The most efficient tool for automation
What do you like best about the product?
The 'Automation Anywhere' software provide variety of services and makes automation easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally do not have any dislikes, but i would like it to be more user friendly

It is really helpful to make automation more easy and in efficient way

The best RPA tool out there, once you started using it you will never want to try to another RPA tool. I will rate the tool 4.5 out of 5. cheers!!

What do you like best about the product?
As a business partner I choose Automation Anywhere because of the quality of the team in Brazil. This makes a difference for the partner and creates more trust for the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs running on AA 2019. I hope we have stable release soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasted time on tasks, process compliance, quick return on investment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is very easy to find every command you need for what ever you what to automate. It is perfectly layed out.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like an old tool but just because of the view. The recorder does not work well with Google Chrome as with Internet Explorer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the last three months I have been using Automation Anywhere to automate many different processes related with data bases, bank accounts, invoices, etc. Using this tool helps a lot beacuse it reduces errors, reduces time, and helps you to do repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very simple to use yet very robust when it comes to implementations. User experience is always on the positive side as it has user friendly messages all over the place. Automation Anywhere provides integration with a huge variety of platforms, may it be Web based systems, windows based, OCR, Image Recognition, Web Services, anything. For almost all common platforms and technologies the integration is possible. This makes the tool very flexible to use for most of the use cases. Also migration from a previous version is also very simple and easy. The Web Control Room is a masterpiece. It makes so very easy to manage users, licenses, credential variables and scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not something that I "dislike" as such, but something that could be improved over the newer versions. While calling other tasks it would be great if we can debug the sub task as well. Also a concept of "Global variables" is something that I would like to see, since it would eradicate the effort of mapping and passing variables across every task that is called out. Rest everything is state of the art!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are majorly working on screen scraping operations to fetch data and documents from a number of web applications. Followed by certain OCR operations to read values from downloaded documents. This is usually used further in either reconciliation operations or submitting entries to some other downstream web application.
Benefits: We have bots running in production with a run-time of up to 25 hours. Having these automation run of virtual servers help save these massive man hours, and also improve the accuracy significantly.

If you are evaluating a few automation tools, I would strongly recommend to give AA a chance. Personally I have worked on more than 5 RPA tools in the market - Blue Prism, WinAutomation, UiPath, Process Robot, etc and yet I am most comfortable and satisfied with AA

Automate the broker data entry process, which was previously manual. The intent is to improve the quality of data entering the system and also to free up manual hours for more effective use.

The object cloning is the most powerful tool of the platform, but have to improve a lot.

The object cloning is the most powerful tool of the platform and better for the others RPA's plaftorms.

I don't like the lack of indentation in the code and the impossibility to close or minimize LOOP and IF blocks within code.

Mainly, I've could automate process in the financial sector.

Try to study any Development Methodology before to start an Automation Anywhere implementation because if you don't do it you will have problems with your implementation.

Its UI and mobile app. The support and community is vibrant.

Pricing. It expensive than UI Path and other tools out there.

Moreover its attractive pricing can find lots of customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a technology company & were thinking of building internal RPA competencies. Automation Anywhere was best choice among available market players. The knowledge base in skilling our existing team & new members was super awesome. With launch of A2019 over cloud it is the best RPA offering for our esteem clients.

The organisation is scaling & I think on ground presence can be improved in Delhi NCR.

Right now we are working in Automotive, Healthcare & Government sector. Digital Workers are amazing & running 1000's of bots is kind of scale that impress us as well us our clients.
