AA Review
What do you like best about the product?
The UI and user-friendliness of the coding. The DA is the most interesting feature which is added recently and it has a huge high potential in the data extraction domain in most of the fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IQBOT accuracy was not up to the mark. Even the custom domain was not that helpful. Most of the time even the similar-looking document creates a new group and it is frustrating for most of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
A convenient UI based task automation that provides faster and reliable solutions , with less cost and intelligent automation capabilities.

automatic repetitive tasks using bots and helping in monthly regression which saves time , effort and cost for the project
Automation Anywhere an honest review
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use, and now there is minimum installation and setup as it is a cloud-native tool. It's easy to create bots and run them in attended or unattended mode. I believe Automation anywhere bots are best in terms of scaling. They have a very good customer support team, unlike other RPA vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be latency issues as the control and dependencies are obtained as packages from the control room and then executed by the bot agent. Having a stable network connection is critical. The way variables are passed in and out to a script has changed from v11. A360 takes list variables now if you want to send multiple arguments,I prefer the old way which was more convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has a wide variety of use cases, I have been using AA v11, A360 for a long time now. Most of my use case involve back-office automation. I had processes where queries and requests from customers were captured from front end and fed to a database which was then picked up by the bot and processed in CRMs, and corresponding solutions were provided to the customer. This process removed the need for human agents to manually process data and saved money and time in performing the task.

the features are good. Handy to work with Excel Commands. Terminal Emulator is amazing

OCR should be better, flow type of coding should have been present

Automation anywhere is solving me with excel operations, which is benefiting my clients for their day to day work
I have a great experience working in Automation Anywhere , and I recommend this to others as well.

Nothing to dislike about it, just adding more features in capturing part will enhance the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
* Drag and drop of the tool, which makes it very easy to learn; at the same time, you can show it to stakeholders in the form of workflow
* Features like Object cloning and recording which make it very easy to record the whole process and then edit it out
* Cloud feature; previously, it was all local machines. But currently, it is in the cloud.
* The learning curve is pretty smooth
* The Automation support team is accommodating
* With the newer version you can run the Python script

* The software does not work best on legacy systems.
* Even one of the biggest RPA companies (AA), the community, is dead. You have to find a developer actually to resolve the issue
* It is hard to automate excel processes where data manipulation is involved.
* Very costly, So if you want to set up an RPA team in an Org, you basically need a VM, Dev license and Bot license
* Easily replaceable, So you can replace the whole RPA by getting an another BI tool which is far cheaper and does not require a server to run

The target audience is someone who has a lot of data entry jobs and wants to automate them. But again, it should be rule-based.
On Top of that, It is straightforward to use, so it does not require coding skills.

- Using PDF sub-commands, it's hard to extract table information from PDFs
- IQ bot never gives proper description from the table if its multi-line texts

RPA- Booming Helpfull Technology
What do you like best about the product?
It is making repetitive tasks more manageable and more effortless. The new Upgraded version A360 has multiple new features like the excel formatting check-in function so that another user won't append in existing code till we don't checkout bot, which is helpful.

There is nothing to dislike about the software. The newly upgraded version A360 has multiple new features, which are helpful.

It helps create tedious reports like preparing multiple reports daily, excel formatting, downloading SAP data and updating data in SAP, PDF data extraction, and performing operations related to the portal.
