What do you like best about the product?
the automation itself which brings out the best in all manual processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not that user friendly given all the specifications that you need to know and must do to implement several process automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manual processes in generating reports. Lessen work time.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best application to work with, It is easy to learn and add our logic's to it
it also as a option of adding other excel to it
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at as of now it is a good application to go through

We have Automated it with tickets to be actioned and E-mails to ticket creation

Automation Anywhere, feels young but with a lot of potential

What do you like best about the product?
I like I can be very creative in problems I can solve, using a lot of drag and drop commands. Now, options seems limitless even though there'se a lot to try yet, I've been enjoying using it and its integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation and the courses because some are tricky. Also, it is limited that its strong point is only internet explorer. I've been having issues with an implemented bot that uses google chrome and is not that easy to change. Also after going through the course for certification, questions were a lot lot different than the course. When I was a recent admin, I couldn't find the bots as I needed to get them from repository, there was no way for me to tell without support. As an admin I can't acess Enterprise Client which we think it doesn't make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a company I'm creating a bot to know the weather in the city and sent that to the local office so we can be aware of any situation. Now, we need to send some emails around with the information received from other systems or info that is on pdf documents. Automation Anywhere has a lot to offer in this type of problems
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask support on any doubt when needed. I lost a ot of time trying to get info drom documentation but it wasn't enough.

Mature and user business friendly RPA solution

What do you like best about the product?
The IQBot feature of automation is by far is the best, it gives the ability to do intelligent automation very fast and with ease, without worrying too much about the algorithm. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It also comes with pre-built standard document formats to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, however, while using the cloud version the desktop agent needs to be downloaded and those are done at runtime. It might be useful if the required downloads are known upfront while building the bot on web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to experiment with a range of automation use cases. We have built a stock trading bot, a web scrapper, a resume parser and currently trying to solve the UI Test automation

What do you like best about the product?
The training provided is very helpful and to the point. The dashboard is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike anything. Just, the web site is a little laggy. There is a little need to work there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating processes which are done manually.

Nothing, just make it less expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
i had an opportunity to review a few snippets of coursework from AA's university modules, as a person who has recently entered the RPA frontier, i find the coursework extremely simple and helpful, i have referred coursework materials from other automation models too, but found AA's coursework much more interactive and easy to grasp
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a few more lab oriented coursework content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly working on unattended bot environment, so it is critical to have fixes and prototypes to be shelled in rapid pace, automation anywhere has been instrumental in this perspective
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd closely watch automation anywhere, being one of the big 3 automation platform, it is without doubt developing the holistic bot development sphere and making it easier with every update release.

Great cognitive engines with ML/AI support
What do you dislike about the product?
The community edition could offer more, especially after using UI Path Studio

Displacing hefty codes for automation process with simple logical blocks.
Saves effort and helps improving logical ability.

If you are looking at a good Intelligent RPA provider, AA is the answer.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is a very intuitive automation platform, which enables non technical users to easily build automations through a low code UI abstraction layer. It is also easy to extend it's functionality further with the use of your own code to enable experienced developers to enhance and promote resuability and ease development. AA also has some Industry leading functionality, such as IQBot, and are quick in their SDLC to introduce new features or functionality seen in their competitors. The AA bot store also provides users with access to ready made bots to reduce development overhead and lead time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed to market of new functionality, whilst often a positive, can sometimes mean functionality is released before it is ready and can be prone to issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to interact with many legacy technologies, such as terminals and RMS, enabling faster and accurate transfer of information between systems. We've also be able to use IQ Bot to reduce the need for manual data entry of scanned invoices.
