Best Automation Experience with Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
In RPA Industry, AA is the major role playing in the market. AA 11.3.4 version is very easy to understand the logics and easy to implement the complex automation. Materials are provided by AA team in their official web site. Attended and unattended Bots are really helpful for clients. AI to implement the IQ Cognitive solution for extracting the structure PDF & unstructured PDF, Word document from form fields. Easy to create the custom dll components. Easy to create the packages. Dynamically pass the credentials parameter for individual Bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to create the custom components in the same metabot, need the visual studio software. Unable to filter the array values as default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA have the best solution and we have deployed the 7 process and 55 Bots are running in the production. Work Queue has been utilize the some of projects. Attended and unattended the bots are very helpful for clients. AA Experts are helps a lot to implement the stuff project and suggested to use the commands.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommended to my friends and colleagues that AA have best wok queue concept, Notification emails, Packages, Custom components, IQ Bot and metabot.
Automation Anywhere is user friendly and excellent platform which create bots.

I think there should be more command that need to be added into the AA commands.

1. Automation Anywhere made RPA very easy to use with the help of drag & drop functionality.

License is expensive, apart from this I like Automation Anywhere.

Grocery shop cheque deposits system.
Process : The Cheque which was deposits by the customer to Grocery shop. The validation of Cheque, making payment and other thing.
By this RPA process, timing get reduce drastically.

Drag and drop functionality with make it very easy to implements.

Insert mouse click(commands) inside there is x & y coordinates with is fix. Once we select the coordinates than if resolution of screen changes than it does not work. From this I face many issues.

Data entry process : Extraction data from Excel and Screen Image(using third party tool), storing in database than entering that in a website.

The most helpful thing was we can use Automation Anywhere literally anywhere and everywhere in our day-to-day life.
The upside is that we don't have to waste our time doing a task repeatedly instead the Bot can do it for us.

Setting up of the Bot is a bit time consuming according to me. The downside would be the time taken to setup the Bot operation.

Using Automation Anywhere I am now able to reply to my Mails without actually thinking of what would be my reply. The bot can automatically do it for me.

There is no framework to maintain machine state.
Can not extract excel data in to data table.

Automating the repetitive business process so TAT missed problem is solved.
Bots can be run overnights also so increment in productivity.
Saving are more. FTE benefits getting incremented.

Automating the financial reports for client team. We have huge list of vendor onboarding, Daily financial reports for the products sold, Resources onboarding, Roll Off list. All of this activity related to manual work has been successful automated and a lot of time has been save to concentrate on other creative work...!!!!

The things that I dislike about AA is that the license cost is huge and they doesn't have any academy or proper structured blogs to go through and learn. The debugging is a bit tricky and it is not very elegant.

We are using Automation Anywhere to deploy bots in each section which is really helpful as it is taking care of the basic support and helps people in solving there queries.
