Best RPA software in the industry....!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere have user friendly interface for both developers and business users. Developers can use command library easily as it is having 300 + predefined commands. I am working as a Senior RPA Developer from last 3 years in RPA industry and find Automation Anywhere is best tool to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere required internet connection to develop codes. It would be great thing if they introduce desktop client with no internet connection required for development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automation business processes in almost all kind of industries such as FMCG,BFSI,Logistics, Pharma etc. We are also providing business solution to business user with the help of automation anywhere. As we are partners with Automation Anywhere, we always get a support form AA team.

What do you like best about the product?
The Control Room and everything related to the management of the RPA Robots, Insights and dashboards are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if the activities are easy to understand, I think there is too much configuration to do in order to achieve a small goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an RPA tool it provides a great variety of activities that a business user normally uses, this will let you accomplish your automation really fast.

Automation Anywhere is good but be aware that learning it may take some time especially when administrating the control room, roles and settings.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a certified advanced Automation anywhere RPA professional. The tool is very easy to learn and implement in automating business processes. With Recording capabilities of the tool, it is possible to implement automation with out any coding. Object cloning sets the tools miles ahead from other RPA's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike UIpath, AA doesn' t have the provision to visualize business processes in terms of flowcharts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve Email automation by extracting the content and writing to a excel file. Benefits derived from the exercise is increase in Employee morale and productivity by focusing on non mundane tasks.

The control Room needs some adjustments, but the experience is still good.

Any problem that can be solved through send keys or or can be mapped to be executed on daily basis, like administrative tasks, can find solution on Automation Anywhere. I'm mesmerized.

Automation anywhere is very help full for everyone. it will give u accurate solution. It is easy to understand. and easy to learn. sometime it takes time but will result very accurate. Automation is required in every area of work to work easier and faster and complete the work in quick way. Time save from Automation can be utilized in other activity. Because of automation Sometimes we get free time to take rest. also utilized time in learning new activity. This will impact growth of personal brain mind growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere is not well known to every person and not connected to the every work. sometimes take too much time for results. Graphics can be better. Because of automation too much time is saved so that we are getting other work load which is extra work which I am not supporting to it. Automation is the area which always takes innovative changes but this will impact on regular activity like we have regular keys and ways to do some work but because of Automation we have to change this regular pattern of work. so it is important that automation should not be in continue basis it must have some period of gap or distance to learn and implement that in work

Automation Anywhere is very help full in life. it will help you in every small small query. it is time saving automation. Because of automation too much time is saved so that we can utilized time and save time.

Being from non technical background, I easily understood the training and courses. And was able to create a BOT.

Only one thing I did not appreciate that the classroom training should me minimum for 3 days.

What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop option available in Automation Anywhere client software makes it really easy to select and order commands which makes it very much user friendly as well as reduces time and effort to create any script. Another feature which I like the most is the Credential Vault. Credential Vault on Automation Anywhere client allows you to store all the sensitive and confidential information in encrypted form which is not available to unauthorized user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere A11.x client lacks remote access capability. The short coming is resolved by the AA cloud platform which provide remote access.

I have use case for fetching the transactions details from the reports.. Automation capabilities have reduced man power and accelerated my business.

We can´t run more than one task at the same time.

We have started using Automation Anywhere to automate some of the most repetitive and mundane tasks. Automation Anywhere has been helpful to help us focus on more value add work. AA has kept on evolving the tool with building analytics capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support can be better. Also the online training is mostly on product information and not on actual practical use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used AA to automate some data entry tasks for my team. The key benefit has been accuracy as we no longer have to worry about misses or error in the work that can happen due to human error. Also the work is scheduled and gets done on its own. This helps the team focus on more value add work.

Most User Friendly and Evolving RPA Software With Support For Emerging Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a brilliant product. It is a RPA software which is evolving and adapting to the needs of the developers. Automation Anywhere also has one of the best support and community - which is very helpful for beginners who are just starting to work on RPA. Automation Anywhere is also enabling companies to skill up their employees as boring repetitive tasks are taken over by bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time required for synchronization between server and client could be better. Proper backup needs to be taken as I have experienced files - bots (atmx) getting corrupted when the machine is under heavy load. Automation Anywhere also needs to properly handle configurations and a better setup process to guide the user from setting up the platform to developing his/her first bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating Oracle Fusion Cloud Processes with Automation Anywhere. Also using AA for Intelligent Automation - Integration with GCP/Azure. Automation Anywhere has great potential to be a platform for not only RPA but also IA. Benefits are obvious - Speeds up repetitive processes exponentially and benefits for Cognitive Automation is just getting realized. Currently working on Intelligent Automation using Automation Anywhere - Reduces a lot of cost for clients especially automating BPO based jobs and thus eliminating them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get to know the basics first. Do aim high but start small. You will understand the capability as well as the limitations of the software. RPA can be scaled very easily using Automation Anywhere but promises should be made after fully understand the platform.
