we cant trigger bot from outside ( from UI App, we should be able to trigger Bot deployed inside control room )

I like how the activities list is very intuitive to use, it makes it easy to understand the logic flow when automating processes
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the User Interface within the workbench can be a little but confusing to understand. Since once you drag an activity into the workbench and specify it's properties it shows up as a large wall of text that can be overwhelming to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past I have had some issues with the OCR engine not recognizing text as accurately as I would have like it to. While I haven't had to personally use them, I do think that the meta bots feature is handy and will become part of the future by utilizing AI and data sets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a novel piece of software that when implemented correctly can be a valuable asset in automating simple and some complex repeatable business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
RPA is the best solution for automating any repetitive tasks that covers 60-70 % of any organization day's work. Among all RPA tools, Automation Anywhere is the most preferred one and easy to develop. Unlike all other tools, it provides all features that needs to automate an entire process. Most important is the latest version of automation anywhere (a2019) is collaborated with most advanced features which are not available in current versions (11.x)

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great helpful if Automation Anywhere tool can suggest some tips while scripting.
Example: If we select any IF condition (Post scripting - for debugging), complete script within that IF condition should be highlighted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am developing BOTs for one of my clients who works on VISA processes. Currently all types of visa applications (New, Renewal & Cancel) are submitting to Tasheel manually which needs lot of human efforts, paper work, customer's time. Instead we planned to develop an online application where customers can login to the portal and update required information about VISA application.
My BOT will trigger once payment is done from customer and it will capture all the necessary information from portal and based on type of application, it will submit to Tasheel and provide the approval document to customer via email and as an attachment in portal.
This complete process is going to save around 10-15 FTE to my client.

My Recommendation is
RPA is an excellent process and is very good for those who are eagerly waiting to develop something in short time and to see their output in an effective manner. Automation Anywhere is a tool in RPA which will leverage any developer to develop any process in very less time (compared to other tools) with more robust in nature.
A2019 is most advanced and having more features & benefits compared to previous versions.
This version is much more beneficial for both clients & developers.
Clients - Easy to deployment, no need of much infrastructure problems and can run the bots whenever and whatever the system is available.
Developer - Having more features and can develop more easily and cover most of the steps in less time

Automation AnyWere tool, very powerful and easy, not need developer to make business process automation just need a good user, simply, smart, code less. I like to use IQbot for OCR and KYC identity

Tell now I have nothing to say negative about automation anywhere tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think I’m the first one use RPA in data centre, I had problem with power electricity and data centre, so I creat bot for healthy check and take action when the electricity off to shutdown the data centre and start up after power back, and backup data and a lot of use cases already live in data centre. So the RPA tool very useful in ITD not business only

Security in Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I have reviewed the security provided by the AA. Product in built feature are really great to satisfy the security requirement stakeholder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhere i see logs at individual steps are not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am always reviewed the RPA from a security standpoint. Have also automated some of the compliance requirement of security. The AA has provided great features to achieve the objective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One must give priority to Automation Anywhere considering its robustness and ease of integration. I have personally designed an architecture that was easily integrated with the AA in optimizing and managing the bots—thumbs up to the engineering team.
One thing AA can work on is improving the UI, which is quite an OLD one.
The team should consider more of low coding framework which can help the client in low time of coding and more on design.
For NLP the backend algorithm is quite conventional does not indicate or provide the next level of human interaction.
AA should also work in ease of integrating the tool woth Elastic search.
From Security perspective AA should provide the ablity to validate the input provided by the end user in excell or word. Also they should work on elaborating to integrate it with Serverles architecture.
From time perspective Lot of work needs to done on the development workbench to make bot creation more sophisticated.
AA would be more beneficial If AA had a flowchart.
If it is able to integrate with any plug-ins available on the market which could read hand-written documents, that would be good.

I not found any dislike about automation.Automation Anywhere has collaborated with all the top services in day to day life. It is the best Robotic Process Automation platform.It is helpful to do work without delay and with out errors.I have worked on multiple operations that a bot can implement and for all the cases the Automation Anywhere is the platform that worked for me.
