Running bots and everything made easy.
And error message when bots were running and knowing where it is exactly happened in the bot. Having different type of bots.

Everything is fine with RPA. WORK become easy to the analyst.

Running the bots for knowing the exact error in the running application.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement, even for those not having coding background. I like the way the tool allows one to automate most of the monotonous work removing any manual repetitive task
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more coverage on how this can be used as a morale booster and encouraging people to involve themselves in more creative work. Use Cases may help rather than simple plain text
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more monotonous work, less human error and continuous improvement via feedback. For example, I automated the monthly timesheet filling repeatitive emails from line manager which is now being done by AA RPA

1. The user interface for the RPA developers is quite good compred with other RPA tools.

IQBot has few issues because of this further documents are not getting processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Automation Anywhere 360 or 2019 we were able to solve the repetitive tasks especially for the helathcare partner.
With this we were able to process the claims effectively and with IQBot feature we were able to extract the data from different sets of claims

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the Leading and most reliable platforms available in the Market. It has some rich features and easy-to-use drag-and-drop commands, which could also be easily used by a Non-Technical user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Product's Pricing has recently been slightly over the standard market price. Thus it isn't easy to attract new clients to use this platform. I want the Product Team to be flexible with the pricing depending on the region or the customer segment. Feature-wise, it has all the essential qualities to be the best Automation Tool in the Market Today; Pricing needs to be competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool resolves any repetitive, rule-based and redundant tasks done manually by the human being. It allows the company to hire people who can do creative/ Decision making and Value Creating Jobs. Companies no longer have to invest in People to get repetitive, boring jobs. It benefits both organizations as well as their employees.

Its easy our day to day basis work loads without mannual intervention.

AA tool helps to reduce manual intervention every stakeholder which perform day to day activity.

The most helpful activity using the AA bot was time reduction and reusability. Being a Technical lead makes it easy to develop the bot, as all the Commands (functionality) are easily readable.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, any challenges related to the bot are quickly answered by the AA team. Also, any changes required will be taken up by the AA team to release in the new version

All the processes which are done by the operations, including many teams built using the AA tool; this helps to improve efficiency, reduction of time and decrease the human error
Unleashing True RPA with AA: A developer's Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
UI of automation anywhere is the best I have seen in any RPA tool, especially in a360. The ability to drag and drop lines of code and the ability to see errors in lines while we program has given me immense confidence in my code and saved me hours of time. Compared to power automate and Ui path (which I have worked on), The UI of AA is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a better UI for variables among tasks. To see list of variables in both the functions while mapping, And see which all are mapped and which are not rather than giving a dropdown to map only the one we require.
I wish there was a table with two rows showing the variables from both tasks, and we could drag and rearrange the table cell from every row to map them and keep some cells blank to no map.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used AA as a part of my profession; I am an RPA developer. AA has enabled me to solve several problems very easily. Especially automation of legacy applications like Citrix, for which there is no GUI and user inputs are keyboard based. The ability to manipulate clipboard data with find, replace, trim etc., has enabled me and our team to automate those easily. And also, The cognitive ability of AA has played a vital role in automating Citrix.

Easily used to automate any kind of web applications, Desktop-based applications even Citirx-based automation also can be automated with a simple setup of the agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The coin always has two sides one is positive and one is negative. There are a few issues that we face while deploying the bot like being unable to download dependency or first-time deployment taking some time for the first run.

tedious work processes which is repetitive and rule-based. To automate various applications like Oracle ERP, SAP, Service now, excel and many more. It provides drag and drop to get all the actions which you need. just a logic and you are ready to start an automation

What do you like best about the product?
The A360 tool comes up with very advanced features, the best part being its security. This tool is straightforward to use. There are multiple capturing options that we can use to create the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is very large in size. The installation requires multiple environments. Though it is cloud-based now, the Control Room, Bot Creators and Bot Runners each require seperate dedicated servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the number of repetitive tasks that humans are doing it here. This way, we use the manpower for more complex tasks. This also is helping us to reduce the low skilled manpower.
