What do you like best about the product?
MAIN THING WHICH I LIKED IS ITS TIME SAVING AND ERRORLESS. APART FROM THAT IT HELPS TO REDUCE EXPENSES OF THE ORGANISATION WHICH CAN MAKE MORE PROFIT. IT CAN MAKE WORKS QUICKLY AND FAST WHICH DELIVERS CLIENT HAPPINESS. NOWADAYS IT IS NEEDED FOR EVERY ORGANISATION AS IT IMPACT ON EVERY SECTORS.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT CAN MAKE UNEMPLOYMENT OR DEPLOYMENT OF THE EMPLOYEES OR WORKERS WHICH IMPACT MAINLY ON MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE. THE MANPOWER WOULD BE REDUCED AS MACHINES OR ROBOT TAKES PLACE HUMAN BEINGS PLACE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AS I SAID ITS TIME SAVING AND QUICK AND FAST WHICH HELPS TO IMPROVE GROWTH OF THE ORGANISATION.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing of automation is that work get done in easier manner and saves lots of time and money. less error with high productive and low cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
i nothing dislike it's robotic work and business want to save money,time & achieve largest target so i like this as a business purples not dislike, it is the future generator because our business and professional be doing systematic with the automation-anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplication of work get sorted because of automation which saves times and ultimately help the company to reach towards its goal and earn profit and error free job will be done those need to a company.

I will highly recommend that automation should be used in every small scale to large scale firm, it will surely give benefits to every firm with the automation growth up to the business manufacturing, import and export.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the way I was able to automate my manual test scripts without affecting the efficiency of the project.It is very helpful as it decreases the cost as will as the manual errors which can effect the project.It is very flexible and easy to understand and use. Automation Anywhere helps you to automate your manual tasks and make life better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing that i disliked but expecting some more features as it will help us in reducing the efforts and increasing the efficiency of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main advantage as far as I can see is the amount of human efforts which is reduced and the efficiency which it provides is commendable.As human intervention is very less ,so chances of errors and mistakes is negligible.

I recommend this to everyone as it is very useful in reducing the workload on individual as well as on teams.Very efficient in automating the test scripts with security. I also observed that every team member of my team also appreciates this application and provide positive feedback to everyone.
Enjoying working with Automation Anywhere tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Control Room is one of the assets for Automation Anywhere. The coding in automation anywhere is simple. The object cloning command is one of the powerful commands in the tool.
Image recognition is pretty good for our Citrix environment. The new thing is the IQ Bot, where it gets data from unstructured data across multiple languages and multiple pages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Citrix should be more stable.
MetaBot helps to get data from SAP, but we still have some cases where we cannot fetch data from SAP. They should improve this.
They could add more commands that we can find in other tools. In emails that we have to download, we cannot read the MS docs. There is another type of procedure that we have to follow to find these things and download them. We are doing most of these things in a MetaBot format. For SAP and Excel, we are also using MetaBots. These commands need to be improved, especially in Excel because they are only a limited number of commands for Excel. Other tools have very good Excel commands, but Automation Anywhere lags here.
The above has be overcome with A2019 but still if get those commands in our v11 that would be great

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated HR, manufacturing, Insurance and some IT domains. I have also automated processes in SAP. The stability is good.t has very good scalability. We can implement across all domains. I would rate the technical support as a six out of ten. They are combining the tech support and forums into one portal. However, we have had delays in some of their response times. Their responses have been good, though.
For beginners, it is an easy tool compared to other tools in the market. Users can understand the line by line code and coding is easy too. There is no syntax. They can easily drag and drop, executing the bot directly.

Automation Anywhere is one of the leading RPA tools in the market with more advanced command and the control room. It has very good scalability across all the domains and coding it easy compared to the other available tools in the market.
Perfect fit tool for Automating any process
What do you like best about the product?
I liked this tool when i used it recently, this is really mind boggling tool. the best part of this tool is this tool has simplicity and one can use it with minimal training on the tool and one may easily implment this tool with easy way. this tool also use MS excel , MS word etc which is very easy to use in our day to day working life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there is any dislike in this tool as it has all required features to automate mundane processes.hence no dislike in this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this tool we have used for data filteration and generating various required report, earlier, we were using MS excel to automate and generating thew reports but we felt that only excel is not enough to automate this process as in the excel we were finding some limitation and hence we have used once the community edition with limited features but still it got worked out for us and the result we wanted we got it. hence this tool has solved our most critical work which was very much time consuming for us

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best and easiest tool to perform web crawling. A very easy to learn tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to share as of now as I have not used other RPA tools

I need to extract reports from local sites and save it on a specific path and perform the comparison between the old and new reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the great tool for automation with amazing features. With the help of Automation we can automate our repetitive and mundane task in one click only. Automation Anywhere helped me lot to ease my work and process. Automation Anywhere has great feature of Image recognition with OCR Technology that helps to read the data from the images. And also the support from AA community is very good. we can learn the AA from the Automation Anywhere university and also to learn the AA is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my experience to using Automation Anywhere there is something that i would like to dislike about AA. Sometimes it does not support chrome and also PDF extraction sometimes is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of AA i have automated some web based applications and this tool helped me lot to complete my work on time so it saved my time too and increase the work productivity of the work.

Automation Anywhere is highly recommendable and easy to learn. Beginners can easy learn this tool and also it does not require coding knowledge to learn this so if someone from non coding background they can also learn this tool. It’s for developing amazing things and easy to use. Using the Automation Anywhere can save a lot of time and manual efforts because we can automate any task which is repetitive in nature using the automation anywhere - which includes automating the Website, Excel sheets, CSV files, and almost any Windows application with the citrix environment . Automation Anywhere is almost compatible with all the applications for business processes . It is a very secure platform which greatly reduces the chances for errors. The bots can be scheduled to run anytime, and there’s no need to monitor or trigger the bot manual. Automation anywhere comes in the very secure environment almost every data is secure in the automation Anywhre.

As we comes to dislike in the product it includes a lot of different licences which helps to understand this software when it comes to licencing and implementation. sometimes the automation anywhere doesn't provides the complex task to automate They must includes some additional features helps to automate the business process and make the product more user friendly.

Automation has helped the users in doing things easily and at a short span of time. It is now very difficult to live without Automation. It has impacted our life in a very different level. In this generation where work needs to be done in a short span we need Automation to do that. However we are all going to depend on it in future but it needs to be there to complete our basic day to day activities.

Automation has helped do the basic things which takes time in a less span .So I think there is no drawback to it.

For example here in DHL the Invoice number template has helped the users to input numbers in a accurate manner.
