RPA using Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementing the solutions and robotic bot creation using Robotic Process Automation, Bot Builder, Security Purpose and scalability of the product. The stable functionalities, enterprise security and comprehensive feature offered are a major benefits that the tool offers. It provides web based device support, IOS device support with different customer types support like thorough phone or online. It is a user friendly tool which is very much important in todays time where we need less complexities and efforts in understanding any tool meeting all the requirements as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the commands in excel are not embedded properly and need to be modified like add rows to excel, delete excel sheets etc. It is little costly tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created small bots that help in inserting scripts easily and automating the UI with the help of which we have reduced the time required for manual process. This has in turn helped in focusing on other important tasks. The Visual Editor, Workflow recording, Pre Built templates, Custom Automation for Automation Building are excellent. Bot Management and execution features such as bot scheduling, Embedded AI, Bot performance analytics help in easy automation. The best part is same Bot can be used by multiple users for different purpose and this scalability feature makes the work even more easier and less time taking and more efficient and accurate.

Try Hands on along with with learning which will help in easy implementation. This tool has a lot many thing to explore

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere (AA) not only provides enterprise level automation capabilities, it also provides necessary know how to be able to use them effectively. The platform has a very helpful and easy interface to achieve business productivity goals. I have worked with similar platforms and I find AA to be more than sufficient to handle most of the RPA tasks. Great thing is that it continues to evolve and add new dimensions to its platform. Its very easy to learn, to implement and to manage. Teams can be fairly enabled to implement RPA based solutions without much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to provide more inbuilt capability to automate infra monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created AA solutions to automate document filling and Approval tracking purposes. It helps me in keeping track of various stages in approval management. We also had a specific release management process which involved various set of documents coming from various teams. The process to manage those documents included their manual verification and uploading information coming through a template. Manual processing meant that there was always a need to recheck and verify the received document and the information extracted from it. The use of AA helped us to automate this verification, extraction and finally storing these documents for faster and error free process implementation.

Automation Anywhere provides a brilliant opportunity to ensure business continuity with its state of the art functional automation platform which helps in automating tasks that range form very basic to fairly complex. This helps in not only achieving greater effectiveness but helps is creating a more creative environment as the team can focus on important stuff. AA provides easy to use tools, functionalities and documentation to ensure a robust enterprise solution. It also provides immensely useful administration mechanism and user control.

The formost important thing about the AA application is it's navigating options and the way it has been designed with very easy steps to create Bots.

Not the least but would say there is one area where things could get improved a bit is making it more easy to extract handwritten texts.

I haven't yet implemented it to my daily work at organisation but the work I do, I think I can implement it in lot of things such as automation based on medical devices

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere unlike other automating plaforms it's very easy to learn how to automate, and have many options for begginers to start automating, you can check pdfs, excel, program websites, automate your own desktop, encypting, decrypting, creating folders, erasing folders, copying folders and files, you have infinity of resources, even connecting to a database so you can make even more things that you can imagine you could ever do, and if you include the metabots you can work with things that the normal programability doesn't let you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application lack of a little things such as customizable commands so you can add more options to the code and make it more complex, also it needs more excel options, more tools for email services, at this moment, you can download attachments, and read messages, but you can´t extract the information that it have if it's in the form of a table, it needs so little to be the perfect app .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reducing the monotonous work, now I improve my life quality and I can make more things that I had to stop doing due to the lack of time I had.

Don't frustrate, this program, as many others is about try and error, the time brings experience, and the experience make the masters, meanwhile you don't break anything, keep programming until you make the best of you, making a proffessional of your self .

We were able to integrate the monotonous job of invoice processing with image recognition

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Automation anywhere is its simplicity. Any user can self learn and create bots. The commands are self-explanatory in nature. With the new deployment feature in 11.3, the deployment to UAT and then to PROD has become too easy. The queue and workload feature added in 11.x versions are also quite very useful for a lot of processes as it was lacking in older versions. The A019 is certainly going to be a game-changer for RPA in the industry. With the removal of the thick client and the introduction of the web-based workbench is truly remarkable. Also, the commands lists have been enriched a lot in A2019. for example, the number of subcommands within the Excel umbrella is much more than what it used to have in older versions.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, If I could collapse and expand the codes in 10.x and 11.3, it would be great. Apart from this, the UI is not too rich for A2019. If the tool had more variable manipulations inside the command list, it would be great. Also if functions were present as commands. for example, for the addition, we could have command "ADD". For complex operations, the command could be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating Loan process for one of the largest banks of the world-citi bank. Saved lots of manual work. Apart from this, I have also automated a couple of processes of ArcelorMittal-Largest steel making company of the world. The operations team had to spend a lot of manual hours y going in SAP applications and searching for errors in Invoices and correcting. RPA implementation not only removed manual work but also saved lot of money.

Robotic process automation is the fastest growing industry in the IT industry. Be it any kind of industry, banking, telecommunication, and others, if RPA is not implemented, one can be left behind. With so many tools present in the market, I with the knowledge of BluePrism UI Path and Automation Anywhere-the big three can certainly say Automation anywhere is the one should opt for considering many reasons.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of business one can achieve through Automation Anywhere makes this framework extensive and easy to apply almost anywhere. The process is so simple and intuitive that one gets till the end of it and makes sure to come up with a lot constructive and innovative output.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only one thing that i disliked was that the Automation Anywhere is not Free, allowing it to be free will make it available across all and in turn would make it within the reach of all and everyone, who wants to automate the world around them.

1. Lot of Manual work can be replaced using robotics from Automation anywhere.

I like the ease of using Automation Anywhere and all its tools. Its an advance RPA Tool. Its a perfect RPA Tool for small, medium, and large enterprises. It helps client to generate revenue in terms of ROI very quickly. Automation Anywhere has a very good support team. It has a robust control room for monitoring bots. Automation Anywhere's Cloud-Native RPA Platform is good. The economic impact of Automation Anywhere is very positive.

Automation Anywhere is the best RPA software in the market. Hence difficult to identify any Dislikes.
