It's a good RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's a easy to use tool. The new object cloning technologies are more reliable and allows better automation, specially in webpages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have little improves such as discriminating how many lines you selected in the code lines, or you could be able to configure the most used tools on the left panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently automating Suppliers registration which is a very repetitive task. Besides saving many work hours, I'm saving my colleagues from a very tedious work.

I like the part of automatic process in submitting the jobs in oracle.

I don’t find any dislikes as of now in aa.

Automation Anywhere- A commendable product with improved cognitive decision making skills
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Automation anywhere started about 7 months ago. Since then, I was amazed with the capabilities of AA through which I could able to automate many of the complex process belonging to the Education vertical. I started using 'Image recognition command' and Optical Character Recognition features of Automation Anywhere, which made my process so easy and client friendly. I noticed a significant and appreciable change in the processing time and the throughput, as I started automating the processes using Automation Anywhere. I even had experience with the Metabots, which I had used for the process automation. Many complex process which I wasn't able to do, have ready made solutions in the bot store in the form of Metabots.
The customer support is one which need to be appreciated. When I had an issue with the code I had written, the customer support team have personally reached to me and solved the issue.
On whole, Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tools available in the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Cognitive decision making capabilities need to be improved. Tha AA2019 doesnt have desktop based community edition. If that can be brought back Automation anywhere team, that will more helpful and feasible to the Robotic Process Automation developer.

The Excel commands need to more user friendly. There should be some commands where there is possibility of iterating through each row in all the excel spreadsheets available in an single excel workbook.

Easy to Use and User Friendly AA Client
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best thing is User-Friendly Automation Anywhere Client. Any non-technical person also can start to learn the AA anywhere easily. Implementation of components and their ease of use to do the process automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to understand the coordination feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an automated Health Monitoring Process using AA.

1) The Ease of development: The non window based and command based approach makes it easier for developers to pick up the software and start development.
2) The cloud based automation: The new innovative cloud based automation, allows people to login from anywhere and develop code.
3) Python and other scripting language support: AA now supports scripting from other programing languages.
4) Support from the support team: The support team from AA is very supportive and always provide help.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) The UI : Very unimaginative UI that does not show the required information. The buttons sometimes do not click properly, and the tabs are difficult to navigate sometimes. Not too much of an issue as most software in the current industry are like this.
2) The lack of native application automation support: AA does not support a lot of native Microsoft applications, which is bad as a majority of automations are done on Microsoft applications. It does come with metabot, a DLL based method of automating applications and websites.

Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Automation Anywhere is neither programming background is required nor do we have to learn any programming language. If you have understanding of the process we can do almost everything what a proper programming language can do.
Coming to my title we can really increase the productivity and reduce human error of any process which can be automated.

The tool is always in constant evolution, achieving to incorporate cognitive capabilities for the identification of potencial processes and to have more extension in the histogram of cases of success.

Although more and more has more sophisticated commands, the tool requires integrating more commands that can fully automate the most frequent cases to automate

I have been able to design processes that have never been executed before due to the incorporation of so many areas and not having an area that can manage the end-to-end process. And, with the credential vault and the RDAC of AA, I have excellent management of users, permissions and roles, added to a security layer for access management

To begin with it has a great RPA tool which possess cognitive ability also Automation anywhere provides an easy transformation from VBA for much needed automation. Its a easy to use as well as a user friendly tool.

We can say that it does have some limitation when it comes to Microsoft Office, or may be with complex automation

It works as expected and it simple to use but sometimes it requires some adjustments to be made which cause delays etc.

Community version expires soon, so can't be able to practice the tool if i didn't have licence version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked on various use cases which are live in the production. Automation anywhere provides good dashboard to see all BOT's execution. I have worked with various accounts and POC's. I must say, It is most accurate and stable tool.

the ease of use, which is intuitive for the user and the added value for companies by automating and saving both human resources time both from machines since a bot that works 7 by 24 can be made without the need for a sovereign effort human, only this if required in extreme case of support or monitoring

The trainings are long and sometimes to have something contextualized it is very, very difficult since you do not know where to look or where the information you were looking for at that time was .

It has facilitated me in the company to carry out the automations since it is an easy-to-use tool and it is very safe in terms of the reliability of the processes we generate a bot to enhance the entry and download reports for the payment gateways which is complex but It has helped us a lot to have the certainty of the information

See the added value that the tool allows for your company since this is great for automating repetitive and complex processes that also guarantees secure information. Since it is necessary to take into account the market value of the additional automation anywhere product that the implementations have a cost and their licenses, personally I like it a lot since the tool is intuitive and generates added value to the company where I work,
