Awesome Amazing Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UI, easy implementation, no integration issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynamic windows names not present in meta bot. Separate licensing required for iq bot. Complex UI unable to understand commands. Hard to debug. Complex UI, creating complexities. Unrealiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating finance processes end to end includes process from AP, AR and GL Managing daily reports and extracting from ERP and sending to various process owners. Performing reconciliations for bank statements, vendor statements. Downlaoding heavy reports from ERP which time consuming and tidious task for humans.

Easy to implement, user friendly. It has best support team, good certification levels. Excellent knowledge repository, community. Excellent webinar videos, easy to use. Best cognitive capacity tool.
Automation Anywhere - Best RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to learn and its easy to use as not much coding knowledge is required and automation anywhere has inbuilt variable and activities which are very useful for help cases and easy to record the task. image recognition is pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for chrome is bad. copying of data from one excel to other takes time compared to other tools. other than this I find this tool to be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For all the data entry task this product has proved to be bliss. I know coding and this product is truly wonderful in what it does. It saves me a lot of time.

Smooth & Easy Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Its a very user friendly tool and allows to easily configure the RPA process and automation for web application. Defining own configurations and capturing user actions is easy with Automation Anywhere. Also tried Meta bots feature to try API integration. It can also handle micro soft Excel which is also an added benefit while working as many does regular jobs with Ms excel or taking use of excel for their daily jobs/task.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better the way GUI is being provided. If this can be improved with specific and modular interactions or actions. If installation can be made real quick and easy setup can be provided to start and boost the user confidence. This tools looks like aligned towards developers. If this can be improved to use with other users as well than more user base can be using same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tried creating bots to perform web application and other services api's testing. Mainly to identify if the environments are in good shape and reducing manual efforts.
Also tried the monitoring benefits which helped in identifying performance of bots and also improving underlying task its helping with.

Great Product for developing intelligent bots to automate tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to deploy and create the bots.it has very good scalability of the processes automated with this tool. The bots are really fast and easy to use, the user interface is really user-friendly and is not very clunky and hard to navigate around. Analytics is great it gives me all the data needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as fast and efficient there are some problems that I encounter with the bots every upgrade, but it usually goes back to normal after some configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any data entry tasks that I do is has been automated with this product. It has greatly saved me a lot of time and as someone who knows to code, I had an advantage using this product.I've been more efficient doing repetitive tasks since I implemented automation anywhere in my day to day life.

AA is really great because it just makes you more efficient in automating tasks.

Firstly I got to know about this product in Test Autothon held in pune this year.

-Look and feel of application can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere supports 3 types of bots but till now I am using task bots which made my life easy for the data scrapping in xml files and again compare these with the current one when updated.Also I am having some complex PDF files for which we used OCR and which worked like a charm in automation anywhere, which again simplifies the manual task and saved more manual efforts.
Best RPA product
What do you like best about the product?
It's the RPA software that has a wide variety or range of features due to which I have never switched to or used another RPA software after I started to use this. It is very easy to use for beginners, they have tons of help topics and videos in Automation Anywhere University, the peers are also very helpful on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing as of now. I still have a lot to learn and explore. But there's nothing for beginners to dislike in this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm automating small day to day tasks which are repetitive and time-consuming, also tasks that can make humans cause errors. For eg, recently I built a bot to write certificates with just details given in an Excel Sheet. It takes hours together to write it down in huge universities for hundreds of students on a regular basis and can also consist of mistakes, but since its a certificate, we can't afford mistakes. So these kinds of tasks can be made very efficient using RPA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Beginners make use of the Automation Anywhere University to learn everything you need. I don't think any other product provides you with courses in such detail to help you understand and use the product. Also, all the peers on Automation Anywhere community are very helping and give quick responses. They even have a good support team which will help you with anything you need quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using different RPA tools for the past 2 years in my organization. Among those tools Automation Anywhere is one of the best tool which is more stable and have wide variety of options to automate all the tasks in any application or web related things. This tool is best for automating all ERP's such as SAP, Oracle etc. I used this tool to automate BMC using it's API via Automation Anywhere and it is very stable and withing in seconds tasks are getting completed and literally zero error. The dynamic link library option for automating SAP is really fast and reliable. My favorite option in this tool is MetaBot and we use this to avoid repetition of developing same task. The best part of this tool is that once we deploy our bots we can monitor them using the enterprise control room orchestrator API and also the analytical and graphical view of the number of Bots running or faulted bots etc is very easy to understand in a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first and foremost thing I hate about this tool is that the user interface is not attractive and not easy as like other RPA tools. Another thing I don't like in this tool is that in the command tab there is no search option for activities so the user have to scroll down and expand and search themselves for finding a particular activity which will result in time waste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving several problems for my clients using this tool and thereby avoiding human error and saving revenue and time for my clients. Personally I use this tool for email automation.

I 100 percent recommend automation Anywhere tool to my peers over other RPA tool. I will advise everyone to avoid the web user interface maximum and follow the best practices while developing the Bots.
Easy life with automation
What do you like best about the product?
the best part of automation for me is it has made my life easy as i don't have to worry that whether i had carried money with me or not while moving some were out, we are so use to mobile that we always carry it with us and due to automation we are able to transfer money due to this we hardly face errors. automation has made our life easy as there is automation in everything it save our time and we can utilize our time in something productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
thing i dislike much is low servers due to this sometimes we face many problems, some times people are unaware of the new technology, as there is automation in every aspect of the world there is heavy decline of man labors and because of that people also loose their jobs and thus become unemployed , automation is making people lazy this also make people less creative and less visionary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
trying to become more friendly with upcoming automation process to save our time as the time is the most precious thing we have with us. we can do more work efficiently and in minimum amount of time. because of automation we have achieved our targets quite smartly and more quickly it also made our work error free that make us and our end customers satisfied and happy.

I would recommend others to use Automation anywhere because I personally felt that it is the most magisterial technology we ever had. It also made our work efficient and error free. It made our life and work much easier and much better.
