 since we were losing some clients when an employee accidently typed an extra 0 or just forgot to added. We been using the IQbot to get info from PDFs and have taskbots and metabots process this information. We had 18 people doing this and now we replaced it with a single robot. It's faster and more realiable and this people will get a chance to do more leadership stuff which will also benefit them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are planning to process invoces and that kind of stuff automation anywhere is a great choice. I use as well Uipath and Nice. Automation Anywhere and Uipath basically are at the same level but for Invoce processing Automation anywhere is better.
